One of them is the act of slandering and also positioning himself as a judge of the actions of others. So that this shows an attitude that is arrogant and also distorts the truth and especially undermines the dignity of God's holiness. In the Book of James 2:11-12 there is a commandment to guard every word against others. James explicitly forbids his congregation from speaking evil or in other words, slander. The reason why this is prohibited is because evil speech/slander can harm oneself and others, this action is a denial of the main law that we must love others as we love ourselves. The method used in this research is a text analysis approach that focuses on the text itself by using the 4 layers of meaning exegesis method of the Bible. The 4 layers of meaning are Historia, theoria, moral and anagogic. The result of the textual research is to speak lovingly, and to obey God's law. So everyone who obeys God's law means that he can love his neighbor through his actions and words.

One of the most controversial texts often used to support arguments about women's leadership is found in 1 Timothy 2:11-12. This text is considered to contain a universal command stating that women are not allowed to be involved in church ministry, leading to the emergence of assumptions that perceive Paul, the Apostle, as a figure opposing women's roles. The purpose of this writing is to understand the true meaning and intention of Paul in 1 Timothy 2:11-12. The research method used in this article is a text analysis approach focusing on the text itself, compared to other biblical texts, as well as several relevant books and journals. By using this method, it is hoped that readers can understand the intended meaning and purpose that Paul wanted to convey regarding the role of women in church ministry. The results of the text research based on 1 Timothy 2:11-12 indicate that Paul did not actually discriminate against women's roles in church ministry in every aspect. The prohibition expressed by Paul in this text is actually a response to the situation prevailing in the congregation at that time, making it irrelevant if applied universally in the present era.

Attitude is the most important aspect in human life today, especially in the world of leadership ... more Attitude is the most important aspect in human life today, especially in the world of leadership because the success of an organization depends on the attitude of a leader. The attitude of the leader who brings change mobilizes all his energy and abilities for the benefit of his followers. But unfortunately in the era of life that is increasingly developing and continues to experience changes, it cannot be denied that the value of leadership has experienced fragility. This has resulted in the essence of leadership being lost. This is evident from some of the leaders caught in various organizational institutions today. The leadership crisis no longer reflects the values of a leader who brings influence but rather brings harm to the people he leads due to the absence of a leader's attitude that is not in line with his identity. Meanwhile, if seen in detail, the reality of service life really needs good leadership that can touch the real needs of the people being led. Therefore, th...
