The unenhanced thermal performance of Tape Carrier Package (TCP) packages on 8 layer boards with ... more The unenhanced thermal performance of Tape Carrier Package (TCP) packages on 8 layer boards with internal planes is 19 C/W. Simple PCB enhancements such as the addition of thermal vias, alone or with the use of low pr-ofj.le heatsinks, brings the thermal performance in line with requirements for mobile computing platforms which do not have forced convection cooling options available. With forced convection cooling, devices with a power dissipation requirement of t u p to 4.1C/W can be packaged in TCP format. BACKGROUND : As semiconductor devices become more complex, they are being introduced into products t:hat ccNver the spectrum of the marketplace. Portability of computing and informat.ion management is driving the reduction in size from desktop to laptop to notebook to palm top sized products. These products, such as hand-held computing systems, require .Light weight small footprint integrated circuits. Devices which operate at state of the art clork speeds have electrical and thermal performance which can not be constrained by formfactor limits. The Tape Carrier Package (TCP) f3rmat is one way to meet the small outline high leadcount interconnection needs of high performance microprocessors for size and weight sensitive, components.

The main purpose of this report is to measure the impact of poverty reduction programs and polici... more The main purpose of this report is to measure the impact of poverty reduction programs and policies of Ho Chi Minh City-the biggest city in Vietnam-in the period 2009-2013 using both quantitative and quality methods. In general, poverty reduction programs have positive impacts on living conditions of poor households. Having access to these programs enables poor/near-poor households to increase income and have better access to decent jobs. In addition, tuition-fee reduction and exemption and health insurance programs help households reduce education and medical expenses. However, there are a number of problems such as limited support fund and poor awareness of the poor/near-poor about the vocational training, unreasonable support mechanism and inconsistency in line departments' coordination.

A series of polymers, poly{5,6-bis(decyloxy)-4-(thiophen-2-yl)benzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazole} (1T-BO20... more A series of polymers, poly{5,6-bis(decyloxy)-4-(thiophen-2-yl)benzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazole} (1T-BO20), poly{4-(2,2 0-bithiophen-5-yl)-5,6-bis(decyloxy)benzo[c][1,2,5]oxadiazole} (2T-BO20), poly{4-(2,2 0-bithiophen-5-yl)-5,6-bis(decyloxy)-7-(thiophen-2-yl)benzo[c][1,2,5] oxadiazole} (3T-BO20) containing 2,1,3-benzooxadiazole derivative and different thiophene rings are synthesized. Effect of the number of thiophene rings on the optical, electrochemical and photovoltaic properties of the polymers is investigated. The maximum absorption wavelength and the optical band gap of the polymers are almost the same, indicating the polymers exhibit similar intramolecular charge transfer effect. The HOMO levels are in the order of 1T-BO20 (À5.60 eV) < 2T-BO20 (À5.45 eV) < 3T-BO20 (À5.36 eV), revealing that the HOMO level of the polymers are dependent of number of thiophene ring in the back bone. Under the illumination of AM 1.5G, 100 mW/cm 2 , the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of PSCs based on these polymers increases in the order of 1T-BO20 (1.66%), 2T-BO20 (1.71%) and 3T-BO20 (1.92%). Besides, we find that the efficiency of PSCs showed very different responses by the addition of DIO as a processing additive. The devices based on 1T-BO20 and 2T-BO20 with DIO exhibit an enhancement of PCE from 1.66% to 3.65% and from 1.71% to 2.40%, respectively, whereas PCE of the device based on 3T-BO20 with DIO decreased from 1.92% to 1.76%.
