For these countries, rapid economic development is a major concern on the path to EU integration. Economic development without cooperation is unthinkable. There are many issues in such areas as trade, energy security, transport issues and other. Because the economies of countries are fragmented regional cooperation is necessary to eliminate these problems. We have to define the strategy of European Union with Serbia and Croatia. For the EU, regional cooperation with the Western Balkans, including Serbia and Croatia, as well as its deepening, especially between the countries of the Western Balkans, is a top priority, since such cooperation is a key factor in political stability, economic development and security. In our opinion economical indicators give us some idea of the development dynamics of these two countries. Despite cultural, political and historical differences, Serbia will also be able to take an interest in deepening economic, cultural and political cooperation with the EU, including Croatia

On September 25, 2015, the 193 member states of the United Nations reached an unprecedented agreement on the sustainable development document "Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development", which includes 17 goals and 169 tasks (United Nations, 2020). The Sustainable Development Goals are based on three interrelated elements of sustainable development: economic growth, social inclusion and environmental protection. Whether Georgia will be able to be relevant to the tasks of sustainable development with its economic strategy, reforms and results is a highly important issue. If the country has resources that have not yet been identified or properly studied, then the government should urgently find every means to ensure the financing of those programs and initiatives that are intended to eliminate the menti...

This paper uses provincial panel data from the Information Network of the National Bureau of Statistics of China and the Development Research Centre of the State Council and conduct a panel data fixed effect regression model to empirically study the impact of technological innovation and industrial upgrading on economic development of 11 provinces in the Yangtze River economic belt. The results of full sample estimation show that technological innovation and industrial upgrading can promote economic growth at a significant level of 1%, but the impact of industrial upgrading is not obvious when they are considered separately. According to the results of sub-regional estimation, there is regional heterogeneity in the degree of effect of technological innovation and industrial upgrading on economy. Therefore, the Yangtze River Economic Belt...

Many of these critics see biology as an alternative methodological direction that merits investigation. Modelling economics on biology is not a new idea; it is an attempt to revisit a number of questions which were left behind at the turn of the twentiieth century. Thus the fundamental ques- tion is whether the concept of evolutionary economics was abandoned prematurely, or for good reasons. At present, it seems that the unifying position of these different “evolutionists” seems to be a growing contempt with the neoclassical economics, especially to its simplifying assumptions, which take inventions, innovations and dissem- ination of information as external variables The concepts that schumpet...

On the one hand, the more goods a country produces, the more complex its economy becomes. On the other hand, the complexity varies depending on how many other countries can produce the same goods. Georgia is as complex as expected in terms of its income level. As a result, it is planned to develop its economy moderately. Growth Lab's 2028 growth forecast for Georgia is projected at 4.2% annual growth over the next decade, making it one of the top twenty countries globally. As soon as innovation is introduced, people start striving to use it. That is, they are copying it in some way. Meanwhile, after this copying, more and more opportunities to use this particular innovation are revealed, which in turn leads to an increase in revenue. This happens every 50-60 years.
