The company's ability to earn profits is called profitability. In this study profitability accounted by Return on Assets (ROA). The study done on a fishing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research objective was to determine the profile of the company, analyze the influence of Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Firm size (Size) simultaneously and partially on ROA, and analyze which dominant variables influence on ROA. Methods of data analysis was done by calculating CR, NPM, size and ROA, classic assumption test, multiple linear, adjusted R2 test and test hypotheses. PT. Chentral Proteinaprima fisheries aquaculture company in Indonesia with the highest firm size value, PT. Dharma Samudera Fishing Industries is a company of marine fisheries with the highest ROA value, PT. Inti Kapuas International is a company of Arowana fish breeding with the highest value of CR and NPM. CR, NPM, and size together affect the ROA. CR has negative effect on ROA. NPM has positive effect on the influence of ROA. While size does not affect on ROA. NPM is the dominant from the three factors. Companies should be able to increase net income and must be able to maintain the value of CR that is not too high.

Increasing of Masamo catfish demam followed by production and marketing efforts. This study wants to know whether the marketing efficient. Therefore, this study uses analytical approach approach in order to identify institutional and channel of Masamo Catfish marketing performed by that Group, analyze marketing functions and its marketing efficiency. Data were collected by interview, observation and literatur study. Based on the research, the marketing agencies involved in Masamo catfish marketing consist of fish producers and traders. The marketing has four channels, in which channel I is an indirect marketing channel, while the channel II-IV is a direct marketing channel. The marketing functions are mostly done by middlemen rather than farmers. Masamo catfish marketing are generally quite efficient because short marketing channels, low marketing margins, marketing costs share by 19.6%, while the profit share amounted to 80.4%; the farmer'share is still greater than marketing margin. Suggestions for fish farmer to increase production capacity.

Research paper thumbnail of Gilbert Damping Effect on Thermally Assisted Magnetization Reversal of Perpendicular Magnetized Nano-Dot

Gilbert damping effect on thermally assisted magnetization reversal of perpendicular magnetized n... more Gilbert damping effect on thermally assisted magnetization reversal of perpendicular magnetized nano-dot has been investigated by completing Landau -Liftshitz Gilbert equation. Using of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy, as realization of sizable capacities necessity, has to be compensated with amount of magnetic field that required reversing nano-dot magnetization. Applying of heat has been suggested to reduce this switching field. Variation of Gilbert damping for different values of anisotropy constant with equal saturation magnetization at room temperature have impact to amount of energy barrier, reversal field as well as magnetization rate. Heating at Curie temperature which followed by cooling abruptly until it reaches room temperature has succeeded to lowering reversal magnetic field size up to ~ 90%. Other important conclusion that reversal field could be reduced by Gilbert damping increament.

SKRT estimated 60% of maternal deaths due to pregnancy occurs after birth, and 50% of deaths occur during childbirth in the first 24 hours. To minimize the problem or postpartum complications such as risk of postpartum bleeding after one of the recommended activities are gymnastics childbirth. The purpose of this study to determine differences in the motivation to do gymnastics childbirth in postpartum mothers who provided health education that is not provided with health education in hospitals Dr. Ponorogo Harjono. Research design used in this research is quantitative research. This study design using the pre-experimental static method-comparison group design, and statistical tests used the ttest trials. Large sample used for each group of 20 respondents. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. Data obtained by using a direct questionnaire given to respondents. The results showed that the respondents in the treatment group obtained results high have been motivation (85%) whereas in the control group gained (75%) had mostly motivation and the rest have low motivation. From the results of different tests are conducted, it was found that there are differences in the motivation to do gymnastics on childbirth postpartum mothers who provided health education is not provided with health education, with a p value t-test for 0000.
