Due to the tensions created between short term economic benefits with longer term nature of envir... more Due to the tensions created between short term economic benefits with longer term nature of environmental and social benefits within sustainability management in organization, another convincing evidences need to be introduced as drivers to encourage managers in sustainability implementation. This paper aims to discuss the effect of implementing ambidextrous sustainability to organizational performance, through mediating role of organizational image, employee satisfaction, and sustainability performance as potential noneconomic benefits obtained. Data were collected from web-based self administered survey in a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional setting. The main sample were chosen by purposive sampling method and consisted of 216 manufacturing organizations in Indonesia. SPSS 21.0 and LISREL 8.8 were utilized to analyze the data. The results showed that ambidextrous sustainability has a direct and positive significant effect on organizational image, employee satisfaction, and sustainability performance. Additionally, this research also found no significant direct relationship between ambidextrous sustainability and organizational performance. However, it was mediated by sustainability performance as the first pathway and altogether by employee satisfaction, organizational performance, and sustainability performance as the second pathway. This paper is one of the very few studies to empirically tested the influence of ambidextrous sustainability implementation in manufacturing organizations.

The aim of this study was to examine the direct and indirect effects of health care service quali... more The aim of this study was to examine the direct and indirect effects of health care service quality, hospital image, economic experience, word of mouth (WOM) communication through seeing patients. In addition, the role of patients as mediators and their relational consequences will also be tested.The model proposed in this study was tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data were collected from a sample of 302 patients Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS members), questionnaires about experience, which were experienced directly by the research target.This research found that the image of the hospital, economic experience, and the perception of the patients had a direct impact on WOM communication. While the quality of health services must be mediated by the perception of patients to influence WOM communication or must be arranged simultaneously with the hospital image, economic experience, and patient perceptions. Therefore hospital management must carry out the quality of hospital services along with managing the hospital image and applying the concept of economic experience so as to build patient perceptions and ultimately create WOM communication in patients.

Respondents from this study were luxury consumers of Indonesian-style food restaurants that already come twice or more at the restaurant. There were 340 samples used in this study. The samplingtechniquethat used in this study used Purposive Sampling which was distributed to 10 predetermined luxury restaurants. Tests for validity and reliability were conducted to test the questionnaire instruments used. There were eleven hypotheses tested in this study. The analysis technique that used in testing the hypothesis is the (Structural Equation Model-SEM) and the LISREL 8.80 for Goodness of Fit Test. Methodology: In this study, a model with five parameters with 20 questions was used, so the minimum number of respondents for this study sample was 100 respondents. The data used study are primary data collected using survey methods through the distribution of questionnaires directly to respondents. Data analysis used with path analysis. Economic development depends on the availability of energy, especially in supporting the current ... more Economic development depends on the availability of energy, especially in supporting the current government's development priorities to build the infrastructure sector in Indonesia, while the goal of development is to improve the nation's competitiveness this research aims to investigate the opportunity to reduce fossil energy and switch to renewable energy. One of the efforts to improve long-term national energy security length is through reducing dependence on fossil energy, and the government must take swift action to use renewable energy. The methodology in this research uses internal factor evaluation analysis, external factor evaluation and SWOT matrix. Furthermore, the data used is secondary data in the period 2017-2022 coming from various official sources. The development of renewable energy in the world followed by the technology, more advanced technology used, the cost of investment and renewable energy tariffs will be cheaper, thus will be more competitive with electricity from fossil energy. Currently the installed power generation capacity in Indonesia is 57 gigawatts, of which 86% still use fossil energy and the remaining is renewable energy. Renewable energy in Indonesia becomes a very potent alternative, where the energy source depends on the geographical area and the source of energy it produces. The potential of renewable energy in Indonesia is very big, Indonesia has 40% geothermal potential in the world.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of intellectual capital and potential absorpti... more The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of intellectual capital and potential absorptive capacity to the realized absorptive capacity of the tourism service industry in Batam City, Riau Islands Province, Indonesia. The concept of realized absorptive capacity has become an important issue for the development of industry, whereby the relevant knowledge of the organizations, they can develop further knowledge into useful knowledge for increasing creativity. The involved respondents of this study are amount to 54 CEOs (Chief Executive Officers) who manage a travel business. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using the 3.0 version of SmartPLS software. The results showed that the intellectual capital had an effect of potential absorptive capacity, intellectual capital had an effect of realized absorptive capacity, potential absorptive capacity had no effect of realized absorptive capacity, and potential absorptive capacity did not mediate the relationship of both intellectual capital and the realized absorptive capacity.

positive and negative manipulation,when it gives a different contribution on measurement the earning quality.
This research had used the indicator of total accruals quality and tax management toward the future performance
using the dividend policy as moderating variable. By dividing the positive and negative manipulation activity,
the research had shown out the difference implication between them. All investors have the positive perspective
on highly tax obedience and negative perspective on highly used innate accruals. The critical finding assumed
that all public firm which have negative manipulation had gotten higher the investors’ positive perspective
than a firm which has positive manipulation. In comparing on the firm performance, the firm with negative
manipulation has better indicator in financial market, including the prospect estimation in the future expansion.
This empirical research indicated the investor’s positive perspective on the improvement on accruals quality,
in which the dividend policy has a critical position as dossominating the signal, reflected on the discretionary
accruals quality reduced out the total accruals quality. It reflects on the disability to develop the expansion
plan, it is a strong pressure factor on management in implementing the the positive manipulation. The other
motive in implementing positive manipulation is the big proclivity of management effort in dissiminate the
signal “goods news” to investor. It indicates that the firm performance has been on the right track. By analyzing
the total accruals quality usage, the management has tendensious aspire in implementing the accruals quality
with systematic method that influences the investor’s perception as the communication process. The empirical
testing pointed out that the inconsistent accruals policy, relied on the management objection dynamically,
contained of opportunistic behaviour. To consider the dynamic comunication process, this empirical reseach
has developed out a novelty in estimating accruals quality literature by mapping the feedback of interaction
with the decision tree model

The method on this paper uses a qualitative approach which support by quantitative data of water financing during period June 2013 till July 2015. Nevertheless, discussion on this paper limited by questions: (i) What the links between Islamic banking with microfinance; (ii) What clean water financing Business Model at Islamic Bank?; (iii) What the risk management required for expand clean water financing portfolio?; (iv) How many the clean water financing has been realizing and the qualities of the financing among June 2013 until July 2015?. The role of Islamic Bank as the organization which has a mission not only achieve financial performance, but also social performance, therefore, Islamic Bank provides clean water financing to poor people with appropriate risk management (" al-ghorm bill ghonm " and " al-kharaj bill Daman "). Feasibility financing analysis for clean water financing needs the intervention to give solution for the poor people whose don't have collateral as the financing required. The most important in the feasibility analysis for clean water financing is the character of the candidate which can access through credit bureau tools of central Bank. The findings of this research are with intervention feasibility analysis approach for clean water financing, the disbursement of clean water financing in the period June 2013 till July 2015 has reached 2281 clients with outstanding Rp2.296.579.363,-and have good quality which means no arrears of installment. In addition, to achieving massive impact for clean water financing needs the role of government to provide financing insurance as the mandatory facilities in clean water financing business model.
