Stroke is the second leading cause of death and the third disability in the world. Basic health r... more Stroke is the second leading cause of death and the third disability in the world. Basic health research in Indonesia in the last 12 years shows that the prevalence of stroke is still high. A stroke occurs when a blood vessel in the brain is blocked or bursts, so that part of the brain does not get a blood supply and leads to cell death. A patient can avoid death but can still have the risk of experiencing a permanent or temporary disability that affects their productivity. One of the signs of disability in stroke patients is a change in muscle tone. The socioeconomic impact of stroke on a country is so enormous that it needs serious attention both in prevention and treatment. This review aimed to find out and review the development of research related to stroke, especially regarding risk factors, clinical manifestations, and muscle spasticity in post-stroke patients. Article writing was done by summarizing and analyzing the muscle tone of post-stroke patients. The sources of literature were from national and international journal providers by using the keywords "stroke risk factor, "stroke clinical feature", and "muscle tone related to post-stroke spasticity". This review concluded that there is an increase in muscle tone in post-stroke patients that causes muscle spasticity. This increased muscle tone can also be a sign of suboptimal therapy in stroke patients. It is hoped that there will be a wearable device developed to detect muscle tone that is concise and easy to use by the therapist or the patient's family.

But in fact, there are still some cases of undernutrition in some areas of Jember. This is certainly a challenge for health providers because the lack of nutrients that occur in this golden period is irreversible. This research aims to analyze the effects of modisco with moringa leaf for improving the childhood's nutritional status. It was a quantitative research and conducted by using quasiexperimental study. This research used pre-post tests design for experiment and control groups. Data from 40 children (20 from modisco group and 20 from the control group) were analyzed by using paired t-test and simple logistic regression. After one week of treatment, the mean of child weight significantly increased in intervention groups (mean gain weight 0.57 kilogram, p = 0.000), whereas the weight score remained unchanged in the control group (mean gain weight 0.05 kilogram, p = 0.066). The result also showed that there was a significant positive effect of the modisco with moringa leaf for increasing child's body weight (p= 0.026, Exp.B=56,6). It was indicated that the children who were given modisco with moringa leaf for 7 days, potentially had 56,6 times greater for increasing their weight than those who were not given. It could be conduded that the consumption of Modisco with moringa leaf had a beneficial effect to improve the childhood's nutritional status

Clinic X in the implementation of medical record recording is still done manually, retention has ... more Clinic X in the implementation of medical record recording is still done manually, retention has not been implemented and the high visit rate of 20416 in 2021 causes the available storage space is not enough to accommodate medical record files. Recording the use of RM numbers and patient visit reports using Google sheets. The purpose is to design and build a web-based outpatient electronic medical record to overcome the existing problems. This research uses the prototype development method. In the process of designing this system using system flowcharts, context diagrams, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and implementing programs using visual studio code. The results of this study are web-based outpatient electronic medical records that can simplify and overcome problems in the administration of medical records. System testing uses 2 tests, namely blackbox and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The blackbox test results show that all the built features can work well. User Acceptance Test (UAT) of 75% indicates the user strongly agrees that this system is feasible to use.

Parental knowledge is reported as a risk factor that can affect the nutritional status of children. This study was aimed to analyze the relationship between the level of parental knowledge and the nutritional status of children aged 7-12 years. This study was an observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Jember Police Primary Clinic during May 2020, with a large sample of 40 parents who have children aged 7-12 years. The results showed that the distribution of respondents who had good knowledge was 70%, sufficient knowledge was 27.5% and less knowledge was 2.5%. The distribution of respondents with under weight status was 7.5%, normal status was 87.5% and over weight status was 5%. The level of knowledge has a significant (p = 0.021), strong (dxy = 0.613) and positive relationship to the nutritional status of children aged 7-12 years. Knowledge of children's growth and nutritional status is very important for parents because it has the potential to influence parents in caring for and caring for their children, especially in meeting nutritional needs.

Remaja adalah suatu masa dimana individu menunjukkan tanda-tanda seksual sekunder sampai mencapai... more Remaja adalah suatu masa dimana individu menunjukkan tanda-tanda seksual sekunder sampai mencapai kematangan seksual, perubahan pada masa remaja terjadi dikarenakan adanya peningkatan kadar hormonal yang bisa menyebabkan keputihan. Keputihan dialami sekitar 50% populasi wanita, dan 75% wanita di Indonesia pernah mengalami keputihan paling tidak satu kali dalam hidupnya. Keputihan merupakan manifestasi gejala dari hampir semua penyakit kandungan,baik keputihan fisiologis maupun pathologis. Keputihan dapat ditangani dan dicegah dengan personal hygiene yang benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang penanganan keputihan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional (Pada satu waktu yang bersamaan). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi remaja putri kelas VII dan VIII di salah satu SLTP. Sampel yang didapat berjumlah 74 siswi dengan teknik sampling total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 52% golongan remaja putri awal dan 55% golongan remaja putri pertengahan memiliki pengetahuan cukup tentang penanganan keputihan, sedangkan 11% golongan remaja putri awal dan 9% golongan remaja putri pertengahan yang memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang penanganan keputihan. Sebanyak 45% responden mendapatkan informasi tentang keputihan berasal dari media televisi. Masih sedikitnya jumlah remaja putri yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik tentang penanganan keputihan dapat diatasi dengan sosialisasi pemaparan pengetahuan tentang keputihan serta penanganan yang tepat untuk mencegah dan mengatasi keputihan.

Data plays a crucial role in the decision-making process. Raw data is more difficult to interpret and needs to be analyzed. Clustering is one of the techniques used for analysis. This study discusses using K-Means to cluster Public Health Center data based on AKI, AKB, and stunting prevalence. The data is processed by reducing dimensions and normalizing them. The clustering process is performed using the K-Means method, where the maximum k-value is obtained by calculating WCSS. The clustering process results in three clusters of Public Health Centers in the Jember Regency. These clusters can serve as a reference for the Jember Health Office to formulate family health and community nutrition quality policies.

Research and tools related to HCI have been developed by many researchers. HCI is able to help humans connect between humans and computers and humans with humans at a considerable distance. One of HCI model is applied to the MyoWare tool that can capture hand muscle movements using an electromyograph (EMG) sensor. This article describes how to assemble and identify the raw data generated from the MyoWare tool. Using MyoWare on the hand could produce EMG data output. MyoWare only used the EMG sensor and generated data in the form of Envelope EMG and Raw EMG which differed in scale and size. This required a extraction features process to make the data uniform. This of course has an impact on the reproductive health and psychology of adolescent girls because of the lack of knowledge about menarche. This community service activity will optimize the understanding of menarche among PKK cadres and young women in Kemning lor Village, with socialization activities and application learning. The result of this community service activity is an increase in knowledge about menarche for both PKK Cadres and Young Women. From the level of understanding that was previously 30% which was included in the category of high knowledge to 85% after socialization.

Kegagalan dalam manajemen BBLR, bayi dapat mengalami gangguan perkembangan seperti lumpuh, buta atau tuli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan kinerja manajemen bayi berat lahir rendah oleh bidan desa di Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross sectional observation. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 127 bidan desa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dari tiap puskesmas. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dokumen partograf serta MTBM. Variabel bebas terdiri dari umur, masa kerja, pelatihan, motivasi, sikap, sarana dan prasarana sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kinerja manajemen BBLR. Analisa bivariat menggunakan Korelasi Pearson, Rank Spearman, dan Chi Square. Analisa multivariat dengan uji statistik General Linier Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kinerja manajemen BBLR adalah baik. Variabel umur (p=0,0001), masa kerja (p=0,0001), pelatihan (p=0,0001), motivasi (p=0,0001), sikap (p=0,028), sarana prasarana (p=0,0001) memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan kinerja manajemen BBLR. Variabel yang berhubungan bersama-sama dengan pelaksanaan manajemen BBLR adalah motivasi, sikap, sarana prasarana, dan pelatihan. Disarankan bagi Dinas Kesehatan agar mengadakan pelatihan manajemen BBLR bagi seluruh bidan desa, dan menekankan pentingnya PMK dalam upaya menurunkan AKB. Bagi bidan desa hendaknya meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang manajemen BBLR dan PMK, dan bagi institusi pendidikan diploma kebidanan hendaknya menambah kurikulum dan keterampilan mengenai PMK.

One of the signs experienced by adolescent girls is the presence of menarche. Seeing the current condition of society, many parents, especially mothers, are less than optimal in providing education for their daughters when experiencing the menarche process. In this service activity, an android application will be created that functions to help menarch education. The activity began with the application design process and socialization to young women in the village of Kemuning Lor, Jember Regency. The results of this community service activity are as many as 80% of participants feel helped by the android application. In the future, the android application that is built can be developed by increasing educational content related to menarche.

Remaja adalah suatu masa dimana individu menunjukkan tanda-tanda seksual sekunder sampai mencapai... more Remaja adalah suatu masa dimana individu menunjukkan tanda-tanda seksual sekunder sampai mencapai kematangan seksual, perubahan pada masa remaja terjadi dikarenakan adanya peningkatan kadar hormonal yang bisa menyebabkan keputihan. Keputihan dialami sekitar 50% populasi wanita, dan 75% wanita di Indonesia pernah mengalami keputihan paling tidak satu kali dalam hidupnya. Keputihan merupakan manifestasi gejala dari hampir semua penyakit kandungan,baik keputihan fisiologis maupun pathologis. Keputihan dapat ditangani dan dicegah dengan personal hygiene yang benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang penanganan keputihan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional (Pada satu waktu yang bersamaan). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi remaja putri kelas VII dan VIII di salah satu SLTP. Sampel yang didapat berjumlah 74 siswi dengan teknik sampling total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 52% golongan remaja putri awal dan 55% golongan remaja putri pertengahan memiliki pengetahuan cukup tentang penanganan keputihan, sedangkan 11% golongan remaja putri awal dan 9% golongan remaja putri pertengahan yang memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang penanganan keputihan. Sebanyak 45% responden mendapatkan informasi tentang keputihan berasal dari media televisi. Masih sedikitnya jumlah remaja putri yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik tentang penanganan keputihan dapat diatasi dengan sosialisasi pemaparan pengetahuan tentang keputihan serta penanganan yang tepat untuk mencegah dan mengatasi keputihan.

Data plays a crucial role in the decision-making process. Raw data is more difficult to interpret and needs to be analyzed. Clustering is one of the techniques used for analysis. This study discusses using K-Means to cluster Public Health Center data based on AKI, AKB, and stunting prevalence. The data is processed by reducing dimensions and normalizing them. The clustering process is performed using the K-Means method, where the maximum k-value is obtained by calculating WCSS. The clustering process results in three clusters of Public Health Centers in the Jember Regency. These clusters can serve as a reference for the Jember Health Office to formulate family health and community nutrition quality policies.

This community service activity will optimize the understanding of menarche among PKK cadres and young women in Kemning lor Village, with socialization activities and application learning. The result of this community service activity is an increase in knowledge about menarche for both PKK Cadres and Young Women. From the level of understanding that was previously 30% which was included in the category of high knowledge to 85% after socialization.

Stroke is the second leading cause of death and the third disability in the world. Basic health r... more Stroke is the second leading cause of death and the third disability in the world. Basic health research in Indonesia in the last 12 years shows that the prevalence of stroke is still high. A stroke occurs when a blood vessel in the brain is blocked or bursts, so that part of the brain does not get a blood supply and leads to cell death. A patient can avoid death but can still have the risk of experiencing a permanent or temporary disability that affects their productivity. One of the signs of disability in stroke patients is a change in muscle tone. The socioeconomic impact of stroke on a country is so enormous that it needs serious attention both in prevention and treatment. This review aimed to find out and review the development of research related to stroke, especially regarding risk factors, clinical manifestations, and muscle spasticity in post-stroke patients. Article writing was done by summarizing and analyzing the muscle tone of post-stroke patients. The sources of literature were from national and international journal providers by using the keywords "stroke risk factor, "stroke clinical feature", and "muscle tone related to post-stroke spasticity". This review concluded that there is an increase in muscle tone in post-stroke patients that causes muscle spasticity. This increased muscle tone can also be a sign of suboptimal therapy in stroke patients. It is hoped that there will be a wearable device developed to detect muscle tone that is concise and easy to use by the therapist or the patient's family.

Child growth is recognized as an important indicator of nutritional and health status. But in fac... more Child growth is recognized as an important indicator of nutritional and health status. But in fact, there are still some cases of undernutrition in some areas of Jember. This is certainly a challenge for health providers because the lack of nutrients that occur in this golden period is irreversible. This research aims to analyze the effects of modisco with moringa leaf for improving the childhood's nutritional status. It was a quantitative research and conducted by using quasiexperimental study. This research used pre-post tests design for experiment and control groups. Data from 40 children (20 from modisco group and 20 from the control group) were analyzed by using paired t-test and simple logistic regression. After one week of treatment, the mean of child weight significantly increased in intervention groups (mean gain weight 0.57 kilogram, p = 0.000), whereas the weight score remained unchanged in the control group (mean gain weight 0.05 kilogram, p = 0.066). The result also showed that there was a significant positive effect of the modisco with moringa leaf for increasing child's body weight (p= 0.026, Exp.B=56,6). It was indicated that the children who were given modisco with moringa leaf for 7 days, potentially had 56,6 times greater for increasing their weight than those who were not given. It could be conduded that the consumption of Modisco with moringa leaf had a beneficial effect to improve the childhood's nutritional status

Kegagalan dalam manajemen BBLR, bayi dapat mengalami gangguan perkembangan seperti lumpuh, buta atau tuli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan kinerja manajemen bayi berat lahir rendah oleh bidan desa di Kabupaten Lumajang. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross sectional observation. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 127 bidan desa yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dari tiap puskesmas. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dokumen partograf serta MTBM. Variabel bebas terdiri dari umur, masa kerja, pelatihan, motivasi, sikap, sarana dan prasarana sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kinerja manajemen BBLR. Analisa bivariat menggunakan Korelasi Pearson, Rank Spearman, dan Chi Square. Analisa multivariat dengan uji statistik General Linier Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kinerja manajemen BBLR adalah baik. Variabel umur (p=0,0001), masa kerja (p=0,0001), pelatihan (p=0,0001), motivasi (p=0,0001), sikap (p=0,028), sarana prasarana (p=0,0001) memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan kinerja manajemen BBLR. Variabel yang berhubungan bersama-sama dengan pelaksanaan manajemen BBLR adalah motivasi, sikap, sarana prasarana, dan pelatihan. Disarankan bagi Dinas Kesehatan agar mengadakan pelatihan manajemen BBLR bagi seluruh bidan desa, dan menekankan pentingnya PMK dalam upaya menurunkan AKB. Bagi bidan desa hendaknya meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang manajemen BBLR dan PMK, dan bagi institusi pendidikan diploma kebidanan hendaknya menambah kurikulum dan keterampilan mengenai PMK.

Parental knowledge is reported as a risk factor that can affect the nutritional status of children. This study was aimed to analyze the relationship between the level of parental knowledge and the nutritional status of children aged 7-12 years. This study was an observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Jember Police Primary Clinic during May 2020, with a large sample of 40 parents who have children aged 7-12 years. The results showed that the distribution of respondents who had good knowledge was 70%, sufficient knowledge was 27.5% and less knowledge was 2.5%. The distribution of respondents with under weight status was 7.5%, normal status was 87.5% and over weight status was 5%. Seeing the current condition of society, many parents, especially mothers, are less than optimal in providing education for their daughters when experiencing the menarche process. In this service activity, an android application will be created that functions to help menarch education. The activity began with the application design process and socialization to young women in the village of Kemuning Lor, Jember Regency. The results of this community service activity are as many as 80% of participants feel helped by the android application. In the future, the android application that is built can be developed by increasing educational content related to menarche.
