Through the use of Particle Swarm Optimisation the robot controllers are adapted to perform the task of identifying motion dynamics within their environment. We highlight the effect of sensory-motor coordination on the performance in the task when applied to each of the three neural architectures.

Water samples were collected randomly from water supplied via the cup filler outlet of 20 dental units and 20 side water taps at Level 16 and 17 of Polyclinic, Faculty of Dentistry, USIM. All the samples were placed and spread evenly on the surface of prepared agar media (the nutrient agar) using the spread technique. Each sample consists of 0.5 mL water. The microbial count was done using a magnifying glass and the total number of bacteria concentration was reported as colony forming unit in 1 mL of water (cfu/mL). In this study water from an aquarium was used as positive control with 220 cfu/mL, while the distilled water taken from the CSSD was used as negative control with no colony of microorganism. The study demonstrated that there were low contamination before the treatment that was beginning of the session in water supplied via the cup filler outlet and side water tap from the sink with 2 cfu/mL. However, two cup fillers water and one side water taps from Polyclinic level 17 showed a slightly higher bacterial colonies with 4 cfu/mL and 6 cfu/mL of microbes. At the end of the session, result showed that higher bacterial count from Polyclinic level 17 than Polyclinic level 16 with the highest reading of 40 cfu/mL. The findings were considered low and the water was safe for the dental procedures. The quality of water supplied at the Faculty of Dentistry, USIM was within the limits recommended by the American Dental Association, i.e. bacterial loads of not more than 200 cfu/mL for dental procedures.

We showed that our key exchange method was not only an alternative method for designing keys in cryptography, but it also has improved security condition from the previous key exchange based on decomposition problem over noncommutative groups. We proposed elliptic an curve cryptography to be the new platform for our key exchange protocol and showed how it was implemented. The security of our protocol was based on discrete logarithm problem, which was not infeasible and strictly difficult to retrieve in elliptic curve cryptography without any prior knowledge.

The position of the cones against the discharge end of the press cage determines the pressure. The pressure controller is an important factor in determining the oil loss and nut breakages. A conventional control system which is the band control system, uses a kilowatt meter as a controller in adjusting the press cage pressure. However, the screw press machine can be improved in order to reduce the oil loss and nut breakages. Not much researches has been conducted on reducing the nut breakages as well as oil loss. Therefore, the objective of this study is to minimise the oil loss and broken nuts. The objective can be achieved through upgrading the screw press machine and the use of fuzzy control system. During the course of this research project, the hydraulic system of the screw press machine was upgraded by utilising the proportional pressure relief valve. A current transducer was used to measure the motor current load. A ladder diagram program and fuzzy logic algorithm were written and downloaded into the programmable logic control to regulate the press cage pressure. For comparison purposes, a band control system and fuzzy control system were implemented in the control environment. The performances of both systems were compared in a number of tests. The first test was the oscillation of motor current load with the performance of fuzzy control system that was stabilised at 8.33mA. This is due to the reaction of fuzzy pressure controller in regulating the proportional pressure relief valve. The fuzzy control system is able to reduce 1.20% of oil loss compared to tiie band control system. The percentage of the broken nuts of the fuzzy control system was reduced by 3.55%. This implies that the objective to reduce the breakages is achieved. Thus, the screw press machine with a fuzzy control system is found to be significantly more efficient than the band control system.

Also, we obtain an inequality for the length of second fundamental form in terms of intrinsic invariant such as the gradient of warping function and the slant angle. We discuss the equality case and our inequality generalize the result which is obtained in [1] for contact CR-warped products.

The creation of artificial swarms or robotic swarms has attracted many researchers in the last two decades. Many studies have been undertaken using practical approaches to swarm construction such as investigating the navigation of the swarm, task allocation and elementary construction. This paper examines aggregations that emerge from three different movement models of relatively simple agents. The agents only differ in their maximum turning angle and their sensing range.

Therefore, development of alphanumeric spatial postcode (geopostcode) conceptual design is very crucial. The hierarchical aggregation of spatial boundaries is used to develop this alphanumeric geopostcode. This eight alphanumeric characters geopostcode can gives a thousand benefits to the users in term of navigation and time consuming. This geopostcode are very important in many sectors in Malaysia especially in Location-Based Services (LBS) application. By implementing of this geopostcode model, the time consuming for searching the address will reduce and increase the preciseness of the location placement. It is can be more flexible, easy to understand, easy to implement and promote data consistency, economic and social developments, governance, public participation and sharing with all participating entities. This new geopostcode hope will achieve greater usability need...

The data must be delivered to all agents in the area which this process also closely related to broadcasting manner through bitcommunication as a way to spread out the data among all those agents. This research field is supposed to have a deep study of behavior of homogeneous agents by inspecting the reversing and non-reversing approach. It also included the investigation of the independent and characteristic of transmitting and receiving data for random process of swarm. In this paper, swarm technique is implemented which is useful for bit-communication behavior. There are two approaches are used for transmitting and receiving process. For the reverse approach, the data can be resend back to the sender for the next cycle where the program randomly select one-of nearest agent for transmitting the data. While in non-reversing approach, the data cannot retransmit back to the sender in the previous cycle; this approach may increase the system performance and efficiency.
