The statistical weight exponent tau(q)\tau(q)tau(q) is shown to can be modeled by the hyperbolic tangent deformed in accordance with both Tsallis and Kaniadakis exponentials whose using allows one to describe explicitly arbitrary multifractal phase space. The spectrum function f(d)f(d)f(d), determining the specific number of monofractals with reduced dimension ddd, is proved to increases monotonically from minimum value f=−1f=-1f=−1 at d=0d=0d=0 to maximum f=1f=1f=1 at d=1d=1d=1. The number of monofractals is shown to increase with growth of the phase space volume at small dimensions ddd and falls down in the limit dto1d\to 1dto1.

It will be show that varying in external potential parameters values leads to parameters domain formation of chaos realization. In the modified Lorenz-Haken system transitions from regular to chaotic dynamics can be of Ruelle-Takens scenario, Feigenbaum scenario, or through intermittency.

It is shown that the system manifests cascade of first order transitions related to the number of growing atomic layers. We have found that pattern formation on low layers is governed by a rate of adatom transference between neighboring layers. Critical coverage and critical island size governing adsorbate islands formation are defined. Anomalous dynamics of adsorbate island size growth and a crossover of dynamical regimes are discussed. Distributions of adsorbate/vacancy islands over their sizes are studied in details. It is shown that the linear size of vacancy/adsorbate islands varies from 20 to 100 nano-meters.
