This study aimed to determine the effect of caffein with various doses on the survival rate and g... more This study aimed to determine the effect of caffein with various doses on the survival rate and gorwth of galah shrimp (Macrobrachium rosenbergii). This research using completely randomized design with five treatments and three replications. Caffeine is given through the feed at a doses 0,0; 0,5; 1,0; 1,5; and 2,0 g caffein/kg feed. The result showed that applied caffein in commercial feed has a significant effect (P < 0,05) on the survival rate of galah shrimp. And no significant effect (P > 0,05) on absolute weight growth and relative growth rate of galah shrimp. Survival rates range from 35%-80%, absolute weigh growth range from 0,4-0,46 g and relative growth rate range from 1,05-1,31% / days. The best treatment is P5 (2 g caffein/kg feed) with an 80% survival rate; and 0,46 g absolute weight growth; and 1,31% / days relative growth rate. pH range from 6,4-7,4; temperature range from 25-30 o C. The results of these water quality parameters indicate normal water quality for galah shrimp survival.

This research is experimental, with a completely randomized design (CRD), with five levels of treatment P1 = 100% (lemna minor ) + 2,000 gr (mud), P2 = 75% (lemna minor ) + 2,000 gr (mud), P3 = 50 % (lemna minor ) + 2,000 gr (mud), P4 = 25% (lemna minor) + 2,000 gr (mud), P5 = 0% (lemna minor) + 2,000 gr (mud). Data obtained from research results in analysis of variance (ANOVA) and in further testing with the Smallest Significant Difference test. The main parameters observed were the number of population and biomass of Tubifex sp. The results of the study showed that the combination of Lemna minor substrate and mud significantly (p <0.05) on the growth of biomass and the population of Tubifex sp. Adolescence, as one of life stages that plays a key role, is also affected by the epidemiology tr... more Adolescence, as one of life stages that plays a key role, is also affected by the epidemiology transition as the result of the development of era. Curiosity, impressionable, and the desire to try something new cause adolescents, both girls and boys, subjected to nutritional problems such as the high body fat percentage. Adolescents boys even tend to be unaware of their health. This study aims to analyze nutritional factors which have effect on body fat percentage on adolescent boys. This study was performed involving 1046 high school students in 5 Jakarta districts. Spearman's correlation and multiple linear regression were used for data analysis of this study. The result shows that there was a relationship between BMI-for-age, energy and macro nutrient intakes, and body fat percentage. Kebanyakan dari mereka terbawa arus lingkungan dan kehidupan modernisasi, sehingga lebih senang jajan dan asik berseluncur dengan gadget. Hal tersebut banyak menyebabkan masalah gizi, seperti berat badan berlebih dan rendahnya aktivitas fisik dan akhirnya berisiko terhadap penyakit tidak menular diusia dewasa. The 2013 Riskesdas results stated that the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia reached 21.7%, 18.4%... more The 2013 Riskesdas results stated that the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia reached 21.7%, 18.4% among adolescents aged 15-24 years, while the female group was 23.9%. Whereas in the 2018 Riskesdas results, there was an increase in the prevalence of anemia to 48.9% in the 15-24 and 25-34 years age group. The results of Kadarzi's longitudinal study found that the knowledge of adolescents as future adults, their knowledge of nutrition, especially anemia, was still low. In pandemic conditions, all junior high school learning activities are carried out online. So that the school's monitoring of the health of their students, especially adolescent girls, is reduced. This activity aims to provide online nutrition education to students of SMPN 220 Jakarta regarding the dangers of anemia and possible prevention. The activity took place through the WhatsApp group which was attended by 89 students. The use of social media in adolescents is increasing every day due to digital developments and innovations that support excellence of nutrition education process to increase student knowledge. Besides, social media is one of the basic needs of today's youth. The pre and post-test results showed that there was an increase in students' knowledge by 22 points after attending education. This shows that digital literacy needs to be done frequently in adolescents.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is an effort to create a healthy life at the individual ... more Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is an effort to create a healthy life at the individual and community levels. In a pandemic era like today, PHBS is very important to avoid various viruses and diseases. Education about the importance of PHBS needs to be carried out to all society elements, including adolescents. Education for adolescents can be done by utilizing digital media because of adolescents' increasing exposure to these media. So, the purpose of this community service activity is to increase adolescent knowledge about PHBS to apply it in everyday life. Education using Whatsapp Group media involving 31 students from SMPN 220 Jakarta. There are pre-test and post-test that are given as an indicator of the success of the education delivered. The results of the analysis showed that there was an increase in adolescent knowledge about PHBS. All participants also showed a positive response with education through digital media like this and hoped that similar activities, with material about nutrition and other health, could be carried out as well. This shows that the role of digital media is very large in influencing adolescents' knowledge of information. It is necessary to continue to carry out nutrition education using digital media to create a healthy and quality generation.

One of the causes is the lack of good knowledge about balanced nutrition. Increasing knowledge of balanced nutrition in school-age children can use AR Books, and students are exposed to real objects that are studied. This study aims to determine the provision of AR Book media to increase knowledge and attitudes of balanced nutrition for school-age children. The research design used Quasy Experimental through a pre-post test control group design. The sample size is 65 students, 27 students in the intervention group and 38 students in the control group. Measurements of pre-test and post-test were carried out in each group, with a duration of up to two weeks. Data analysis used Paired Sample T-Test, Wilcoxon, Independent T-test, and Mann Whitney. Masa remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari masa kanak-kanak hingga dewasa yang meliputi perubahan biologis, psikologis dan sosial. Pola hidup dan pola makan yang benar sangat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan serta perkembangan remaja, salah satunya yaitu pola hidup sehat serta makan dengan beraneka ragam sesuai dengan pedoman gizi seimbang. Namun pada kenyataannya banyak remaja yang tidak menerapkan pedoman gizi seimbang di kehidupan sehari-hari, bahkan tidak mengetahui apa itu pedoman gizi seimbang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan edukasi secara online pada siswa SMPN 220 Jakarta mengenai pentingnya makan beraneka ragam sesuai dengan pedoman gizi seimbang. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui WhatsApp group yang diikuti oleh 89 siswa. Edukasi secara online ini penting untuk dilakukan karena dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai makan beraneka ragam.
