Mathematical ability which is very important for students, especially prospective educators, is c... more Mathematical ability which is very important for students, especially prospective educators, is connection mathematical ability (CMA). This is because students can apply mathematics learning in daily life or with other sciences such as economics, physics, and others. Therefore, researchers wanted to improve the CMA of students with reciprocal teaching (RT) based learning strategies. The quasi-experimental method was used in this study with a non-equivalent pre-test and post-test control group design with 43 students in second semester Mathematics Education of a University in Palembang Indonesia as the subject of this study. The subjects of this study consisted of 2 classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. Data analysis in this research used the final test At the end of the study, n-gain was obtained for classes with RT-based learning strategies of 0.43 while conventional classes obtained n-gain of 0.32, which means that RT-based learning strategies can improve student mathematical connection ability.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan Posttest-Only Control Design. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas X TO 4 dan X TO 6 SMK PGRI 2 palembang tahun ajaran 2018-2019 dengan test diakhir pertemuan sebagai alat untuk mengukur kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa dengan hasil t hitung 2,693 dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran Realistic Matematic Education (RME) terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa pada SMK PGRI 2 Palembang.

The type of research used is quantitative with a one case shoot study treatment design. The subjects in this study were 30 students of class XI IPA 2 at SMA Negeri 14 Palembang. The data collection technique in this study is test data. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive statistics. Based on the research data, it can be concluded that students' conceptual comprehension abilities through an inquiry approach to sequences and series material in class XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 14 Palembang have a good average. This can be seen from the results of the study, namely the average final test score for students' conceptual understanding ability was 75.50.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD berorientasi model pembelajaran flipped classroo... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD berorientasi model pembelajaran flipped classroom pada materi aritmatika sosial kelas VII SMP yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahap Analysis, tahap Design, tahap Development, tahap Implementation, dan tahap Evaluation. LKPD diujicobakan kepada peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 15 Palembang. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari angket validasi, angket respon peserta didik, dan tes hasil belajar. Persentase skor tingkat kevalidan diperoleh sebesar 89,3% dengan kategori sangat valid yang dinilai oleh tiga validator ahli yakni dua dosen dan satu pendidik. Tingkat kepraktisan setelah diujicobakan kepada peserta didik mendapat persentase skor sebesar 83,2% yang berada pada kategori sangat praktis. Serta berdasarkan hasil tes belajar dari peserta didik setelah menggunakan LKPD berorientasi model pembelajaran flipped classroom berada dikategori baik dengan perolehan skor rata-rata sebesar 77, sehingga LKPD efektif digunakan.

This study aims to examine the improvement in students’ mathematical representation (KRM) after t... more This study aims to examine the improvement in students’ mathematical representation (KRM) after the application of the reciprocal teaching (RT) model. The RT learning model is a group learning process which in its implementation uses four strategies namely 1) concluding, 2) making questions, 3) clarifying, and 4) predicting. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent pretest and posttest control group design. The subjects of this study were students of mathematics education study programs at Universitas PGRI Palembang academic year 2018-2019. This type of research is quantitative research in which the data were taken in the form of pretest and posttest data whose results show that there is an increase after the implementation of the RT model for student KRM. It can be seen from the n-gain test that gets RT learning models by 0.3 while those who get conventional learning are 0.2. Furthermore, a t-test was performed to see whether it was significant or not, it was found that t-count < t-table so that H0 was rejected, which means there was no significant increase in measuring student KRM.

This research aimed to produce a valid and practical product in the form of a student worksheet u... more This research aimed to produce a valid and practical product in the form of a student worksheet using the Indonesian version of the Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach in the classroom context with an orientation toward students' conceptual understanding and to figure out the potential effect of the student worksheet developed. It is a piece of development research under the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. Data collection was performed using documentation, a questionnaire, and a test. The object of this research was the development of a student worksheet using the PMRI approach within the classroom context with an orientation toward students' conceptual understanding. Meanwhile, the subjects of the research were students of grade X of SMAN 06 Banyuasin. The research results showed that the student worksheet produced was declared valid (with an average score of 90.83), practical (based on the students' questionnaire responses, with a score of 79.65), and potentially influential to a high degree (based on the students' test results, with a percentage of 84%). Therefore, the student worksheet that was developed using the PMRI approach within the classroom context with an orientation toward students' conceptual understanding was worth using in the learning process.

Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Lubuk Besar. Data dikumpulkan dengan memadukan hasil tes belajar peserta didik dan wawancara. Wawancara dilakukan untuk mendukung hasil tes yang telah diperoleh dan dikaitkan dengan pembelajaran pada materi aritmetika sosial menggunakan konteks literasi finansial. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu: 1) reduksi data; 2) penyajian data; 3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) materi aritmetika menggunakan konteks literasi finansial mempengaruhi hasil tes belajar; 2) materi aritmetika sosial menggunakan konteks literasi finansial mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan peserta didik; 3) jumlah peserta didik dengan pengambilan keputusan yang baik lebih banyak dari jumlah peserta didik dengan pengambilan keputusan yang kurang baik.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuasi eksperimen, dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan posttest-only control design. Populasi penelitian ini siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 50 Palembang tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Dengan teknik cluster random sampling, terpilih sampel kelas VII.3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII.2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengolahan data uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan independent sample t-test berbantuan SPSS Statistics 22. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa pada mat... more Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa pada materi bangun datar. Tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan yaitu di SMP N 1 Betung kelas VII.F pada tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dengan jumlah siswa 31 orang yang terdiri dari 13 laki-laki dan 18 perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan soal tes sebanyak 9 soal berbentuk uraian materi bangun datar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan untuk indikator memahami masalah 66,66%, membuat atau menyusun pemodelan matematika 42,74%, memilih dan mengembangkan strategi 40,32%, serta mampu memeriksa kebenaran dan menjelaskan jawaban yang diperoleh 29,43%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh dari hasil tes siswa rata-rata untuk kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas VII.F pada materi bangun datar masih dalam kategori rendah sebesar 44,79

Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan guru memiliki keterampilan untuk menyusun dan mengembangkan e-book yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar baik secara sinkron dan maupun tidak sinkron yang dapat diakses peserta didik kapanpun terutama pada saat pembelajaran daring untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar pada masa pendemi Covid-19. This study is a continuation of development research using a 4D model (define, design, development, and dissemination). The feasibility of the e-module is assessed in the development section, which includes three trial stages: one-to-one, small group, and field test. 35 students from SMA Negeri 15 Palembang participated in this study. Questionnaires, interviews, and written tests were used to collect data. The results of the questionnaire and written test were analyzed quantitatively, while the data from interviews were analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the one-to-one stage, it is clear that the e-module has an interesting appearance, is simple to use, and includes videos to help students understand the material. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin meningkatkan KKM mahasiswa dengan strategi pembelajaran berbasis reciprocal teaching (RT). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain kelompok kontrol pretes dan postes nonekuivalen subyek penelitian ini 43 mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika semester II yang terdiri dari 2 kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Diakhir penelitian diperoleh n-gain untuk kelas yang strategi pembelajaran berbasis RT sebesar 0,43 sedangkan kelas konvesional diperoleh n-gain sebesar 0,32 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan strategi pembelajaran berbasis RT dapat meningkatkan KKM mahasiswa.Kata Kunci: kemampuan koneksi, reciprocal teaching

References for studying both material and evaluation instruments can also be found easi ly by using the search engine. One application that can be used by teachers i n ma ki ng d i gi ta l l earn ing evaluation instruments is the Kahoot! Application. The objectives of this activity are: (1) to introduce th e Kahoot! as a learning medium, especially in making online quizzes, and (2) to improve teacher ski ll s i n using the Kahoot! application. The implementation method used in this activity is lectures, practice, a n d discussion. Data were collected through a training satisfaction questionnaire. The results showed that the training was run very well, and the participants were very enthusiastic. The data analysis sh o wed t h at 91.38% of participants stated that this training activity could increase teachers' kno wledg e a b out t h e Kahoot! in learning, and 90.52% of participants stated that this training could improve teacher ski l ls i n using the Kahoot! application.

The type of research used is quantitative with a one case shoot study treatment design. The subjects in this study were 30 students of class XI IPA 2 at SMA Negeri 14 Palembang. The data collection technique in this study is test data. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive statistics. Based on the research data, it can be concluded that students' conceptual comprehension abilities through an inquiry approach to sequences and series material in class XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 14 Palembang have a good average. This can be seen from the results of the study, namely the average final test score for students' conceptual understanding ability was 75.50.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD berorientasi model pembelajaran flipped classroo... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD berorientasi model pembelajaran flipped classroom pada materi aritmatika sosial kelas VII SMP yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahap Analysis, tahap Design, tahap Development, tahap Implementation, dan tahap Evaluation. LKPD diujicobakan kepada peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 15 Palembang. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari angket validasi, angket respon peserta didik, dan tes hasil belajar. Persentase skor tingkat kevalidan diperoleh sebesar 89,3% dengan kategori sangat valid yang dinilai oleh tiga validator ahli yakni dua dosen dan satu pendidik. Tingkat kepraktisan setelah diujicobakan kepada peserta didik mendapat persentase skor sebesar 83,2% yang berada pada kategori sangat praktis. Serta berdasarkan hasil tes belajar dari peserta didik setelah menggunakan LKPD berorientasi model pembelajaran flipped classroom berada dikategori baik dengan perolehan skor rata-rata sebesar 77, sehingga LKPD efektif digunakan.

The RT learning model is a group learning process which in its implementation uses four strategies namely 1) concluding, 2) making questions, 3) clarifying, and 4) predicting. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent pretest and posttest control group design. The subjects of this study were students of mathematics education study programs at Universitas PGRI Palembang academic year 2018-2019. This type of research is quantitative research in which the data were taken in the form of pretest and posttest data whose results show that there is an increase after the implementation of the RT model for student KRM. It can be seen from the n-gain test that gets RT learning models by 0.3 while those who get conventional learning are 0.2. Furthermore, a t-test was performed to see whether it was significant or not, it was found that t-count < t-table so that H0 was rejected, which means there was no significant increase in measuring student KRM.

This research aimed to produce a valid and practical product in the form of a student worksheet u... more This research aimed to produce a valid and practical product in the form of a student worksheet using the Indonesian version of the Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach in the classroom context with an orientation toward students' conceptual understanding and to figure out the potential effect of the student worksheet developed. It is a piece of development research under the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. Data collection was performed using documentation, a questionnaire, and a test. The object of this research was the development of a student worksheet using the PMRI approach within the classroom context with an orientation toward students' conceptual understanding. Meanwhile, the subjects of the research were students of grade X of SMAN 06 Banyuasin. The research results showed that the student worksheet produced was declared valid (with an average score of 90.83), practical (based on the students' questionnaire responses, with a score of 79.65), and potentially influential to a high degree (based on the students' test results, with a percentage of 84%). Therefore, the student worksheet that was developed using the PMRI approach within the classroom context with an orientation toward students' conceptual understanding was worth using in the learning process.

Wawancara dilakukan untuk mendukung hasil tes yang telah diperoleh dan dikaitkan dengan pembelajaran pada materi aritmetika sosial menggunakan konteks literasi finansial. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu: 1) reduksi data; 2) penyajian data; 3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) materi aritmetika menggunakan konteks literasi finansial mempengaruhi hasil tes belajar; 2) materi aritmetika sosial menggunakan konteks literasi finansial mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan peserta didik; 3) jumlah peserta didik dengan pengambilan keputusan yang baik lebih banyak dari jumlah peserta didik dengan pengambilan keputusan yang kurang baik.

Tempat penelitian ini dilaksanakan yaitu di SMP N 1 Betung kelas VII.F pada tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dengan jumlah siswa 31 orang yang terdiri dari 13 laki-laki dan 18 perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan soal tes sebanyak 9 soal berbentuk uraian materi bangun datar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan untuk indikator memahami masalah 66,66%, membuat atau menyusun pemodelan matematika 42,74%, memilih dan mengembangkan strategi 40,32%, serta mampu memeriksa kebenaran dan menjelaskan jawaban yang diperoleh 29,43%. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin meningkatkan KKM mahasiswa dengan strategi pembelajaran berbasis reciprocal teaching (RT). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain kelompok kontrol pretes dan postes nonekuivalen subyek penelitian ini 43 mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika semester II yang terdiri dari 2 kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. The objectives of this activity are: (1) to introduce th e Kahoot! as a learning medium, especially in making online quizzes, and (2) to improve teacher ski ll s i n using the Kahoot! application. The implementation method used in this activity is lectures, practice, a n d discussion. Data were collected through a training satisfaction questionnaire. The results showed that the training was run very well, and the participants were very enthusiastic.
