Background: Families and friends who give care to people with mental disorders (MDs) are affected... more Background: Families and friends who give care to people with mental disorders (MDs) are affected in a variety of ways and degrees. The interplay of caregiving consequences: poverty, discrimination and stigma, lack of support from others, diminished social relationships, depression, emotional trauma, and poor or interrupted sleep are associated caregiver burden. Objective: The burden of care on caregivers of people living with MDs was assessed in two districts located in the middle part of Ghana. Coping strategies and available support for caregivers of MDs were also assessed. Design: A qualitative study was carried out involving 75 caregivers of participants with MDs registered within the Kintampo Health and Demographic Surveillance Systems. Data were gathered from caregivers about their experiences in providing care for their relations with MDs. States takes measure during Covid-19 Pandemic. Those measures are not unified under the same stan... more States takes measure during Covid-19 Pandemic. Those measures are not unified under the same standard thus limiting mobility. With the vaccine then available the measures and standards states take becomes more complicated and not unified. There needs to be a unified measure which is a unified social control through international law by analysing whether social control is permissible under international law. A unified social control for measures that effect the mobility will unify standards. It is permissible considering the states behaviour under the current Covid-19 Pandemic. Unified control through international should be done in a treaty or convention. Diplomacy for the success of the treaty then should be done through track two model of diplomacy which will provide freedom to the states in raising their wills and concern on the respective treaty.

Tumapel 45, Surabaya. Bentuk badan usaha yang digunakan adalah swasta perorangan dengan struktur organisasi linier. Law Number 31 Year 1997 regulates the jurisdiction of the Indonesian Military Court to handle mil... more Law Number 31 Year 1997 regulates the jurisdiction of the Indonesian Military Court to handle military members who commit a general crime and military crime based on the Indonesian Penal Code and Indonesian Military Code respectively. However, the General Court also retains jurisdiction over the military members who commit a general crime based on the Indonesian Penal Code. In comparison, Indonesian Civilians who commit a general crime based on the Indonesian Penal Code are only under the General Court. This condition is against the principle of equality before the law as stated in Article 28D.1 of the 1945 Constitution. Indonesia as a state of law must hold this principle. Authors use normative legal research to solve the law issues by reviewing the related laws and the law principles in Indonesia.
