It is established that the economic stability of agricultural holdings is a sphere of sustainable agriculture. Agricultural holdings must receive such income that they can cover all their expenses. The Common Agricultural Policy currently addresses many long-term issues, but it also has to deal with new challenges. It can simply be said that from a long-term perspective, the CAP (Common Agricultural Policy) in the EU aims to support farm incomes to achieve a balanced, productive agriculture. The relatively new focus of Green Europe is aimed at the mutual reciprocity of many different aspects with an emphasis on the environment. The energy business around the world is profitable and economically viable, but it does not always bring appropriate benefits to a society. Besides, some governments, instead of protecting the interests of the population, turn a blind eye and generate injustice in relation to some parts of society in collaboration with energy companies. This paper examines one of the cases when the authorities pursue an unfair policy and contribute to the growth of inequality in society through regulating the natural gas tariffs. The paper considers a case of natural gas consumption and its unfair taxation by the Ukrainian government, which the authors called “gas tax”. A statistical analysis of this case revealed that honest middle-income taxpayers (middle class) are at the most disadvantageous position because they have to pay for utilities at the highest price. Based on the results of the studies and a comparative analysis of scientists and economists, the relation between the key blocks of the digital business transformation that allow rapidly react to heterogeneous consumer requests in the Internet are interpreted. One of the main reasons of occupational accidents, in addition to human error and technical failures, is the lack of foresight of possible accidental events, and the lack of assessment by a company of the risks associated with occupational safety. The article considers the main risks in the mining industry, analyses the problems of modern systems of risk assessment and management of mining investment projects, methods and sequence of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment, provides recommendations for their improvement in order to bring them in line with international risk management standards.

In view of this, the aim of the article is to analyze the economic preconditions for the unification and adaptation of the investment mechanism in the period of Ukraine’s integration into the economic euro area, and to develop recommendations for unification of institutional support for the formation of the investment environment in Ukraine. In the course of the study, the system approach and the method of system analysis and synthesis are the basis. Based on the analysis of the activities in Poland, it is outlined that the conditions for their achievement of high rating indicators are the legally regulated mechanism for promoting investment, which includes relevant institutions, low tax rates, transparency and ease of doing business.
