The following methods were used to achieve the goal and objectives of the research: analysis of specialized literature; method of pedagogical observation; method of pedagogical experiment; method of tests; video computerized method of biomechanical analysis; statistical-mathematical method and method of graphical representation. A number of 3 tests of evaluation of sensorimotor coordination were used during this study: test 1-"Briuk" test, static balance; test 2-static-kinematic stability and test 3-stuck landing. The biomechanical analysis was made by means of Physics ToolKit program, monitoring the key elements of sports technique used in double back somersault on floor. The study findings show the level of sensorimotor coordination development in terms of spatialtemporal orientation, vestibular coordination and balance, kinematic and dynamic analysis of sports technique key elements regarding body segments trajectories, angular speeds and force momentum during double back somersault on floor. Also, the evaluation of sensorimotor coordination consistent with the biomechanical analysis of sports technique of floor acrobatic elements in the case of junior gymnasts aged 12 to 15 highlights their influence on the technical training and performances achieved in competitions.

Since 2007, a new concept concerning the operational parameters and yields has been implemented, and the functional SHPs have been re-evaluated. A massive environmental data monitoring campaign has started, creating an economically appropriate SHP database that can be associated with another renewable resource. This paper presents such a pilot station, the first realized in Romania near the Arges River, SHP Budeasa, interconnected with a wind power plant. Some local conditions and part of the realized database are briefly presented. Due to the increase in local demand for electricity, it was necessary to rehabilitate this SHP by associating it with 2 other power plants based on renewable sources. Each component of the pilot station is analyzed separately. After the commissioning of the wind farm an additional production of electricity was obtained, and the pilot station became profitable. From these benefits, the rehabilitation of SHP Budeasa started. The theoretical model, the essential steps in the physical realization and necessary conditions for interconnection are mentioned. The results obtained after seven months of operation and some economic aspects are finally mentioned.

In the first part is evoked the importance of creating of a Pan-European energy market, especially into actual political situation and some general remarks. In the chapter three are presented some proposals for the near future and the main implementation rules as to be in a more efficient manner. In part four are mentioned some investments for citizens' benefits and in part five the Romanian answers as being a part for the European Energetic Community. Finally some conclusions and main references are presented.

It is based on concrete measurements and observation during around 2 years. First is presented an introduction of the actual situation. In part two are mentioned the methods and hypotheses in evaluation of wind velocity distribution in boundary layers for atmospheric air, taking into account the roughness of ground surfaces. It is mentioned a concrete area, south part of Moldova. In third part is presented a solution for the geodetic model and finally are selected the altimetry solution. In chapter four is determined the influence of air density, temperature and pressure on wind turbine functioning. In the next chapters are presented the numerical model with special boundary conditions, taking into account different value of roughness and finally the obtained results. It is also estimated velocity variation during day-night. Finally is presented the vertical distribution of horizontal wind velocity for a wind farm, obviously important due the power of turbine (around 3 MW each one). Some conclusions and references are also mentioned.

The main scope of the paper is to estimate the distribution of the horizontal component of wind velocity in the vertical direction and its influence on wind turbines efficiency. The selected domain for analysis is located in the Southeast part of Romania until an altitude of 600 m. Firstly is presented the impact of the boundary layer’s separation in the vertical wind distribution. The database of the main measured parameters is realized with two masts of 80 m high, situated at 20 km distance each other, during for 24 months. Firstly are presented theoretical aspects allowing estimation of the vertical Boundary Layer separation influence on the wind distribution. An altimetry model for the selected area, based on approximations of the soil roughness is calibrated. There are established the necessary corrections for average and variable roughness. Secondary parameters as the air density, pressur...

After 30 years, less than 200 are still functional, mainly due to a lack of investments or improper utilization. Nowadays a permanent campaign concerning intensive use of renewable resources is implemented. Firstly is mentioned the economically favorable solution from the selected zone to achieve the photovoltaic power plant connected to an existent SHP, which needs to be rehabilitated. The paper presents such a pilot plant realized between 2015 and 2017, built near an SHP decommissioned in 1998. Firstly was implemented a wind turbine which starts immediately producing energy. After two months, the photovoltaic power plant was interconnected. The main steps of the hydropower plant rehabilitation are presented, beginning with the selection of the necessary parameters to establish the opportunity and the pilot station efficie...

In June last year, on the Romanian and Bulgarian seashore, large amounts of algae, dead fish, and jellyfish were discovered. The ongoing depletion of fish stocks necessitates extensive research, concerning their living conditions, reproduction, population, and migration. This paper starts by presenting the environmental conditions for air, sediment, and water up to 60 m, based on direct monitoring and measurements realized between 2014 and 2020. The recent war has affected the environmental conditions of the sea, especially near Snake Island and Crimea Peninsula, well known for fish reproduction. A dedicated paragraph presents the sources of water pollution, with direct effects on eutrophication, fish reproduction, and their populations. The appearance and development of some invasive species, which influence the local fis...

Their children remained in the country, with grandparents or relatives. Unfortunately, there has been an increase in school dropouts over time. To help reduce it, Social Homes were built in underserved areas where children could eat, learn, and participate in extracurricular activities. The paper describes one such educational model, a project in Bucharest in which students from two universities participate actively over one academic year. To begin, some issues that arose during the activities are discussed, as well as how they were resolved. The mutual benefits for both students and children are emphasized. The advantages for each party involved in this project are also examined separately. Children are drawn to direct communication and approaches to topics other than school activities. They further their understanding of new concepts or participat...
