Coraz częściej konkurenci skupiają się na jakości produktu, a nie na jego cenie. Wiele producentów dąży do funkcjonowania zgodnie z filozofią TQM, która za podstawę uznaje zadowolenie klienta. Coraz więcej przedsiębiorstw chce, aby ich starania w sferze rozpoznania i ciągłego zadowolenia potrzeb klienta były dostrzeżone i docenione. Wiele organizacji poszukuje metod i narzędzi służących poprawie osiąganych wyników oraz wzmocnieniu swojej pozycji na rynku zarówno krajowym, jak i globalnym. Często w tym kontekście firmy jako cel stawiają sobie nie tylko wdrażanie i następnie certyfikowanie systemów zarządzania jakością, ale także otrzymanie nagród za jakość. Nagrody te mają istotne znaczenie prestiżowe i marketingowe, przecież są dowodem wdrożenia koncepcji kompleksowego zarządzania jakością. Są dumą firmy. Ich przyznanie wiąże się z oceną stopnia wdrożenia w organizacji kompleksowego zarządzania jakością jest oceniany przez kompetentne gremia według znacznej liczby kryteriów. Generalnie nagrody jakości mają zasięg międzynarodowy, krajowy lub regionalny.

The agrarian sector of Ukraine with its basic component of agriculture is increasingly becoming t... more The agrarian sector of Ukraine with its basic component of agriculture is increasingly becoming the systemforming factor in the national economy. It creates the factors for maintaining the sovereignty of the state: food and, within certain limits, the economic and ecological, energy security of the state, ensures the development of technologically related branches of the national economy. The main aim of the study was to compare the diversity of agrarian structure and land productivity in Ukraine. The basic commodity positions of agrarian products and the existing potential for development are determined. The measures necessary for the development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine, the expansion of markets and the successful promotion of agrarian products to the world food markets are singled out.

The purpose of this article is the evaluation of competitive positions of Ukraine, Poland and Rus... more The purpose of this article is the evaluation of competitive positions of Ukraine, Poland and Russia based on the economic competitiveness index at the global level and comparative analysis of the medical institutions' competitiveness indicator in these countries as one of the key indicators of the global ranking. To achieve this goal, the ranking method, the method of generalization, as well as systematic, comparative and statistical analysis were chosen. The research showed that according to the Global Competitiveness Index in 2016-2017, the Polish economy ranked 36th, the Russian economy-43, and the Ukrainian-85th place in the world ranking. According to the "health and primary education" indicator, Poland ranked 38th, Ukraine ranked 54th, and Russia ranked 62nd among all countries participating in the ranking. More dipper analysis of activity indicators of health care institutions in Ukraine, Poland and Russia showed that Poland is a leading country based on the set of key indicators, that show the health care systems' competitiveness level, Ukraine took the second place and Russia is in outsider's group. The research showed the importance of effectiveness' evaluation of the health care institutions' activity, because this help not only rank countries in the middle of the statistical sample but also focuses on stronger countries achievements, implement their experience, skills and good practices and help those healthcare institutions that occupy the top positions in the domestic markets not stop on current level.

A business model is a key tool for companies and their employees to achieve market success. It ca... more A business model is a key tool for companies and their employees to achieve market success. It can be used by healthcare providers, though this is not a common practice. While the number of publications about business models is growing, there is no universal description of a model which can be used by hospitals. The purpose of this article is to present a new business model on the healthcare market, launching of which will be accompanied by an adjustment of the value linkage and aims to generate a sustainable competitive advantage. This proposal for a business model is based on the analysis of business models available in the literature for healthcare providers and of business models for service companies. The business model proposed serves as a main key to achieving market success by entities and their employees. The healthcare providers delivering medical services through digital technologies improve communication between doctors and patients, employees of the healthcare services and stakeholders. These technologies increase patients' quality of life and have a special meaning to increase their overall health. The digital business model provides increased values to the patients which manifests itself in service reliability information and customer focus.

This study examines the effects of health expenditure, energy consumption, CO2 emissions, populat... more This study examines the effects of health expenditure, energy consumption, CO2 emissions, population size, and income on health outcomes in 46 Asian nations between 1997 and 2019. Cross-sectional dependence (CSD) and slope heterogeneity (SH) tests are utilized due to the close linkages between Asian nations as a result of commerce, tourism, religion, and international agreements. The research uses unit root and cointegration tests of the second generation after validating CSD and SH issues. Due to the results of the CSD and SH tests, it is clear that conventional methods of estimation are inappropriate, so a new panel method, the inter autoregressive distributive lag (CS-ARDL) model, is used instead. In addition to CS-ARDL, the study’s results were checked with a common correlated effects mean group (CCEMG) method and an augmented mean group (AMG) method. Дослідження показали, що керівники закладів охорони здоров’я не залежно від форми своєї власності прагнуть надавати населенню якісні медичні послуги. The research suggests that managers of health facilities, regardless of their form of ownership, strive to provide quality medical services to the population. Розглянуті у статті показники ділової активності підприємства можуть використовуватися при розв’я... more Розглянуті у статті показники ділової активності підприємства можуть використовуватися при розв’язку окремих аналітичних завдань, поставлених керівництвом підприємства для аналітиків. Особливо це буде актуально в обмежених часових рамках. Однак, на нашу думку, всебічна оцінка рівня ділової активності підприємства можлива при застосуванні впорядкованої методики аналізу, яка зводиться до виконання таких етапів: оцінка динаміки абсолютних показників ділової активності (у тому числі із застосуванням Золотого правила економіки підприємства), оцінка ключових показників оборотності, оцінка тривалості операційного циклу, факторний аналіз показників з негативними фактичними значеннями, оцінка якісних показників ділової активності, формування узагальненої матриці SWOT-аналізу щодо рівня ділової активності на підприємстві, представлення керівництву узагальнених результатів аналізу. Проведений за представленою методикою аналіз допоможе комплексно оцінити ефективність використання підприємством своїх ресурсів з метою формування позитивного фінансового результату та забезпечення платоспроможності у довгостроковому періоді.
