The first oil shipments was held in 1958, while this research only discussesPertamina oil trading from 1969 to 2015 through a special subsidiary which was established to carry out the trading for almost fifty years since it was still named as Perta Group (1969) until Petral (2015). The purpose of this research is to know how Pertamina oil trading policy was specified and implemented over a period of time and parties affecting the process so rent- seeking and corruption happened throughout the history of Pertamina oil trading. Population growth in DKI Jakarta Province continues to increase. The consequence of population in... more Population growth in DKI Jakarta Province continues to increase. The consequence of population increase is indeed in the volume of waste which also continues to increase and at the same time the need for energy is increasing. Since 2011 DKI Provincial Government has implemented waste to energy (WTE) in Bantargebang TPST, but it was not as the main processing unit. Since 2011, DKI Provincial Government has also compiled a plan (2012-2032 Waste Management System Master Plan) to make WTE as a central processing unit by making an Intermediate Treatment Facility (ITF) at four points in DKI Jakarta Province. It was only in 2018, one ITF in Sunter began to be built. To unravel the problem of the slow implementation of RISPS, researcher tried to map the existing network of actors and to explore the extent to which the configuration of the subsystem accepted new ideas and actors in the context of accelerating WTE development. To determine the fault location of the dc line fault in an HVDC transmission system, a new algori... more To determine the fault location of the dc line fault in an HVDC transmission system, a new algorithm based on the traveling wave method and learning based method is proposed in this paper. The relationship between the traveling wave time of arrival differences with fault location is presented. The differences in traveling wave time of arrival measured at both ends of transmission line combined with associated fault locations form a fault pattern which is used to perform a simple calculation in order to determine the disturbance location. The fault current for different fault locations is simulated using the electromagnetic transient simulation software EMTDC/PSCAD. Performance of the proposed fault location algorithm is investigated using various fault location and resistance. The impact of data sampling rate also being investigated here. The simulation result shows that the proposed algorithm can reduce the sampling frequency and the number of train feature with the same accuracy.

This paper presents techniques for OPF-based electricity market enhancement with considering cont... more This paper presents techniques for OPF-based electricity market enhancement with considering contingencies, allocating the Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) and estimating the system-wide available transfer capability (SATC) computations. The voltage stability constraints optimal power flow (VSC-OPF) problem formulation installs with the FACTS and includes the loading parameter in order to ensure enhancement a proper stability margin for the market solution. The first technique is an iterative approach and computes the SATC value based on the − 1 contingency criterion for an initial optimal operating condition, to then solve an OPF problem for the worst contingency case; this process is repeated until the changes in the SATC values are below a minimum threshold. The second technique solves a reduced number of OPF associated with contingency cases according to a ranking based on the power transfer sensitivity analysis. Both techniques are tested on the IEEE 14-bus test system considering locational marginal prices (LMP) and nodal congestion prices (NCP) and then compared with results obtained by means of the VSC-OPF considering − 1 contingency criteria technique without installing the FACTS. A good system response for the allocated the FACTS devices which indicates that the devices given a powerful response for the VSC-OPF method, the two method, with presenting the security method and the transaction method result in improved transactions, higher security margins and lower prices.

Sistem interkoneksi tenaga listrik dengan daya damping yang rendah dapat menjadi penyebab terjadi... more Sistem interkoneksi tenaga listrik dengan daya damping yang rendah dapat menjadi penyebab terjadinya masalah osilasi frekuensi rendah pada sistem tenaga listrik. Pada kondisi kerja yang ekstrim, stabilitas sistem daya (PSS) bisa mengalami kegagalan dalam meredam osilasi tersebut. Makalah ini menyajikan desain kendali robust pada PSS dan kapasitor seri terkendali thyristor (TCSC) secara simultan untuk meredam osilasi pada sistem interkoneksi tenaga listrik. Untuk menggaransi kendali yang kokoh, teknik pertubasi aditif invers digunakan untuk merepresentasikan ketidakpastian sistem pada sistem tenaga listrik seperti perubahan parameter sistem, pembangkitan sistem dan kondisi pembebanan yang sulit diprediksi secara pasti. Pada studi ini, algoritma genetika digunakan untuk menala parameter kendali pada PSS dan TCSC secara simultan. Studi simulasi telah dilakukan pada sistem bus tak berhingga mesin tunggal (SMIB) untuk membuktikan bahwa kendali yang telah didesain mempunyai unjuk kerja dan kekokohan yang lebih bagus dibandingkan dengan kendali konvensional.

Pada kondisi kerja yang ekstrim, stabilitas sistem daya (PSS) bisa mengalami kegagalan dalam meredam osilasi tersebut. Untuk menggaransi kendali yang kokoh, teknik pertubasi aditif invers digunakan untuk merepresentasikan ketidakpastian sistem pada sistem tenaga listrik seperti perubahan parameter sistem, pembangkitan sistem dan kondisi pembebanan yang sulit diprediksi secara pasti. Pada studi ini, algoritma genetika digunakan untuk menala parameter kendali pada PSS dan TCSC secara simultan. Studi simulasi telah dilakukan pada sistem bus tak berhingga mesin tunggal (SMIB) untuk membuktikan bahwa kendali yang telah didesain mempunyai unjuk kerja dan kekokohan yang lebih bagus dibandingkan dengan kendali konvensional.
