The research type used is descriptive with causal associative approach. This study was conducted with the number of respondents as many as 147 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis for hypothesis through SPSS 16 for windows program. Based on the results of the study obtained that the satisfaction of employees and organizational culture there is a significant positive influence partially on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the official staff in Lumajang District. The capital structure is a description of the form of the company's financial proportion. In ... more The capital structure is a description of the form of the company's financial proportion. In realizing the optimal capital structure, financial managers must consider the factors that affect the capital structure. With the many factors that can affect the capital structure, the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the size of the company against the capital structure with profitability as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total sample size of 100 companies that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is no direct relationship between company size and profitability. Meanwhile, company size and capital structure have a direct relationship. Likewise, profitability with capital structure has a direct relationship.

Semua potensi sumber daya manusia tersebut berpengaruh terhadap upaya organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan. Betapapun majunya teknologi, perkembangan informasi, tersedianya modal dan memadainya bahan, jika tanpa sumber daya manusia sulit bagi organisasi itu untuk mencapai tujuannya. The purpose of this research is to find and test influence between structure assets, the ratio de... more The purpose of this research is to find and test influence between structure assets, the ratio debt, profitability, liquidity, sales growth, and the size of the company to structure capital companies blue chips listed on the indonesia stock exchange (IDX) a period of the year 2011-2014. This research uses the method purposive sampling. Technique the analysis used is linear regression multiple. Test a hypothesis that used is test f statistics and test t statistics, with a level α = 5 percent. This research result indicates that simultaneously structure assets, the ratio debt, profitability, liquidity, sales growth, and the size of the company is the a significant impact on capital structure. In partial structure assets, the ratio debt, and liquidity is the a significant impact on capital structure. While profitability, sales growth and the size of the company in partial there is no the effect on capital structure. Value adjusted r square of 0,298. This means that 29,8 % dependent variable the capital structure can be explained by six independent variable while the rest of 70,1 % capital structure described by variable or other causes out model.

Atribut wisata halal juga dapat diartikan sebagai ketersediaan norma dan juga praktik Islam yang relevan dengan wisata yang dikunjungi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis wisata halal terhadap kepuasan pengunjung dan minat berkunjung kembali ketempat pariwisata. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengunjung wisata halal di Kota Malang, sebanyak 150 wisatawan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa wisata halal dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan yang datang ketempat pariwisata dan wisata halal juga dapat mengajak wisatawan berkunjung kembali ketempat pariwisata halal tersebut.

This study used a descriptive qualitative research design using survey methods, field observations, interviews and triangulation. The subjects of the study were the fishermen of Tempursari Subdistrict, Lumajang Regency with 70 fishermen. The results showed that: (1) the process of community development and empowerment included (a) increased skills and independence of the fishing community, (b) there were social, economic, and educational impacts, (2) inhibiting factors including the character or nature and thinking of the community different, constrained human resource readiness, community understanding is still low. (3) the role of government that is with the participation and involvement in community empowerment. (4) Strategies in developing the coastal zone, namely the community economy.

The sample used in this research was 90 respondents by using accidental sampling method. The data used was primary data obtained by questionnaire. The analysis technique used was path analysis. Based on the analysis results, it can be seen that there are significant effects of Hedonic Shopping Motive on Impulse Buying, Hedonic Shopping Motive on Positive Emotion, Positive Emotion on Impulse Buying, Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse Buying and Shopping Lifestyle on Positive Emotion.
