As you can see from the Title, the author wrongly presumes that Horeb is a mountain. And presumes... more As you can see from the Title, the author wrongly presumes that Horeb is a mountain. And presumes that his opponents consider Horeb to be Mt. Sinai. Wrong on both counts. And it doesn't get a whole lot better. Instead, better readers of the biblical text don't consider Horeb to be a mountain at all. But rather, an arid region. Please follow the Grammar. Then appended to this hypothesis, is the inflated idea that the Red Sea was wrongly transliterated in your traditional translations. The deflating idea that, contrary to our oldest biblical text (the Septuagint), that our text was supposed to be read "Reed Sea" instead. As if that novel transliteration is the present scholarly consensus. It is not. So, Dear Reader, even this title is a mountainous red herring. Full of error and misrepresentation. Do not eat that yellow snow...
