And ideally having a particle size of less than 200μm. They are made from polymeric waxy or other protective materials such as natural, semi-synthetic, and synthetic polymers. The therapeutic efficacy of microspheres containing drug depends upon their characteristics that can be altered in required terms by altering materials, methods, polymers, or techniques used. It is the reliable means to deliver the drug to the target site with specificity if modified, and to maintain the desired concentration at the site of interest without untoward effects. Microspheres received much attention not only for prolonged release but also for targeting anticancer drugs to the tumor. Microspheres are various types like Bio-adhesive microspheres, Magnetic microspheres, Floating microspheres, Radioactive microspheres, Polymeric microspheres, polymeric microspheres, Synthetic polymeric microspheres, and are prepared by methods like Spray Drying, Solvent Evaporation, Single emulsion technique, Double emulsion technique, Phase separation coacervation technique, Spray drying and spray congealing, Solvent extraction, Quassi-emulsion solvent diffusion. The present review highlights various types of microspheres, different methods of preparation, their applications, and various parameters to evaluate their efficiency.

It is prepared using the general method for the preparation of herbs, vanilla sugar, and soft drinks. The formulation is well-developed and tested. Both the physicochemical properties of the drug and the auxiliary substances added to the formulation contribute to the treatment. All of our creams have a pH of 5.5-7, which is good for the pH of the skin. Finally, we conclude from several studies that the preparation of green herbal tea has shown to be good and effective and may be suitable for commercialization in the future after successful completion.

It was found that the intervals of the drug were decreasing with time over 2hrs in the absence of ginger, lemon juice, and as a combination of these food ingredients. The effect of these foods on the therapeutic efficacy of the synthetic drug was studied in a glucocorticoid inhibition model using rabbits.
