The COVID-19 virus, which is spreading rapidly and massively around the world, is causing panic a... more The COVID-19 virus, which is spreading rapidly and massively around the world, is causing panic and fear in everyone; the Indonesian government is taking quick steps to solve the COVID 19 pandemic that is currently happening. What about the fate of street children currently still on the streets working as street singers, beggars, and hawkers? This study aims to see how health literacy possessed by the mothers of street children who are still on the streets during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The resource persons in this study were ten mothers of street children in Bandung-West Java. The results of the study found that mothers of street children knew about general health information regarding the COVID-19 virus. However, they are still staying on the streets during COVID-19. The motive behind this behavior is related to the economic and habitual factors which synchronizes with the way they live on a regular basis. The mothers of street children in this study are actually aware and afraid of the dangers of the COVID-19 virus, so that they force their children to keep wearing masks to avoid getting punished by officers. In conclusion, the participants' health literacy is enough to keep the mothers following health protocols and maintain their families' hygiene, especially after wandering around on the streets.

The research was conducted in speaking class during the synchronous online learning. The data were collected from questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, so the mixed methods were employed. The respondents of this study were 25 students of eighth graders at SMPN 69 Jakarta. The results show that the students had low level of willingness to communicate, there were four factors influencing students become reluctant to communicate (self-confidence, anxiety, motivation, students’ personalities, and situational variables), and three strategies that the teachers employed to encourage students to be willing to communicate in speaking class such as playing games, using technology, and providing a variety of interactional activities. Latihan yang dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan kelincahan adalah latihan acceleration sprints dan in-out sprint. The research purpose is to know the effect of direct learning model to the students' achievement of the basic techniques of passing the volleyball. Method of research is pre-experimental design with one-group pre-test post-test design. Techniques of data analysis are pre-test and post-test by using normality test and homogeneity. To know whether there is a significant difference in analysis data by using t-test. If t arithmetic t table so the difference of the test is not significant or it can be say that there is no effect, Meanwhile, If t arithmetic t table so the difference of the test is significant or it can be say that there is an effect. Based on the research finding showed that, t arithmetic is 21,152 andt table is 2,042 ort arithmetic t table. In conclusion, there is an effect of direct learning model to the students' achievement of the basic techniques of passing the volleyball.

This study, conducted in the district of Nganjuk, aims to review the impact of PNPM Generation on maternal and child health as well as the educational attainment of children. The quantitative approach compares health and education indicators over the years 2005 to 2014. The study finds increased availability and utilization of MCH (Mother and Children Health) services and basic education. The current phenomenon, patients visiting doctors generally have health information from the inte... more The current phenomenon, patients visiting doctors generally have health information from the internet. So the study aimed to reveal the implications of the patient's health knowledge on the therapeutic communication of the doctor with the patient. This research used an interpretive approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques used interviews with 13 specialist doctors, 66 patients, and three Health Media Online Managers. The study was conducted in the city of Bandung for six months. The results showed that most patients obtained inaccurate health information from the Internet, so the doctor's attitude provides education. The doctor appreciated and supported patients who had accurate health information. The patient's health information from the Internet had positive and negative implications for the doctor-patient therapeutic communication. Positive implications occur because effective therapeutic communication is transactional, in which doctors and patients are equally active as subjects who make joint decisions, especially medical treatment. On the other hand, doctors efficiently provide education, as patients are accommodative. Negative implications occur because patients have inaccurate health information and google too far. The patient makes an incorrect self-diagnosis so that the patient becomes frightened and over-worried. Thus, the therapeutic communication of doctors and overly worried patients become ineffective, making it difficult for doctors to provide education because patients are less accommodative.

Recent technological developments have increasingly supported the science learning that presents ... more Recent technological developments have increasingly supported the science learning that presents artificial intelligence as part of Internet of Things (IoT). Its implementation can be carried out through Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITS) in blended learning environment. This technology was used to support 29 Indonesian junior secondary science teachers in creating innovative lesson plans, which are members of competencies improvement programs. The purpose of this study was to describe the lesson plans that contain an integrated science teaching, supported by ITS in blended learning. The lesson plan product was analyzed descriptively. This Qualitative method was used to determine its characteristics about curriculum integration, learning activity, technology integration, higher order thinking skills, and assessment process. The result revealed that most teachers have strongly represented aspects of these all required aspects. The lesson plan created reflects the ability of teachers who are creative and capable to integrate various contents in learning activities. Learning activities are student-centered oriented to higher-order thinking skills. Technological support applied in learning activities is also an aid for students to be more motivated, as well as the presentation of assessment aspects that are relevant to the learning objectives. There are still some inadequacies in these results to be discussed. Thus, the potential future researches for supporting the science teaching are highly welcomed.

This study aims to see the results of the feasibility of an experimental guide. This research method uses design and development research (DDR). The guide is validated by user experts and material experts with an average value that can be sequentially 79.69% and 87.5%. So it can be concluded that this video analysis guide is acceptable and feasible to be used by students.
