Pressure for economic profit triggered by changes in the country’s economy resulted in over exploitation of some of them. There are many reasons for this situation including the administrative system, planning, management etc. Analysis of the systems established in the world, manners and methods of parks’ development will help to ensure successful creation of scenic historical landscape parks and national parks in China. Furthermore, cooperation with international institutions and organizations will force Chinese authorities to adhere to the internationally recognized rules and regulations. Therefore, a model of contemporary Historical Scenic Area which confirms and supports at the same time Chinese local features and traditions is going to be based upon general experience of parks in the world supervised by international organizations.

This paper discusses nomadic living space of some Iranian tribes located in different regions to show their unique architecture and culture. Rediscovering different architecture to understand this particular modus in nomadic life which need migration between their summer and winter residences. Given the factthat Black tent material is approximate similar, after thorough study in seven tribes in different provinces of Iran, it has been revealed tha general ideas concerning the set up and installation of the tents have been the same. The search was set against the background of political and social situation as well as changing technical possibilities. Applied methodology was focused on finding links between forms created by people and crucial events characterizing analyzed periods. The methods involved included studies of literature, historical registers in museums and research in situ. Oval or circular urban systems and structures were shaped by several factors: safety, community demand, worship, expression of emotions and experience of decision makers and builders. At times when the defence of people and their possessions was a frequent necessity it was a ring of walls or circular rampart or tower on a plan of a circle that were used. Logics of this solution can be easily proved by simple equations. When mathematics imbued with magic or religion, and became a t...

The idea of well-being of communities as a reference point for designers and planners began to develop in the sixties of the 20th c. In this respect the century brought the breakthrough, disuniting modernism into many diversified flows based on different axioms put forward by the multiple architectural theories. Together with the third technical revolution it gave a new lease of life to architecture.

Some features of garden compositions were recurring in historical periods differing only in some aspects. In contemporary gardens they are repeated again. To assess the coincidences, a short graphic analysis of the basic features of historical gardens was developed. A tool that has allowed to identify differences and similarities between old and contemporary is the tabulation of composition schemes of well-known historic gardens and comparing the results with the features of the recent developments. This allowed us to investigate whether the same elements of composition, despite 21st century changes, apply today. Key words: residential garden, historical establishments, garden layout, composition, contemporary gardens, repeated solutions.

Historic landscape Park of Quin Shi Huang, contains the world-famous “Terracotta Army”. Such a tourist attraction demands organization of access and traffic on an archaeological site and throughout the immense landscape park. The administration of Panjin Park in the Liaoning Province acts to extend the tourist season beyond August/September, when Suaeda Salsa is in bloom and the “Red Beach” attracts millions of visitors. The ideas of spreading tourist goals beyond icons of nature and history and directing them towards rural culture are the most challenging. Eco-farmsteads with animals and traditional crops from orchards, vegetable plots and fields are viewed as an attraction by people who never experienced village life. Research methods employed in the paper include on-site visits, review of literature, conference papers and related PhD dissertation.

The Polish army was also detained there. The Iranian Shah allowed Polish soldiers and civilians to cross from Russia to Iran. In Isfahan Polish fugitives, mainly children, were accommodated in Persian traditional court houses which were converted into their temporary habitat, where new Polish social space emerged. The following problems are discussed in this paper: location of Polish children in Isfahan, recreation of Persian courtyard houses, redefining the meaning of interior and exterior of the houses.

This paper presents the situation as it is today in the city centre, it attempts to locate the sites and buildings, where production was conducted. Poznan industry in the nineteenth century primarily involved small factories producing food, household chemicals, ferrous products, mechanical products as well as railway and urban infrastructure. The symbols of the situation are the biggest monuments of the industrial architecture of Poznan, the sad fate of which is known only to the citizens of Poznań as well as the Old Brewery, known to the whole Poland.

The economy, with its reliance on heavy industry, was in dire need of new production facilities, the shape of which was dictated by the available technology. The mounting restrictions imposed by the centrally controlled state and changing investment priorities did not affect production undertakings inasmuch as other construction industry disciplines. At that time, equipment and industrial unit designs were not subject to categorisation yet, and furthermore enjoyed privileged status when it came to acquiring building materials. Such a situation gave designers a free run at shaping their creations to accommodate technological requirements and in accordance with the modernistic line.
