Glaciological studies conducted at a very high altitude and under adverse weather conditions such as in the highlands of the Himalayas are difficult in the usual ways. As Glacier changes, especially the changes in mountain glaciers, are one of the most sensitive indicators of terrestrial climate change. Thereby the observations from the present day be a sign of that the gradual change in the global climatic conditions is a major cause of the natural disasters which we are witnessing these days. This calls for an informative approach towards studying the dynamics of this huge river of slowly moving ice. Therefore, the monitoring of glacial changes has been the subject of much research interest. Thus, our project aims to monitor the various parameters like water temperature, surface temperature, humidity and water level by using GPS we are having the track of the movement of the Glacier and then connecting it to the IOT and then we are fetching the data away from site which are concerned towards the retreat of Siachen glacier by using renewable energy sources, since Glacier siachen is home for our Indian army, it's been a subject of research to us.

The wastes that are produced during mining should be efficiently disposed or effectively reused for any other productive purposes. Coal and lignite mining results in considerable dust pollutions very specifically the coal beneficiation process produces extensive amount of ashes. These ashes can be utilized in construction materials rather than dumping as landfill. When dumped as landfills, these ashes have the tendency to be carried away by the wind resulting in massive damage to the surrounding environment. This study is made to investigate whether this fly ash can be used as an ingredient in concrete preparation as a partial replacement for cement by studying the strength properties of fly ash mixed concrete. The strength properties of concrete when certain percentage of cement in the concrete is replaced with fly ash are studied. The replacement percentage of cement is maintained at 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% and the samples are tested in the laboratory after the curing period of 21 days. The workability, tensile strength, compressive strength and shear strength of the fly ash mixed concrete sample are determined. Similar tests are conducted on concrete with no fly ash content and both results are compared to find the optimum amount of fly ash that can be replaced without compromising the quality of the concrete. By utilizing fly ash as partial replacement to cement the percentage of CO2 emitted due to cement manufacturing can also be considerable reduced.

Water sources both in surface and ground level are decreasing day by day due to human and natural activities. So, there is a necessity to recycle waste water for the future generation of the world, to avoid such conflicts related to water. All educational institutions do not have proper treatment unit for treating the sewage created by it. So, it is necessary to construct a sewage treatment plant. The project deals with the planning and designing of sewage treatment plant for Dr. T. Thimmaiah Institute of Technology (Dr. TTIT) college campus. Sewage treatment is the process of eliminating contaminants from waste water that is household sewage, both runoff effluents domestic waste. It includes physical, chemical and biological processes to remove contaminants and produce treated waste water. Modern tool usage such as Auto cad and MS excel will be used in the designing process. The recycled water can be used for various purposes like water to gardening, toilet flushing, farming and other requirements.

In combination with the continuous minersshuttle cars are used to transport the extracted coal from the face to a transfer point (feeder breaker). From there the coal is typically tipped onto the underground conveyor system, which transports the coal to the surface in order to be distributed to customers. Effective management of the cutting, loading and tipping cycles utilised will serve as a possible area for productivity improvement.

Size of initial inoculum, cell aggregate and initial pH value have been suggested to influent content of biomass and flavonoid for cell suspension culture in several plant species. In the present study, leaf explants were cultured by cell suspension culture procedures in MSB5 basal medium supplemented with predetermined supplements of 30 g/L sucrose, 2.75 g/L gelrite, 2 mg/L picloram and 1 mg/L kinetin with continuous agitation of 120 rpm in a standard laboratory environment. Establishment of cell suspension culture was accomplished by culturing resulting callus in different initial fresh weight of cells (0.10, 0.25, 0.50, 1.0, and 2.0 g/25 mL of media) using similar basal medium. The results showed that the highest production of biomass (0.65 g/25 mL of media) was recorded from an initial inoculum size of 2.0 g/25 mL media, whereas the highest flavonoid (3.3 mg RE/g DW) was found in 0.5 g/25 mL of media. Cell suspension fractions classified according to their sizes (500-750 µm, 250-500 µm, and <250 µm). Large cell aggregate size (500-750 µm) cultured at pH 5.75 produced the highest cell biomass (0.28 g/25 mL media) and flavonoid content (3.3 mg RE/g DW). The study had established the optimum conditions for the production of total antioxidant and flavonoid content using DPPH and FRAP assays in cell suspension culture of F. deltoidea var. kunstleri. Ficus deltoidea Jack, locally known as Mas Cotek, is an evergreen shrub traditionally used in Malaysia as a remedy to treat cardiovascular diseases and diabetes 1. The plant can grow up to seven meters high with a canopy spread of one to three metres. The leaf is broadly spoon-shaped to ovate and leathery 2. The species is well-known for its medicinal properties and recognised for many generations for its broad health benefits 3. Leaf extract has been proven to reduce sugar level, blood pressure and cholesterol, besides being used to treat migraine, remove toxins from the body and reduce the risk of cancer 4. Presently, the pharmaceutical industries use numerous plant-based sources for the production of bioactive compounds or secondary metabolites. Several phytochemical compounds have been found in F. deltoidea extract such as epicatechin, catechin, gallocatechin and epigallocatechin. It also has been reported that polyphenols, flavonoids and tannins were present in F. deltoidea extract but alkaloids, triterpenes and saponins were absent 5. Phytochemical compounds such as polyphenols, flavonoids and tannins are the natural source of antioxidant. Antioxidant is important to human in order to neutralize free radicals that present in human body. Free radicals are significantly dangerous molecules as it can cause inflammatory, cardiovascular diseases and cancer. Currently, synthetic antioxidant is available in the market such as butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) and butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA). However, natural antioxidant is more preferable due to low side effect 6. Hence, high demand for these plant-based products has led to over-harvesting of wild species and the eventual decrease of many medicinal plant species in nature leading to a definite limitation to their availability 7. The biotechnological approach of producing plant cells, tissues and organ through in vitro cultures has been seen as the alternative
