In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, single-use disposable masks saw a dramatic rise in producti... more In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, single-use disposable masks saw a dramatic rise in production. Facial masks that are not properly disposed of will expose the environment to a form of non-biodegradable plastic waste that will take hundreds of years to degrade. Therefore, recycling such waste in an eco-friendly manner is imperative. Fibered or shredded waste masks can be used to make green concrete that is an environmentally friendly solution to dispose the facial masks. This study prepared six classes of concrete samples, three of which contained fibers from masks and three of which contained shredded masks at the ages of seven days and 28 days. The results show that in the seven-day and 28-day samples, mask fiber added to the mixes resulted in increased compressive strength. For seven-day and 28-day samples, the compressive strength increased by 7.2% and 10%, respectively. The low level of financial satisfaction of Generation Z will make them stressed about their futur... more The low level of financial satisfaction of Generation Z will make them stressed about their future. This study aims to improve the financial satisfaction of Generation Z with Multiple Linear Regression and Regression Models with interaction supply chain strategies. Samples were used as many as 246 respondents from 263 questionnaires distributed in Pekanbaru City using convenience and purposive sampling methods, namely the Generation Z age criteria. The results showed that in the first model there was a significant influence of Financial Behavior and Financial Knowledge partially on Financial Satisfaction. While the insignificant influence is partially affected by Financial Attitude and Financial Literacy on Financial Satisfaction. While the second research model shows that there is a significant influence on Financial Knowledge and Financial Literacy partially on Financial Satisfaction, while the insignificant influence is on the influence of Financial Attitude and Financial Behavior partially on Financial Satisfaction. The second model also uses supply chain strategies where Financial Knowledge is used as a moderator. The results show there is a significant influence of Financial Literacy on Financial Satisfaction but there is no significant effect of Financial Attitude and Financial Behavior partially on Financial Satisfaction. The first research model provides a better explanation than the second model. Both models show the significant influence of Financial Knowledge. Increasing Financial Knowledge and Financial Literacy through education will be very beneficial for Generation Z for their Financial Satisfaction.

Globalization in the current technological era requires every country to be able to face increasingly fierce competition. Indonesia ranked 41st below Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore out of 137 countries in 2017-2018 Global Competitiveness Index. Quality human resources are the only choice to win the competition. TQM can be used to produce the right quality standards to produce competent and competitive graduates. This study aims to discuss how the application of TQM in education uses SERVQUAL and also the quality function deployment (QFD) based on student perspectives. The results showed that the quality of technology is one of the important elements that are highly expected by students but have not been fulfilled by the university.

Selected 134 companies consisted of 71 compdnies from main board and 62 ffom development board. This research wns an obseruational and explanatory study. Selected 134 companies consisted of 71 compdnies from main board and 62 ffom development board. This research wns an obseruational and explanatory study. Samples were obtained through purposive sampling. The results showed that (1) In term of Debt to Equity Ratio, the largest and the smallest debt user were of development boardfrom industrial sector. (2) In term of Debt to Assets Ratio, the highest debt utilization was 96,25% from the total asset or almost all of the asset was funded by debts, this occurred in 2001 by industrinl sector group of development board. ~ e v m e l ~ , the most conservative case in regard with debt utilization occurred in 2004 m.th 0,04% was debtjmded of the total asset, the company was grouped in development board and from industrial sector.
