It is difficult to find a global minimum of the function because it has many local minimums. So, we need an effective and efficient algorithm to find a solution to the global minimum of the function without being trapped by the local minimum. The flower pollination algorithm is a metaheuristic algorithm, it is expected to be capable of solving multimodal function optimization problems. In this study flower pollination algorithm is used to find the global minimum of the Rastrigin function of two variables with MATLAB. The Rastrigin function of two variables is used as objective function for the flower pollination algorithm. The parameters are divided into three configurations based on the difference amount of pollen gamets, the probability switch, and the search domain, with two different iterations 300 and 1500. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi keputakaan dengan mengambil sumber-sumber dari jurnal-jurnal. buku referensi dan artikel ilmiah lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kemajuan TIK juga membawa dampak yang signifikan mengubah komunikasi dan perilaku manusia. Kedua perubahan tersebut menimbulkan kritikan terhadap TIK. Permasalahan itu mulai penggunaan media sosial yang kerap tidak memerdulikan nilai-nilai agama dan etika sebagai makhluk sosial. Proses komunikasi terjadi dalam berbagai kegiatan, salah satunya kegiatan Pembekalan Akhir Pemberangkatan (PAP) di Balai Pelayanan, Penempatan, dan Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Medan (BP3TKI Medan). Pembekalan ini dilakukan oleh seorang instruktur TKI. Gaya komunikasi yang baik dari instruktur TKI sangat penting untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam suatu pelatihan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk melihat gaya komunikasi instruktur TKI yang diamati melalui perilaku verbal dan nonverbal dalam memberikan pembekalan materi di BP3TKI Medan dan mengetahui bagaimana persepsi TKI terhadap gaya komunikasi instruktur TKI dalam memberikan pembekalan materi di BP3TKI Medan.

The sampling technique uses purposive sampling using several criteria, namely the building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period, companies that submit financial reports during the research period and companies that have positive net income reports. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Terdapat 152 jumlah data untuk setiap pidato dalam penelitian ini. Data tersebut adalah klausa yang mengandung unsur jenis proses versi Bahasa Inggris dan terjemahannya. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui mengkaji dokumen dan arsip (content analysis), kuesioner, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Validasi data kualitatif menggunakan triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Dalam menentukan penilai (raters), peneliti menerapkan criterion-based selection sampling technique. A reason is that it allows network imbalances to occur. Round Robin (RR) algorithm can be applied for network load balancing because it is a simple algorithm to schedule processes so that it can provide work process efficiency. Authors use the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method in which it can be applied for criteria selection during papers search to match the title being raised. SLR is divided into five stages, namely formalization of questions, criteria selection, selection of sources, selection of search results, and quality assessment. By using SLR, it is expected that papers according to criteria and quality can be found.

Because users have same rights on the network to transfer data, data are vulnerable to be attacked by unauthorized person. Lately, data security in a system only concentrates on data storage on cloud by utilizing internet security, but a little concentration is found during data transfer. By considering security as a serious problem, an encryption-based proposed system is presented to secure during data transfer. Authors propose an approach to boost system security during data transfer in order to prevent data theft by unauthorized person. To prevent an attack by unauthorized person, Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) will be proposed to secure data transfer and storage in cloud computing. For better future, authors will propose Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to generate suggestions and opportunities in AES cloud computing.

The techniques are modulation, transposition, implication, and reduction by Molina and Albir (2002). The research used descriptive qualitative-quantitative method by applying purposive sampling technique. The source of the data was the text of Obama’s and Trump’s inauguration speech and their respective translations. There were 152 data in each inauguration speech. The data were the clause which contains the process type which is realized in verbal group in English and its translation. Based on the total of research data, 10 data or 6.57 % in Obama’s inauguration speech and 7 data or 4.60 % in Trump’s inauguration speech was obtained. The result indicates that the motive of entrepreneurs in implementing e-commerce are accessing global markets 56%, promoting the product 63%, branding 56%, close to the customers 74%, helps communication quickly to customers 63% and satisfying the customers 56%. Beside, the benefits are satisfying the customers 74% and competitive advantage 81%. This research design was a cross-sectional referred to the Basic Health Research in 2010, conducted by the Health Institute for Research and Development The Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia. Objects of this study were women within 19-55 years old. The variabel such as nutritional status, social economy and fish consumption were analysed using logistic regression method. The analysis showed that the consumption of fish protein accounted for 19.1 g/day or 82% of total animal protein intake in women subjected in this research, however thisconsumption only met 34% requirement of protein per day. The average of body mass index of the women was 23.2 ± 4.0 kg/m2 and was categorized as normal nutritional status. Fortification improves protein level in snack and an effort to vary catfish fish product. The purpose of this study was to determine drying method for fish grit, formulation of snack and its properties. Grit formation by several drying methods and proximate (AOAC) and degree of polarization. Snack used based on the physical measurement, namely development ratio. Formulations of grit composition of corn: rice: fish were 70%:30%:0% (K), 65%:25%:10% (A), 62.5%:22.5%:15% (B), 60%:20%:20% (C). Fish addition only effect the color of snack based on sensory analysis. There was no effect on snacks physical properties both 10% and 15% of fish grit added. Chemical measurements comprised water, ash, lipid, protein levels and polarization degree. Statistical analysis showed that fish addition effect the protein level on extrusion snack. Indian mackerel (Rastrelliger kanagurta) is one of sea water fish in Indonesia. It is a good sour... more Indian mackerel (Rastrelliger kanagurta) is one of sea water fish in Indonesia. It is a good source of protein. This fish is consumed by vary processing methods. In addition, it is very known that frying is the favorite method for food processing including fish in Indonesia because of its specific taste. However there is no data found for changes of vitamin and mineral compositions so far, thus our study investigated the effect of deep frying using 4L palm oil at 180 o C for 5 minutes on vitamin A, B12, and minerals (Ca, Na,K, Fe, Zn, and Se) of this fish. The measurenment of vitamin A and B12 was carried out by HPLC and AAS for mineral. The results showed that deep frying effected on vitamin A with significantly increased (P<0.05), on the other hand vitamin B12 decreased significantly (P<0.05). Mineral Ca increased significantly (P<0.05), however Na dan K decreased significantly (P<0.05). No significant result for Fe and Zn. Furthermore, it is found that Se content was under limit detection.
