Anugrah Cipta Interindo (A Case Study in consumer PT. Anugrah Cipta Interindo). This type of research was quantitative research. The population in this research were consumer PT. Anugrah Cipta Interindo. The sample was determined by saturated sampling and obtained 40 respondents as a sample. The results showed that: (1) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect towards a Purchase Decision (2) Product Quality has a positive and significant effect towards a Purchase Decision (3) Brand Awareness and Product Quality have a simultaneous effect towards a Purchase Decision. Perempuan adalah manusia yang mendapatkan perlindungan HAM, sehingga hak asasi perempuan harus di... more Perempuan adalah manusia yang mendapatkan perlindungan HAM, sehingga hak asasi perempuan harus dilindungi, dihormati, dipenuhi, tidak boleh diabaikan, dikurangi atau dirampas oleh siapapun. Tapi nyatanya dalam praktek banyak pelanggaran HAM, banyak perempuan yang menjadi korban kekerasan seksual.Seringkali perempuan menjadi korbankekerasanseksual karena perempuan sebagai latent victim yaitu kecenderungan menjadi korban kekerasan seksual sangat besar. Kasus kekerasan seksual di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan, Komnas perempuan mendokumentasikan kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap perempuan pada tahun 2016 yang mengakibatkan 259.150 kekerasan seksual terhadap perempuan. Dari data tersebut, pelaku kasus kekerasan seksual tertinggi ada dalam lingkup pacar sebayak 2.017 kasus, dalam komunitas terdapat 3.092 kasus tersebut dibagi dalam kasus pemerkosaan dan pencabulan. Dari data Komnas perempuan terdapat juga laporan kekerasan ditempat kerja sebanyak 44 kasus. 1 Data komnas perempuan menunjukkan bahwa kekerasan seksual pada tahun 2019 mencapai 406.178 kasus. 2 Contoh kasus kekerasan seksual di Indonesia yaitu terjadi pada bulan September 2019 terdapat kasus di Jeneponto, Sulawesi seorang staf menuntut Kadis Pemkab (Kepala Dinas Pemerintah Kabupaten).
