In other words, it is very useful for classification and analysis. Although there are many natural language syntax analyzers that existed before, it still remains to fulfill the requirements for analyzing English text for English to English Machine Translation. In this paper, we have proposed a chunk based analyzer for English to English Machine Translation System. The keyword search Technique is one of the techniques of Natural Language Understanding. A simple keyword based matching technique is used for classification. Domain-specific dictionaries of keywords are used to reduce the dimensionality of feature space. The output result is that the word matched to a known word will be replaced in the given sentence, which will not be changed the original meaning.

However, performance of agronomic traits of these rice cultivars between wet season (WS) and dry season (DS) have not been clarified. The objective of this study is to evaluate variation of heading date, culm length, panicle length, panicle number and paddy yield of rice cultivars in WS and DS, and to identify main components explaining phenotypic variations by genotypes, locations, cropping seasons and year in Myanmar to establish efficient cropping system. We used eight major cultivars (Theedatyin, Manawthukha, Sinthukha, Sinthwelatt, Kyawzeya, Shwewartun, Ayeyarmin and Pawsanyin) and planted in 2014 and 2015 for DS, in 2015 and 2016 for WS. As the results of experiments at three locations; Yezin, Hmawbi and Myaungmya, we found that heading date of all cultivars grown in WS at Yezin and Myaungmya were about 10 to 16 days earlier than those in DS except for Theedatyin, although Yezin is located about 320 km north of Myaungmya. Further, the difference in heading date between WD and DS was larger in middle matured cultivar group than that of middle/late matured cultivar group at Yezin and Myaungmya. On the other hand, heading dates in WS and DS were almost the same in all cultivars grown at Hmawbi which is located about 100 km east of Myaungmya. These variations in heading date could be attributed to difference of day and night temperature in WS and DS at each location. Culm length in WS was longer than that of DS in all cultivars at all locations except for 2015 DS at Myaungmya. An air-dry effect is likely to be a cause do this variation. Analysis of variance revealed that phenotypic variance of heading date and culm length was highly associated to genotype, season and location as well as their interactions. Genotypes and interaction of genotypes by season were significant component of phenotypic variance of yield. In analysis of variance separately conducted in WS and DS showed that genotype, location and interaction between genotypes and location were found to be associated to heading date and yield. The results suggest that the cultivar trials at different locations need to be conducted both in WS and DS to improve the efficiency of selection for widely adopted cultivars as well as to make efficient cropping system in Myanmar.

Waw Township, lowland area, is located in southeastern part of Bago Region. Sittaung River and Khamon Myitkyo Chaung pass through Waw Township. It has an area of 952 square kilometer. It has 185514 acres of cultivated land. Paddy cultivated land is 185287 acres. This is the second most paddy cultivated land after Kawa Township which is larger than Waw. Waw Township has often been experienced by flooding. In Waw Township, flooding is caused by process such as flat areas being flooded by heavy rainfall. More than half of all paddy fields (more than 100,000 of the estimated 170,000 acres of paddy) were damaged. Therefore, Aim of the paper is to point out what farmers' need to cope with flooding on agricultural production. Objectives of the research are to study how many farms are damaged and to examine how farmers cope with flooding on agricultural production. The researcher selected 1 ward and 3 villages which are flood prone areas in Waw Township. They are Kantaw Ward, Waing Pat, Da La Nwan and Sin villages. These selected areas are located on the western part of Sittaung River. Semi-structured questionnaire and in depth interview method are used to study. Simulation model of Hatch et al., 1974 is applied to determine the effects of selected factors on the survival capability and the growth of farms under conditions of risk and uncertainty. The farm sizes vary from 6 acres to 54 acres, the operation was represented for full owners and part owners. The result shows that goal hierarchy of the farmers is related to farm and farmer characteristics such as age, tenure and experiences. One major constraint for farming in Waw Township is lack of access in credit in time to purchase seeds and fertilizer, and to practice in time. Inadequate amount of credit and lack of access to credit impose heavy costs on agriculture in terms of productivity and income (Turnell 2008). This situation is also found in the study area.

XML is used by many organizations for e-commerce and internet based applications such as online shopping, digital library, and electronic devices and so on. XML data is not sufficient to analyze on the Web. So XML is required to systematically analyze by industrial organizations to enable enhanced decision making. On the other hand, Data Warehouses are used by the most of the organizations for analyzing large data on their business. Conversion of XML schema and Data Warehouse schema has emerged as a continuous research area. This paper proposes a hierarchical design framework conversion of XML schema into the various Data Warehouse schema based on ROLAP. In this paper, we describe an automatic approach to support this conversion process. Our approach is based on the source of data that are XML schema and conforming XML document for designing Data Warehouse. We define more than one Data Warehouse schemas from the given XML schema using the Schema Graph has been proposed in the conversion process.
