Such application has now been found in the context of higher education; thus, this paper aims to look into the implementation of ISO standards in the management of a private university in Vietnam. Using a desk research approach, the study seeks to detail the application of ISO in the areas of educational support system and business operation system in the strategic management of this institution, showing the quantitative operational results that have been achieved in all aspects of HR management, teaching quality, new enrollment number and financial growth.

In FPT University, we have designed an online system Lab where students experience real-world business programming problems, and work on project-based business models. These labs are guided by experts from the IT enterprises and are evaluated based on standards of the software industry. The system consists of four levels from low to high, in which students are required to use C or Java programming language, two of the most popular ones, to solve given problems. Students freely choose problems to solve in order to enrich at least the minimum LOC (Line Of Code) number required for each level. System does not allow use "copy and paste" keys, and students are required typing code to solve problems. The assessment is implemented partially automatic and by experts. Through these courses, students not only improve their programming skills, practical work experience, and career orientation but also have the opportunities to participate in professional networks, having more chances to be employable when they graduate. We are currently implementing the system at all four FPT University campuses in Vietnam (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Can Tho) as well as at the Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD).

These clusters are known to show spontaneous magnetization of ferromagnetism at higher loading densities of Rb atoms in a previous study. The development of the internal field is observed below ' 4 K in the temperature dependence of zero-field mSR spectra in the sample n ¼ 5:8, where n is the average loading density of Rb atoms per unit cage. The Curie temperature of this sample is estimated to be ' 5 K from the Arrott plot analysis. The amplitude of the relaxation is large enough to indicate the magnetic ordering in the major volume of sample. The internal field is confirmed to be almost static in the longitudinal-field mSR spectra below ' 4 K. Difference of the ferromagnetic properties between K and Rb clusters is also discussed from the viewpoint of mSR study.

Cages are connected by the sharing of windows of the framework, and arrayed in simple cubic, diamond and body centered cubic structures in zeolites A, X and sodalite, respectively. The s-electrons have the localized nature of nanoclusters with magnetic moments, and have mutual interactions through the windows of cages. They show exotic magnetism depending on the structure type of zeolites, the kind of alkali metals and the average loading density of alkali atoms per cage. In zeolite A, potassium clusters are formed in α-cages that have an inside diameter of 11 Å. They exhibit ferromagnetic properties explained by the canted antiferromagnetism of the Mott insulator, where the 1 p-like degenerate orbitals of clusters play an essential role in the magnetic properties. Na-K alloy clusters generated at supercages and β-cages of low-silica X (LSX) zeolite exhibit Néel's N-type ferrimagnetism at specific loading densities of alkali metals. Alkali metal clusters in sodalite show the ideal Heisenberg antiferromagnetism of the Mott insulator.

When the average number of s-electrons per cluster, n, is larger than 11A˚arearrayedinasimplecubicstructure.Whentheaveragenumberofs−electronspercluster,n,islargerthan4, ferromagnetic properties are newly observed at low temperatures. The Curie temperature is estimated to be $3.5 K at n ¼ 5.0 from the Arrott-plot analysis. The magnetic susceptibility shows Curie-Weiss law with a negative Weiss temperature, T W , of about À25 K, indicating that the coupling between magnetic moments of clusters is antiferromagnetic. Possible origins of the ferromagnetism in Rb clusters are discussed.
