Digital transformation supports university business processes and is a riving engine for universities to adapt to changes to provide added value for the best services for all stakeholders. To achieve this, universities need an overview of the maturity level of digital transformation that has been achieved today. This research produces a new methodology for assessment in a holistic framework as an indicator of measuring the maturity level of digital transformation.This measuring tool must be easy to use by universities when they will take measurements for all academics and easily understood by all respondents who are determined to provide an accurate picture of the maturity level of digital transformation. Stunting is a condition where toddlers have a length or height that is less than their age. The long-term impact of stunting is the disruption of physical, mental, intellectual, and cognitive development. In this regard, Telkom University in collaboration with the Temanggung DPPPAPPKB (Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana ) plans to increase community knowledge of stunting and collaboration in supporting the Temanggung Regency government program by developing an interactive educational platform, as well as a collaboration platform that can facilitate communities and institutions to participate in helping prevent stunting in Temanggung Regency. Digitalisasi di semua sektor memang tidak bisa dipungkiri lagi, saat ini digitalisasi tidak hanya berkembang di kota saja namun beberapa desa di Indonesia mulai mengembangkan serta membangun desa digital atau dikenal dengan smart village. Namun, hal ini belum berkembang secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, sangat dibutuhkan pengembangan smart village khususnya di bidang kesehatan. Dalam penelitian ini dirancang sebuah platform yang dapat digunakan untuk mengedukasi dengan bantuan platform aplikasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan survey dengan pihak terkait serta memberikan edukasi program desa untuk monitoring ibu hamil dan balita stunting selain itu penulis juga mengadakan diskusi untuk membantu masyarakat. Smart villages are hacks used to overcome the fundamental problems in rural areas. Currently, the... more Smart villages are hacks used to overcome the fundamental problems in rural areas. Currently, there are several studies discussing the successful implementation of this smart village. It is claimed that there is no discussion of the basic concepts or supporting theories, so we need the formula to support this. Therefore, this study focuses on conceptual models to identify smart villages' strengths, weaknesses, and improvements. This study uses a systematic meta-analysis (PRISMA) method based on 50 articles to build two main scope models of smart villages: strategies and dimensions. Each scope also has its sub-scope. Size the item consists of seven priority areas: governance, energy, economy, ICT, people, environment, tourism. This result enriches the theoretical study of smart villages.
