This study aims to analyze the influence of Competency and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Cit... more This study aims to analyze the influence of Competency and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) With Servant Leadership as a Moderation Variables. The population in this study were all employees at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Demak Regency, Kendal Regency, Semarang Regency and Semarang City as many as 144 people. The sampling technique used census method, 144 employees. Data was collected by questionnaire with Likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS version 22 includes, test instruments and multiple linear regression analysis for t test. The result showed that competency has a positively significantly influences on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Job Satisfaction has a positively significantly influences on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and servant leadership as moderating variables the influences of both competency and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The competition level faced by Suara Merdeka Daily has become increas ugly high especially since ... more The competition level faced by Suara Merdeka Daily has become increas ugly high especially since the last quarter of 1997 after some Jakarta newspapers are capable to print out near their target market, which has 'made its sales decreasing from month to month. This condition has to be anticipated by the Suara Merdeka management by considering the influencing factors that affect consumer decision. This research is conducted in Semarang City with 150 respondents grouped by three job . There one hypotheses that are to be examined by Using factor analysis. As the result of identification and factor analysis of the product attribute variables, with influence the decision to buy Suara Merdeka, it is found there are eighteen factors to the decision to buy Suara Merdeka in 8ernarang City is 82.8% (cumulative variance explained) of the overall factors. This study aims to test whether profitability acts as a moderating variable that is able to moder... more This study aims to test whether profitability acts as a moderating variable that is able to moderate the influence of the company growth and capital structure on the firm value. The independent variables used in this study are company growth and capital structure, while profitability is the moderating variable.The research sample was taken from manufacturing industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2016 - 2018. The study used panel data which is a combination of cross section and time series data, with data analysis using multiple regression.The results showed that company growth and profitability had a positive effect on the firm value, while capital structure had does not effect. The results of the analysis show that profitability does not moderate the effect of company growth and capital structure on the firm value, the interaction of company growth and capital structure with profitability has a negative impact on the firm value.

This study is aimed to analyze and describe the influence of psychological capital and organizati... more This study is aimed to analyze and describe the influence of psychological capital and organizational change to employee performance with organizational commitment conducted on Credit Center of a Banking Company in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The population in this study is 275 employees. The sample 163 respondents is taken by using proportional stratified sampling technique with criteria permanent employees and having been working for at least 5 years. The result of hierarchical regression analysis shows that (1) psychological capital influences employee performance, (2) organizational change influences employee performance, (3) organizational commitment is moderating variable for the influence of psychological capital to employee performance, and (4) organizational commitment is moderating variable for the influence of organizational change to employee performance.
