Предложен эффективный алгоритм решения задачи. На основе расчетных экспериментов для конкретных задач оптимального планирования режимов энергосистем выявлена эффективность предложенного алгоритма. ABSTRACT In the article the issues of taking into account of constraints in the form of inequality in optimal planning of short-term modes of power systems are considered. An efficient algorithm for solving of the problem is offered. On the basis of computational experiments for specific problems of optimal planning of modes of power systems the efficiency of the proposed algorithm is revealed. Currently, many enterprises are installing their own stations for generating electricity based on... more Currently, many enterprises are installing their own stations for generating electricity based on solar and wind energy, which may have batteries. At the same time, part of the consumed electricity by the enterprise during the day can be taken from the electric power system (EPS). Changing the electricity tariff during the day sets the task of determining the optimal load schedules of such consumers relative to EPS. In the existing literature, mathematical models and solution methods which can be used to determine the optimal schedules of power consumption from EPS and power output by the own station, taking into account their characteristics are not found. In this paper, we propose a mathematical model and an algorithm for solving the problem of optimization of load schedules for consumers with their own stations based on renewable energy resources, taking into account the capabilities of batteries. The results of evaluation the effectiveness of proposed model and algorithm are given.

The problem of selecting the optimal composition of operating units in power plants when planning... more The problem of selecting the optimal composition of operating units in power plants when planning short-term modes of power systems is a complex problem of nonlinear programming. Its solution usually boils down to determining the starting or stopping units in power plants for each interval of the planning period. Despite the current existence of many methods and algorithms for solving this problem, the issues of their improvement in the direction of increasing the accuracy of calculations and the reliability of convergence of iterative process, taking into account the new conditions of the functioning of power systems, as well as the capabilities of modern computing facilities, remains as an important task. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm for the selection of the composition of operating units in power plants based on a genetic algorithm, which, to a certain extent, meets modern requirements. The solution to the problem is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, generalized energy characteristics of the plants participating in the optimization are constructed. At the second stage, based on optimal coverage of the power system load schedule by all plants according to their obtained generalized energy characteristics taking into account all limiting factors, by the genetic algorithm, the optimal compositions of the operating units are determined. High accuracy of the result is ensured by the direct use of energy characteristics of plants, usually set in a tabular form, and the ability of the genetic algorithm to solve multiextreme problems without any simplifications. The results of computational experiments, which confirm the high efficiency of the proposed algorithm, are presented.

Optimizing modes of the modern power system on active power is a complex problem of nonlinear mat... more Optimizing modes of the modern power system on active power is a complex problem of nonlinear mathematical programming. Despite the existence of many methods and algorithms for solving this problem, the issues of their improvement in the direction of correctly taking into account the factors that affect the regime remains an important problem. One of such factors is functional inequality constraints. The paper presents a new algorithm for optimising the modes of power system, taking into account losses in networks and functional constraints in the form of inequalities on power flows of controlled power transmission lines (PTL). A characteristic feature of the algorithm is taking into account the losses in branches by transferring them to the nodes of the electrical network. The algorithm's efficiency is investigated by the example of optimization of the mode of a complex electric power system with four thermal power plants participating in the optimization, ten PTL, in two of which the active power flows are controlled. In this case, the power flows in the controlled lines are determined by linearized formulas using the power distribution coefficients of the nodes. The economic effect on the total fuel consumption due to the use of the proposed algorithm is 0.45%.

The problem of power system mode optimization taking into account losses in electrical networks a... more The problem of power system mode optimization taking into account losses in electrical networks and constraints on power flows in power transmission lines (PTL) is a complex problem of nonlinear programming. In general case, it is associated with a large number of different-scale variables, simple and functional constraints in the forms of equality and inequality, the different nature of the initial data on the state of the system and complex dependencies between parameters. Therefore, despite the existence of many methods and algorithms for solving of this problem, the issues of their improvement in the direction of increasing the efficiency due to more accurate accounting of limiting and influencing factors remains as an important problem. This paper presents a new algorithm for optimization of modes of power systems taking into account functional constraints in the form of inequality on active power flows in controlled PTL and losses in electrical networks. It characterized with the calculation of active power flows in controlled transmission lines by their expression, using the circuit and operating parameters of the electrical network, as well as taking into account losses without calculation of their derivatives. The results of experimental calculations carried out for a power system, which have four settlement thermal power plants, taking into account the network factor, are presented. They show that the use of the proposed algorithm can significantly increase the efficiency of optimization by increasing the accuracy of accounting of losses in electrical networks and power flows in controlled PTL.

It provides solving the mathematical task of optimization through short-linear approximation of nonlinear characteristics of power stations and functions of limitation and using the linear programming methods. Here also the research results are presented. It confirms that the offered algorithm has reliable iterative process convergence and high accuracy. The offered algorithms using for optimal planning of big Power Systems regime provides significantly decrease the calculation time and energy resource expenses in power stations.

The main disadvantages and calculation difficulties typical for traditional algorithms are described. Application of the proposed algorithm can effectively increase the accuracy and overcome many calculation difficulties associated with discontinuity of energy characteristics of power plants and various constraints in the form of equality and inequality.

In this regard, this article proposes a mathematical model of the problem of determining the optimal daily mode of operation of a photovoltaic system in an enterprise with a private photovoltaic system connected to the electrical system. The effectiveness of the mathematical model was analyzed on the example of determining the optimal mode of operation of the photovoltaic system located on the territory of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute. It is shown that the mathematical model can be used to determine the optimal operating modes of existing photovoltaic systems in enterprises and distribution networks, as well as to determine the optimal parameters in their design.

In this regard, this article proposes an algorithm for optimizing power system modes by genetic algorithm, taking into account functional constraints in the form of equalities and inequalities by various penalty functions. The effective mathematical algorithm of Power Systems short period regimes optimization on active... more The effective mathematical algorithm of Power Systems short period regimes optimization on active power is offered. It provides solving the mathematical task of optimization through short-linear approximation of nonlinear characteristics of power stations and functions of limitation and using the linear programming methods. Here also the research results are presented. It confirms that the offered algorithm has reliable iterative process convergence and high accuracy. The offered algorithms using for optimal planning of big Power Systems regime provides significantly decrease the calculation time and energy resource expenses in power stations.

The main disadvantages and calculation difficulties typical for traditional algorithms are described. An effective algorithm for power system mode optimization based on a piecewise- linear approximation of nonlinear dependencies is proposed. Application of the proposed algorithm can effectively increase the accuracy and overcome many calculation difficulties associated with discontinuity of energy characteristics of power plants and various constraints in the form of equality and inequality.

At present, one of the most important issues at the level of various manufacturing enterprises is... more At present, one of the most important issues at the level of various manufacturing enterprises is the development of ways for building and efficiently using renewable energy sources, especially solar energy. In this regard, this article proposes a mathematical model of the problem of determining the optimal daily mode of operation of a photovoltaic system in an enterprise with a private photovoltaic system connected to the electrical system. The effectiveness of the mathematical model was analyzed on the example of determining the optimal mode of operation of the photovoltaic system located on the territory of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute. It is shown that the mathematical model can be used to determine the optimal operating modes of existing photovoltaic systems in enterprises and distribution networks, as well as to determine the optimal parameters in their design.

Over the past decades, many publications on the use of genetic algorithms, which offer a new and ... more Over the past decades, many publications on the use of genetic algorithms, which offer a new and powerful approach for solving the problem of power system mode optimization, have appeared. Despite this, the issues of effectively taking into account various constraints when solving such problems with genetic algorithms remain opened. In this regard, this article proposes an algorithm for optimizing power system modes by genetic algorithm, taking into account functional constraints in the form of equalities and inequalities by various penalty functions. The results of effectiveness research of the given algorithm in the example of optimization of 8-nodal power system with four thermal power plants and three lines with controlled power flows are presented.

Especially, the presence of integral constraints causes significant difficulties in solving of such problem. Since, under such constraints, the modes of power system in separate time intervals of the considered planning period become dependent on the values of the parameters in other intervals. Accordingly, it becomes impossible to obtain the optimal mode plan as the results of separate optimization for individual time intervals of the period under consideration. And the simultaneous solution of the problem for all time intervals of the planning period in the conditions of large power systems is associated with additional difficulties in ensuring the reliability of convergence of the iterative computational process.
