Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Arjasari Kecamatan Gamel Kabupaten Cirebon Jawa Barat. dengan kelompok sasaran petani, tokoh masyarakat dan aparat Desa setempat. Jumlah peserta ada 30 orang, empat dari dosen pengabdi dan mahasiswa. Adapun pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melalui penyuluhan dan praktek. Solms) is a rapidly growing plant that can easily invade water bodies and negatively impact aquatic ecosystems. Cangkuang Lake is currently facing a major issue due to the increased proliferation of this plant species. Although herbicide can be used to manage weeds in aquatic ecosystems to save labor and time, their impact and toxicity on the environment must be considered. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Florpyrauxifen-benzyl herbicide in controlling water hyacinth in Cangkuang Lake, Garut Regency, West Java, and its impact on water quality. A randomized block design (RBD) was used with eight treatments, and each treatment was replicated four times to obtain a total of 32 experimental plots with a size of 1 m × 1 m. This study aimed at examining the effectiveness of the herbicide atrazine on weed growth, growth and yield of corn plants given different doses of organic C. The experimental design used was divided plot design with three main plots of organic fertilizer levels and six subplots of herbicides which were replicated thrice. The main plot factor was the C-organic content consisting of low (1.02%), medium (2.50%) and high (3.50%). The second factor was the dose of the herbicide atrazine, which consisted of six levels of treatment, namely, no herbicide, atrazine herbicide doses of 1, 1,4, 1,8, 2.2 and 2.6 kg/ha. Teknik pengendalian secara kimia memberikan pengaruh yang cepat serta biaya yang lebih rendah sehingga lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari dosis herbisida campuran yang efektif dalam menekan pertumbuhan gulma sehingga meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi sawah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-Desember 2021 di Desa Ciluncat, Kecamatan Cangkuang, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. Upaya peningkatan produksi eukaliptus dipengaruhi oleh keberadaan gulma yang merugikan karena menyebabkan adanya kompetisi dengan tanaman eukaliptus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas herbisida Isopropilamina Glifosat 480 SL untuk mengendalikan gulma umum pada pertanaman eukaliptus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kebun eukaliptus, Desa Lebak Muncang, Kecamatan Ciwidey, Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan tujuh perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Keberadaan gulma di pertanaman menyebabkan kompetisi dengan tanaman pokok dalam memperoleh nutrisi, cahaya, ruang tumbuh untuk proses pertumbuhan yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat efikasi pemberian herbisida (Nikosulfuron) dalam mengendalikan pertumbuhan gulma di pertanaman jagung. Penelitian dilakukan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Majalengka Cikasarung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dilapangan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diuji yaitu. (A) Nikosulfuron dosis 525 ml/ha. (B) Nikosulfuron dosis 700 ml/ha. (C) Nikosulfuron dosis 875 ml/ha. (D) Nikosulfuron dosis 1050 ml/ha. (E) Penyiangan manual. (F) Tanpa penyiangan. Perbedaan antar perlakuan diuji dengan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan pada traf 5%. The study was conducted at the Agricultural Training and Development Research Center, Faculty of Agriculture, Padjadjaran University, Bandung Regency, Indonesia from May–July 2020. The design of the research experiment used is a randomized design group of factorial patterns with two factors, the first factor is the use of biofertilizers with seven levels. The second factor is the use of chemical fertilizer doses consisting of two levels. Parameters observed in the laboratory include nutrient content N, P, K plant, and cultivation media. The results showed the nutrient content of P and K plants the highest yields were indicated by bio-fertilizer isolated 2 (P2) and biofertilizer consortium (P4) with a dose of chemical fertilizer 75% (A2). Local microorganisms (MOL) are liquid fertilizers commonly used by farmers to help increase crop ... more Local microorganisms (MOL) are liquid fertilizers commonly used by farmers to help increase crop production. Beneficial microbes in MOL need to characterize their interactions and ability to produce growth drive compounds. The purpose of this research is to identify the superior microbial isolates from MOL made by farmers from Cibodas Lembang Bandung, Indonesia that can produce phytohormones as biofertilizers. The results of the microbial selection of MOL derived from three best microbes are 1A-2 NFB, 4A-1 NFB, and 4B-1 NFB with the ability to produce auxin, i.e., 19.41 ppm, 17.18 ppm, and 10.59 ppm, respectively. The compatibility test between the three isolates showed negative results so that it was possible to apply three microbes as a consortium. The results of a molecular identification with a 16S rRNA analysis indicate strain microbe 1A-2 NFB: Bacillus cereus (99.88% homology), 4A-1 NFB: Bacillus cereus (99.76% homology), and 4B-1 NFB: Lysinibacillus sp. (99.88% homology).

Campuran herbisida dengan dua atau lebih jenis bahan aktif dapat bersifat sinergis, aditif, atau antagonis. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sifat campuran herbisida IPA glifosat, imazetafir, dan karfentrazon-etil terhadap gulma daun lebar, gulma daun sempit, dan teki. Penelitian dilakukan pada Oktober 2018 sampai Januari 2019 di Laboratorium Kultur Terkendali Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor. This study aims to determine the dose of herbicide ammonium glufosinate 200 g/L which can maintain the growth potential and yield of corn plants. The experiment was carried out at the Ciparanje Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Padjadjaran University, Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency, West Java, with altitude of 750 meters above sea level in November 2017 to March 2018. The experimental method used was a randomized block design consisting of seven treatments which were repeated four times. The treatments tested consisted of: manual weeding, application of different doses of ammonium glufosinate (450, 600, 750, 900, and 1050 g/ha) and unweeded check. Keberadaan gulma di pertanaman menyebabkan kompetisi dengan tanaman pokok dalam memperoleh nutrisi, cahaya, ruang tumbuh untuk proses pertumbuhan yang optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat efikasi pemberian herbisida (Nikosulfuron) dalam mengendalikan pertumbuhan gulma di pertanaman jagung. Penelitian dilakukan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Majalengka Cikasarung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dilapangan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diuji yaitu. (A) Nikosulfuron dosis 525 ml/ha. (B) Nikosulfuron dosis 700 ml/ha. (C) Nikosulfuron dosis 875 ml/ha. (D) Nikosulfuron dosis 1050 ml/ha. (E) Penyiangan manual. (F) Tanpa penyiangan. Perbedaan antar perlakuan diuji dengan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan pada traf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian Herbisida dengan dosis Nikosulfuron 875 ml/ ha memberikan pengaruh yang cukup baik dalam menekan pertumbuhan gulma, fitoksitas terhadap tanaman jagung, serta hasil tanaman jagung.Kata kunci: Nikosulfuron, Penyiangan, Gulma, Herbisid

The design of the research experiment used is a randomized design group of factorial patterns with two factors, the first factor is the use of biofertilizers with seven levels. The second factor is the use of chemical fertilizer doses consisting of two levels. Parameters observed in the laboratory include nutrient content N, P, K plant, and cultivation media. The results showed the nutrient content of P and K plants the highest yields were indicated by bio-fertilizer isolated 2 (P2) and biofertilizer consortium (P4) with a dose of chemical fertilizer 75% (A2). Local microorganisms (MOL) are liquid fertilizers commonly used by farmers to help increase crop ... more Local microorganisms (MOL) are liquid fertilizers commonly used by farmers to help increase crop production. Beneficial microbes in MOL need to characterize their interactions and ability to produce growth drive compounds. The purpose of this research is to identify the superior microbial isolates from MOL made by farmers from Cibodas Lembang Bandung, Indonesia that can produce phytohormones as biofertilizers. The results of the microbial selection of MOL derived from three best microbes are 1A-2 NFB, 4A-1 NFB, and 4B-1 NFB with the ability to produce auxin, i.e., 19.41 ppm, 17.18 ppm, and 10.59 ppm, respectively. The compatibility test between the three isolates showed negative results so that it was possible to apply three microbes as a consortium. The results of a molecular identification with a 16S rRNA analysis indicate strain microbe 1A-2 NFB: Bacillus cereus (99.88% homology), 4A-1 NFB: Bacillus cereus (99.76% homology), and 4B-1 NFB: Lysinibacillus sp. (99.88% homology).

Campuran herbisida dengan dua atau lebih jenis bahan aktif dapat bersifat sinergis, aditif, atau antagonis. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sifat campuran herbisida IPA glifosat, imazetafir, dan karfentrazon-etil terhadap gulma daun lebar, gulma daun sempit, dan teki. Penelitian dilakukan pada Oktober 2018 sampai Januari 2019 di Laboratorium Kultur Terkendali Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor. This study aims to determine the dose of herbicide ammonium glufosinate 200 g/L which can maintain the growth potential and yield of corn plants. The experiment was carried out at the Ciparanje Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Padjadjaran University, Jatinangor, Sumedang Regency, West Java, with altitude of 750 meters above sea level in November 2017 to March 2018. The experimental method used was a randomized block design consisting of seven treatments which were repeated four times.
