Education is intellectual and character and spiritual formation. All kinds of relationship must be tailored toward such aim. The relationship between teachers and students must help the students grow intellectually and spiritually or morally. Based on my presentation, the nature of the relationship between teachers and students must be pedagogical in nature, asymmetrical relationship or between the unequal. The teacher is there to help the students learn and grow intellectually and spiritually.

Human beings must accept the fact that this broken world is caused by human beings themselves. The solution is going back to human beings' relationship. Since society is built upon relations, therefore human relationship must be restored to heal the broken world. The kind of human relationship that can restore unified society is subject to subject relationship, not subject to object relationship. World crisis is caused by I-It relationship in which another human being is treated as object and as a result abuse and manipulation are becoming the norms of relationship. Conflict happens because of misunderstanding and such misunderstanding is caused by not being open to one another. People do not reveal themselves to one another because of mistrust. Buber's advice is that everyone should open to one another and should be treated as equal human beings, as subjects. Therefore, honest and sincere dialogue between man and man is a prerequisite to build a dream world: unified world, not a broken one.

It involves social, cultural and moral approach. This paper presents cultural and moral approach. It argues that culture affects the mind and the mind affects the attitude of persons toward something and such attitude affects the behavior. In line with such argument, the author agrees that solving environmental problem need to reverse the culture, the basic world views which are held by the community. Old views need to be revisited and a new perspective about the world needs to be introduced. Laws may not be enough to solve environmental problem unless there is a total transformation of culture and mind.

Three basic psychological need satisfactions at work were identified such as autonomy, competence and relatedness need. Literature and studies were reviewed. Descriptive research methodology was used and Pearson r product moment correlation was used to determine the correlation. The population of the study was the 300 employees of the colleges under investigation. Questionnaires were used to gather the data. The study found that overall the psychological need satisfaction at work of employees and faculty of Divine Word Colleges was high; however, overall there was no correlation between basic psychological need satisfaction at work of employees and their work engagement. But among the three components of basic psychological need satisfaction, relatedness need is correlated to work engagement of employees. Introduction Rationale Improving organizational performance has no single solution because organizational performance is caused by many aspects of human factors. The performance of the organization depends on its employees who are working for the objectives of the organization. Employees' behaviors depend on how satisfied they are with their work. When they are satisfied, they perform well and consequently improving organizational performance. Therefore, it is necessary for the management to identify what are the needs of employees that drive them to work. Using the self-determination theory as the conceptual framework, the study would like to investigate the basic psychological need satisfaction and how does it affect the work engagement. The study is within the domain of psychology and human behavior and the researcher does not pretend to be psychologist and behaviorist but the researcher uses their theories particularly self-determination theory to develop an understanding of the needs of the faculty and employees. The theory argues that the three needs such as autonomy, competency and relatedness are innate needs and universal, in the sense that all human beings across the boundary, culture, gender and race have the same needs. This study would like to find out the three needs among faculty and employees and how they affect the work engagement.
