The type of research used in this research is development research or R&D (Research and Development). In this study, the researcher used a procedure with the Borg and Gall research and development model which was limited to 5 stages. the product developed is a STEM-based e-book, which contains student guidance in the implementation of learning. The product obtained the results of expert validation questionnaires and teacher and student response questionnaires. The value of material experts is 84% with the "Very Valid" criteria, validation from media experts is 84% with the "Very Valid" criteria, the value of linguists is 84% with the "very valid" criteria, and the response of teachers is 92% and students are 89.25%. The e-book product that has been developed is declared suitable for use as a basic material with "very valid" validation.
