Reliquefaction is one of the most important systems in the cryogenic process of a propane plant w... more Reliquefaction is one of the most important systems in the cryogenic process of a propane plant which functions to minimize BOG (Boil Off Gas) on propane tanks. The reliquefaction plant in a propane plant liquefies BOG back to liquid phase. Cold liquids of propane and butane from a butane plant are mixed to form LPG. BOG causes large propane loss if not handled properly. BOG occurs due to a natural increase in propane temperature, which is normally at -42°C, in the tank and causes a phase change from liquid to gas accompanied by an increase in pressure in the propane tank. At present, there is a decrease in coefficient of performance (CoP) of the propane reliquefaction cycle from 2.16 to 1.90 suspected to occur. The present work attempts to reduce the compressor work by reducing the refrigerant temperature in the compressor cooler exit by utilizing cold seawater of 17°C exiting an heat exchanger between cold liquid propane and seawater streams to replace seawater stream of 30°C. optimization work has been conducted on the compressor cooler exit unit involving varying heat flux and heat transfer surface area affecting the investment cost. The optimization results in decrease in the compressor work from 213.04 to 179.92 kJ/kg and recover CoP of the reliquefaction cycle to 2.16.

This research has the objectives to describe the political visions of Barack Obama toward Iraq Wa... more This research has the objectives to describe the political visions of Barack Obama toward Iraq War during US presidential campaign 2008 as represented in his text “The Blueprint for change – War in Iraq” and to identify his ways or strategies in expressing those political visions. This is a descriptive qualitative research. It uses two types of data. Those are primary and secondary data. The primary data is collected from a source of data which is the text of “The Blueprint for Change - War in Iraq”. The primary data of this research are Obama’s written expressions (words, phrases, sentences) taken from Blueprint. It contains the political visions: his criticism, praise, and future programs toward Iraq War issues. Meanwhile, the secondary data which are used to support the primary data are the facts and ideas taken from journal, books, magazine article, and online articles. Proses bisnis yang berlangsung di PT.Indomas belum terkomputerisasi sehingga mempunyai masalah dalam penyimpanan dan pengaksesan data. Maka dari itu dalam penelitian ini dibuat aplikasi manajemen yang dapat digunakan pada proses bisnis di PT.Indomas. Dengan adanya sistem yang terkomputerisasi penyimpanan data menjadi lebih terstruktur sehingga lebih mudah untuk mengakses data-data yang dibutuhkan. Selain itu, perhitungan stok dan analisis supplier dapat dilakukan oleh sistem secara otomatis. Analisis supplier dilakukan dengan perhitungan antar matriks menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Beberapa contoh fitur, analisis supplier pada modul pembelian benang, atau pun laporan keuangan disimpan dan diolah secara otomatis. The state of being unable to pay is usually caused by financial distress from the debtor's business that has experienced bankruptcy. This is a way to get out of the debt problem that hides a debtor, where the debtor no longer has the ability to pay debts. the debt to its creditors. If the inability to repay debts that are due is realized by the debtor, then the step that can be taken by the debtor is by submitting a request to determine the status of bankruptcy to himself, or by determining the status of bankruptcy issued by the court if it has been proven that the debtor has indeed not been able to repay debts that are due and collectible.
