Bu araştırmanın amacı Covid-19 salgını sürecinde kaçınılmaz bir eğitim-öğretim yöntemi haline gel... more Bu araştırmanın amacı Covid-19 salgını sürecinde kaçınılmaz bir eğitim-öğretim yöntemi haline gelen uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarına yönelik üniversite öğrencilerinin memnuniyet düzeyini belirlemek için ölçek geliştirmek, geliştirilen ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirliğini yapmaktır.Araştırmanın evrenini 2021-2022 öğretim yılı itibariyle Türkiye'de yükseköğretimde eğitim gören üniversite öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. YÖK İstatistikleri'ne göre bu rakam 8.240.997 kişidir. Literatür taraması ve uzman görüşleri ile 35 maddelik veri toplama formu oluşturulmuştur. Ölçek yapısının belirlenmesi için açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri yapılmıştır. İlgili form 626 öğrenci tarafından doldurulmuştur. Ölçeğin güvenirliğine ilişkin olarak, Cronbach Alfa (Crα) iç tutarlık katsayısı hesaplanmıştır.Yapılan döndürülmüş temel bileşenler analizi sonucunda ölçek 2 boyutlu ve 28 maddeden oluşan bir yapıya ulaşmıştır. Mammography is the most effective technology presently available for breast cancer screening, despite the fact that there are still some limitations of the imaging technique, such as insufficient resolution, low local contrast and noise combined with the subtle nature of the usual radiographic findings. One of the most important radiographic findings associated to the existence of breast cancer is the clustered microcalcifications. Especially, it has been shown that some characteristics concerning the clustering parameters of microcalcifications are of great diagnostic value. However, the mentioned limitations of mammography make the detection and interpretation of microcalcifications a complicated task. In this study, an electronic system has been developed to collect data from the incubator devices... more In this study, an electronic system has been developed to collect data from the incubator devices in the neonatal intensive care services to allow the remote monitoring and control of authorized personnel via the internet interface. Temperature and humidity values of the environment obtained from the designed system are calculated and displayed instantly on the user panel. Pulse, body weight, body temperature and blood-oxygen saturation values which are critically important are detected by high-precision sensors placed on the body surface and transferred to the internet interface screen. In this way, it is expected that this system and the staff working in hospitals and obstetrics clinics will be able to solve the workload and medical data losses.

In this study, a vibrational viscosimeter design used in biomedical applications, especially dial... more In this study, a vibrational viscosimeter design used in biomedical applications, especially dialysis systems were performed. Differently from existing systems, it has larger sample container in size. Considering the effect of temperature on viscosity, to obtain more sensitive measurements, homogeneous distribution of the temperature in container was provided and the temperature was controlled via temperature sensors placed in many sides of container. Following the design of system, it was tested by using water and glycerol which has different viscosity. The results obtained with the measurements showed that the viscosity decreased with temperature.

This research aims to develop a valid and reliable scale to determine the satisfaction level of u... more This research aims to develop a valid and reliable scale to determine the satisfaction level of university students for distance education applications, which has become an inevitable education method during the COVID-19 epidemic. The research population consists of university students studying in higher education in Turkey as of the 2021-2022 academic year. According to YÖK Statistics, this population is 8,240,997 students. A 35-item data collection form was created with the literature review and expert opinions. Five point Likert Scale has been applied for data collection. Explanatory and confirmatory factor analyzes were performed to determine the scale structure. Six hundred twenty-six university students filled the form. Regarding the scale's reliability, Cronbach's Alpha (Crα) internal consistency coefficient was calculated. As a result of the rotated principal components analysis, the scale reached a 2-dimensional structure consisting of 28 items. The first dimension consists of 22 items, and the second one consists of 6 items. These two dimensions explain 73,166% of the total variance for satisfaction with distance education. Item test correlations of the scale were found between 0.307 and 0.881. As a result of the internal consistency reliability test, the Crα value was 0.980 for the entire 28-item scale. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis; The CFI value of the scale was 0.935, the GFI value was 0.833, and the RMSEA value was 0.076. The result of factor analysis indicates that the scale has a satisfactory level of construct validity with a 2dimensional structure. The item test correlation findings show that the scale items measure the same structure validly. A Crα value higher than 0.70 explains that the scale has a satisfactory level of reliability. In addition, CFI, GFI, and RMSEA values show that the scale is within acceptable limits. Findings regarding the validity and reliability of the scale show that it can be applied to evaluate the satisfaction of university students towards distance education applications. It is evaluated that the scale obtained as a result of the research can be used alone to measure the satisfaction of university students towards distance education applications, or it can be used together with different scales to produce information on a broader level on the subject.
