Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews the factors that affect employee performance, namely: Leadership style, individual characteristics and work culture, a study of Human Resource Management literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Leadership Style has an effect on Employee Performance; 2) individual characteristics affect employee performance; and 3) work culture has an effect on employee performance.

This research design uses a quantitative approach with organizational commitment variables (X1), supervision strengthening (X2), integrity zone (X3), and police officer performance (Y). The population in this study were all 271 Police Officers at Tanah Laut Resort Police, South Kalimantan Regional Police with a total sample of 74 respondents using simple random sampling technique. However, this economic development also requires an increase in human resource capacity and policy coordination between the government and its apparatus. The effectiveness policy of the District Government of Kepulauan Seribu relies on the characteristics of the civil apparatus of the state that runs the government. This research was conducted to explore these problems using a quantitative approach with saturated sampling techniques for 70 samples from the civil apparatus of the District of Kepulauan Seribu. The study was conducted on pt. Reliances securities. Data analyzed were taken from the company's financial statements from 2009 to 2018 data analysis using regression analysis. Based on data analysis, it is known that liquidity ratios and debt ratios do not significantly influence the return on assets.
