Many are of the opinion that the regional head elections that the government will carry out later... more Many are of the opinion that the regional head elections that the government will carry out later will only cause new problems, because more important problems arise in the midst of Covid 19 itself are quite numerous and have not been resolved. The main objective of this research focuses on how the government plays a role in the sovereignty of the people, the implementation of the elections when they are carried out and how they are viewed from a legal perspective. The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis to see various aspects that exist regarding the phenomena and problems in the implementation of the elections that will be held. The government's plan to carry out the elections amid Covid 19 and New Normal certainly becomes a separate discussion that needs to be debated, because it will have a significant impact on the community directly or indirectly, and certainly the community will be unprepared, both mentally and socially. There are several solutions offered, ranging from the existence of health protocols that need to be applied when the election, even to the postponement of the election schedule. However, whatever policies are taken, it is of course necessary to have an in-depth understanding that needs to be explored further so that there is no distrust in the midst of society regarding government policies.

The purpose of this study focuses on the political problems in Indonesia which experience spiritual emptiness and the influence of the spiritualism movement on politics. The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis research to see various aspects of current political problems. As a result of the spiritual emptiness it was found that the politics that developed did not have a direction and purpose, so politics was oriented only to power and not to the people. With this, at least politics in Indonesia must return to the philosophical spirit, which is the welfare of the people. The solution offered is the idea of improving political spiritualism, with religion as the basis for improving the current political situation.

It is likened to a building, Indonesia is a strong country but very easily collapsed due to political problems, ranging from individuals and groups. Therefore it is necessary to have a strong and sturdy construction to support the building so that it does not easily collapse. Reconstruction built by M.Iqbal with khudi gave birth to a healthy and dynamic politics. As for things that can strengthen the mind: Love, Faqr, courage or enthusiasm, Tolerance, Halal business, and honest and creative work. This can be used as a reconstruction in contemporary Indonesian politics. Love and responsibility will color individuals who are involved in politics.
