Concepts are symbolic representations of ideas. Ideas themselves have no representation, thus they are in the non-physical Platonic World of Ideas, and thus cannot be stored in the brain. As thinking reaches ideas, thinking has to have a non-physical quality. A second argument in this vein is that one may experience that there is freedom in thinking, thus it cannot be originated in the physical brain.

After brie fly describing the project, arguments against its imple mentation are given considering local problems in Brazil, which may be applied to many developing countries, as well as un iversal problems. The latter includes the author's concepts , published for the first time in 1976, that computers and the Internet are damaging to a healthy mental development of children and adolescents and also citing objective results of va rious pieces of research showing that students' achievements are in general damaged by the use of those technologies.

The populations were started with four lethals, two wild and two induced, each of them having frequency of 0.25. The lethals still had frequencies from 0.03 to 0.18 when the populations were 348 days old. The analysis of the lethals showed that all of them were able to survive in homozygous condition. The survival of the flies homozygous for the lethals was due to the presence of recessive suppressors. The proportion of the lethals accompanied by theirs own suppressors was measured in a sample taken when the populations were 866 days old and varied from 0 to 58.3%. The implications of the presence of suppressors regarding the behaviour of lethals in populations are analysed and discussed.

We proceed then to make considerations about error recovery and how to generate non-recursive executable code for the parser. The problem of linkage with *semantic' routines, that is, those that treat context conditions and generate object code is also covered. An example based on a simple grammar is used throughout the paper in a didactical fashion.
