Exploring motivation is vital to arouse learners' enthusiasm for learning to ensure learning activities run smoothly. This study is conducted to investigate the motivators and hindrance for learning by embedding motivational factors which consist of affective components, expectancy components and value components. This study utilises quantitative methodology and 148 respondents responded to the survey. The survey utilised 5 Likert scale and it comprises four sections: demographic; value component; expectancy component; and affective component. The major findings postulate that all three components influence the learners' motivation. To summarise, value components which are fuelled by intrinsic and extrinsic goal orientation, as well as task value beliefs influence the learners' motivation. Next, expectancy components encompasses learners' perception of self-efficacy, and control beliefs for learning also influence learners' motivation. On the other hand, affective component which derives from test anxiety significantly influences the learners' motivation. Meanwhile, there is an association found between affective components and value components and a significant association is demonstrated between expectancy components and value components. Nevertheless, the findings predicate that there is no association between affective components and expectancy components. The findings of this study are imperative to understand underlying factors that influence learner's motivation in learning process as it assists the instructors to choose appropriate approach to be delivered in the class. Considering the limitation of this study, future researchers are proposed to add moderating variable such as gender because the learners' achievement motivation and educational experience could be related to the differences between male and female learners' motivation.

However, the discussion about Rohingya refugee children only began to be acknowledged by scholars by the year 2000. Among the pertinent aspects in the discussion by many scholars are those related to children's rights as well as their status as refugee children. The main aim of this study is to review the discussion on the rights of Rohingya refugee children that covers rights to education, health, food, home, shelter, protection, development, and survival. This study applied a systematic literature review using the Scopus database involving peer-reviewed journal articles related to social science from the years 2000 and above. The findings of this study revealed that the right to education is the main focus of many scholars. This is due to the most significant right to livelihood for Rohingya refugee children, followed by the right to health. In relation to discussing the issues related to Rohingya refugee children, the majority of the study used a qualitative approach. Hence, this study concluded that there are many rights that are still under research except for education and health. In addition, the practise of these rights should also be thoroughly discussed in other countries than Bangladesh, including the signatory countries of the 1951 Convention that may include the core principle of children's rights such as the right to participate.

However, the argument concerning father-daughter incest (FDI) began in 1980s. Many scholars disscuss the factors that contribute to incest as well as the consequences of the abuse. This paper applied a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to explore the issues and challenges faced by the survivors of father-daughter incest, comprising 12 social science articles across a 12-year period (2010 to July 2022)-the selection of papers was done based on a thorough processes through the Scopus database. Hence, findings revealed that FDI received huge attention from experts, specifically in terms of issues and challenges. This situation happens due to the increasing number of FDI incidence especially since the world has been infected by COVID-19 at the end of 2019. The majority of research applied a qualitative approach conducted in European and Asian country; yet, only one theory is embedded to address the issue. In relation to the issue and challenges of FDI, majority of papers concern taboos (8 articles), coping mechanisms (6 articles), and survival (11 articles). As a result, this study indicated that there are still underresearched pertaning to the issues and challenges associated to FDI, notably in terms of taboo, coping mechanisms, and survival.

The Theory of Stakeholder is employed to explain the responsibility of businesses to their stakeholders. 330 respondents responded to the survey. This study confirms that the four CSR dimensions influence fast food's product safety, nutrition, and health.

A total of 247 out of 389 construction companies located in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Malaysia responded to the questionnaires. The study found that economic and environmental practices of sustainability were positively and significantly related to company performance. However, a social practice of sustainability has no relationship with company performance. Finally, the company size was found to have no moderating effect on the relationship between all sustainability practices (social, environmental and economic) and company performance. The unexpected results of the company size may be due to the lack of understanding and unwillingness of companies in the construction industry to change and adopt sustainability practices. In addition, inadequate enforcement in respect of laws and regulations may have contributed to the lack of sustainability practices implemented in construction industry.
