The proof uses the theory of viscosity solutions applied to the associated backward Kolmogorov equations. Under appropriate conditions on drift and diffusion coefficients, we will establish a comparison principle and a one-one correspondence between Feller solutions to the martingale problem and continuous viscosity solutions of the associated Kolmogorov equation. This work can be considered as an extension to the work in [4].

In this paper, we prove the stability of Kalman-Bucy filter for the case of noise free dynamical system. The earlier stability results cannot be applied for this case, as the system is not controllable at all. We further show that the optimal linear filter for certain class of non-Gaussian initial conditions is asymptotically proximal to Kalman-Bucy filter. It is also shown that the filter corresponding to non-zero system noise in the limit of small system noise approaches the filter corresponding to zero system noise in the case of Gaussian initial conditions.

Standard wheeled/proceeded in-pipe climbing robots are inclined to slip and take while investigating in pipe turns. The instrument helps in accomplishing the main inevitable result of getting out slip and drag in the robot tracks during advancement. The proposed transmission appreciates the practical furthest reaches of the standard two-yield transmission, which is developed the basic time for a transmission with three results. The instrument conclusively changes the track speeds of the robot considering the powers applied on each track inside the line relationship, by getting out the essential for any remarkable control. The amusement of the robot crossing in the line network in various orientation and in pipe-turns without slip shows the proposed game plan's adequacy.

Under the programme, the profitability of seed growing farmers is important as it incentivizes them to grow more seed for distribution of seed to other farmers. This paper tried to analyze the impact of the seed village programme on profitability of seed growing farmers of paddy crop by using Difference-in-Difference approach. The study was conducted during the year 2020 in India. A significant increase in profitability of seed growing farmers compared to non-seed farmers was noticed due to the SVP scheme. It was observed that after the introduction of SVP, there was about 69.01% increase in profits of seed-farmers compared to only 5.63% among non-seed-farmers. Age, education, acreage under seed production and farming experience contributed 71.6% of the total variation in the higher profits through SVP in paddy crop, leaving the rest...

The analysis is based on all 228 households of the village and focus group discussions. The results show that there is a large exclusion error in targeted programmes, which have mostly excluded the poor and the needy. Most schemes have a prerequisite of asset ownership, such as agricultural land, which benefits resource-rich farmers with large landholdings. The relationship between benefits received and income of households is best represented by an inverted ‘u’-shape curve, indicating the middle-income category benefits more than the poorest. The scope and scale of welfare programmes, especially Direct Benefit Transfers, increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. For inclusion of the poorest of the poor, welfare and development schemes need to be decoupled from landownership in rural areas.

As the noise intensities approach zero, the nonlinear filter can be approximated by a certain variational problem that is closely related to Mortensen's optimization problem(1968). This approximation result can be made precise through a certain Laplace asymptotic formula. In this work we study probabilities of deviations of true filtering estimates from that obtained by solving the variational problem. Our main result gives a large deviation principle for Laplace functionals whose typical asymptotic behavior is described by Mortensen-type variational problems. Proofs rely on stochastic control representations for positive functionals of Brownian motions and Laplace asymptotics of the Kallianpur-Striebel formula.

In this study, we investigated the impact of drought on crop productivity, farmer’s employment and income. The difference-in-difference model (DID) and stepwise multiple linear regression (MLR) were employed to quantify the impact of adopting climate resilient technologies (CRTs) on farm household income during a drought. The factors influencing farm incomes were analyzed using MLR. The study used survey data collected from the drought prone district of Telangana, India. Sixty farmers each from a village adopted under the National Innovations in Climate Resilient Agriculture (NICRA) program and a control village were interviewed. Primary data on the socio-economic characteristic of farmers, cropping pattern, income composition, productivity of major crops, employment and climate resilient interventions adopte...

It is achieved by surveillance which is capable of taking brisk actions. This paper presents a new system architecture which provides real-time surveillance where unauthenticated people are differentiated and provides the data flow and storage path. Recognition errors are narrowed as much as possible to make the system work efficiently. The proposed approach exploits the Viola-Jones method for face detection, the LBPH (Local Binary Pattern Histogram) algorithm as feature tracker. This combination of algorithms gives more accuracy and less processing time in the proposed design. User data is stored separately from the trained file to make the system more reliable. The proposed design can be integrated into any place which is concerned about security and prevents the security breaches before they occur.

Earlier works on the stability of the nonlinear filters are in the context of stochastic dynamics and assume conditions like compact state space or time independent observation model, whereas we prove filter stability for deterministic dynamics with more general assumptions on the state space and observation process. We give several examples of systems that satisfy these assumptions. We also show that the asymptotic structure of the filtering distribution is related to the dynamical properties of the signal.
