Currently, the job stability of workers trusted by the private sector is poorly regulated, which ... more Currently, the job stability of workers trusted by the private sector is poorly regulated, which generates a great deal of legal uncertainty. This investigation therefore takes into account job legislation, doctrine and the jurisprudence of the Constitucional Court and the Supreme Court. Both have concluded that in our country these workers enjoy relative stability, but not absolute stability, although in some cases they deserve compensatory tutela. (reparations). This research is descriptive in nature, using the deductive method, in addition to considering as one of the técnica the interview with magistrates and labor teachers at the national level, in order to abtain opinions that contribute to corroborate my hypothesis. Finally, it is concluded that workers of trust who are dismissed for the loss of trust, enjoy a compensatory protection, because first of all it is a worker who finds his right to work protected in article 27 of our constitution. On the other hand, the worker, having entered as a common worker who was promoted to a trusted one, in that case may choose between severance payo r returning to his former job after withdrawal of confidence.
