Özet İnternet ve iletişim teknolojilerinin gelişimiyle beraber bilgiye ulaşım ve bilginin işlenme... more Özet İnternet ve iletişim teknolojilerinin gelişimiyle beraber bilgiye ulaşım ve bilginin işlenmesinin artık web ortamından sağlandığı görülmektedir. Elektronik Doküman Yönetim Sistemi (EDYS) / (Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), kâğıda aktarılmaya aday bilginin elektronik ortamda tutulup yönetilmesidir. Normal bilgisayarlarda bu bilgi yalın halleriyle tutulduklarından gerçek anlamda bir yönetimden söz edilemez. EDYS'de ise esas olan bilgiye gerek duyulduğunda hızlı bir şekilde ulaşılmasına olanak sağlamasıdır. Bu bağlamda EDYS, kurumsal gelişim gösteren iş yerlerinde, eğitim kurumlarında, devlet kurumlarında ve ticari kuruluşlarda kullanması kaçınılmaz sistemler olarak görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada Kırgızistan-Türkiye Manas Üniversitesi'nin (KTMÜ) idari birimlerinin kendi içlerinde ve birimler arasındaki dokümanların, elektronik ortamda görülebilirliği, ulaşılabilirliği ve saklanabilirliği sağlanmıştır. Ayrıca mevcut sistemdeki doküman akışları incelenip KTMÜ idari birimlerinin ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda en uygun yapı belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.

The model uses conservative finite-difference based on the methods of identifying the barotropic and baroclinic velocity components and on the complete inversion of the dynamic operator. Test computations for the Black Sea basin have been conducted. In handling the varied economical problems associated with the management of water basins, the capability of predicting hydrophysical fields both in time and in space is of overriding importance. In recent years, mathematical modelling techniques have been widely used to make predictions possible. The modelling process falls into several stages, where the initial stage involves the accumulation and assimilation of hydrophysical data, using four-dimensional analysis, and their extrapolation to the interior of the basin, as well as to areas that are inadequately supported by observations (1, 2). MapReduce, genis bilgisayar obekleri uzerinde barindirilan buyuk verinin islenmesinde kullanilan tekniklerden biridir. Bu yontemde isler daha kucuk parcalara ayrilir ve dugumlere dagitilarak islenir. Obekteki dugum sayisi islerin tamamlanma suresine etki etmektedir. Bu calismanin amaci bulut ortaminda gerceklenen bir Hadoop obegi uzerinde Hadoop catisinin basariminin obekteki dugum sayisindan nasil etkilendigini cesitli kiyaslama araclari yardimiyla tespit etmektir. Bu amacla 10 dugumlu bir obek uzerinde Hadoop catisi kurularak TeraByte Sort kiyaslama araclari yardimiyla farkli dugum sayilari kullanilarak deneyler gerceklestirilmistir. Integer factorization problem, which is used as the basis in many public key cryptosystem, is gen... more Integer factorization problem, which is used as the basis in many public key cryptosystem, is generally thought to be hard problem even on a modern computers. In this work we implement 4 integer factorization algorithms using GMP library on c++ and compare the running time of these algorithms. Algorithms were used to factor numbers of different sizes, as well as for number with different distance between factors. Our results showed that for numbers up to 296 bits the Pollard rho algorithm is the fastest one, while Fermat algorithm is fast when distances between factors are small. Brent algorithms appeared to run slower for this rage of numbers, however it succeeded to factor numbers which Fermat algorithm fail to factor.

В данной работе была проведена оценка времени работы четырех алгоритмов целочисленной факторизаци... more В данной работе была проведена оценка времени работы четырех алгоритмов целочисленной факторизации, а именно тривиального алгоритма факторизации, алгоритма Ферма, алгоритмов Полларда Ро и Брента. Реализация этих алгоритмов была выполнена тремя способами: на языке программирования c, на языке программирования c ++, используя библиотеку GMP 6.0.0 и на архитектуре CUDA для работы на ГПУ. Результаты показали, что алгоритм Ферма и тривиальный алгоритм деления имели самое быстрое время при параллельной реализации в архитектуре CUDA. Разница между временем выполнения факторизации при реализации на CUDA и реализации на GMP доходила до 10 раз. Разница между временем выполнения факторизации при реализации на c и c ++ была в основном связана с различиями в этих языках программирования.

MapReduce is one of the methods used to process big data hosted on large clusters. In this method, jobs are processed by dividing into small pieces and distributing over nodes. Parameters such as distributing method over nodes, the number of jobs held in a parallel fashion, and the number of nodes in the cluster affect the execution time of jobs. The aim of this paper is to determine how the numbers of nodes, maps, and reduces affect the performance of the Hadoop framework in a cloud environment. For this purpose, tests were carried out on a Hadoop cluster with 10 nodes hosted in a cloud environment by running PiEstimator, Grep, Teragen, and Terasort benchmarking tools on it.
