It contains two NeuroMatrix NMC4 cores, each of which includes RISC processor and vector coprocessor. The architectural features and processor resources are considered, as well as an assessment of its performance in the implementation of the LSTM network to solve a typical classification problem. The implementation of this type of network on the NM6407 tensor core accelerated computations by a factor of 15–350 compared to a scalar processor.

However, today serious contradictions have arisen between the existing standards and new experimental data. Firstly, the significant influence of weak EMF on psychophysiology and human health is shown. Secondly, the EMF effects are substantially dependent on the individual sensitivity of a specific person, multiple exposure and dose accumulation. In this article, the methods and instrumental techniques for the experimental research of an individual human's sensitivity to EMF doses are presented. The aggregate of results as a new challenge for today standards of EMF safety is discussed.

The microwave is modulated by interval patterns. The results of these physiological and metabolites experiments showed that long-distance low-intensive, special coded microwave exposition can change the current motivations and corresponding behavior of animals. These results can be used in the studies of the fundamental brain mechanisms and in the medicine.

Thousands of residents of large metropolitan areas are expected to be equipped with portable instruments that continuously determine their location and the level of microwave radiation in the ranges of mobile communications absorbed by them. The total consolidated information from these personal devices is supposed to be collected and processed by a server center of the Urban Environmental Monitoring Department. Many freely, randomly moving people and vehicles, equipped with measuring and data logging instruments, which are connected to the central office by communication channels form a distributed non-deterministic data acquisition system that has some advances over the conventional ones. This allows you to create online city maps with the real-time data about the electromagnetic environment. In addition, these data can be used to study the effects of microwave radiation on people's health and cognitive abilities.

The adjacent stages of a pipeline share operational amplifiers. In order to keep accuracy of the amplifiers in the first stages, they use a partially sharing technique. The feature of the proposed scheme is that it also shares the comparators. The capacitors of the first stages of a pipeline are scaled down along a pipeline for a further reducing the chip area and its power consumption. A 9-bit 20-MSamples/s ADC, intended for use in multi-channel mixed-signal chips, has been fabricated via Europractice in a 180-nm CMOS process from UMC. The prototype ADC shows a spurious-free dynamic range of 58.5 dB at a sample rate of 20 MSamples/s, when a 400 kHz input signal with a swing of 1 dB below full scale is applied. The effective number of bits is 8.0 at the same conditions. ADC occupies an active area of 0.4 mm 2 and dissipates 8.6 mW at a 1.8 V supply.

This influence may have negative consequences for human-operator fulfilling critical mission. The paper covers a new instrumental method for research of the individual human sensitivity to weak microwave exposure. The volunteers were irradiated by the remotely controlled low-intensity electromagnetic fields source under GSM safety specs. Throughout the investigations, volunteers were performing the psychological tests and their heart rate parameters were registered. The paper presents the architecture of the designed hardware-software system and main modules implementation. It also discusses the results of psychophysiological and human's cardiac reactions to microwave fields. The proposed research method and obtained data may be used for operator's state monitoring in Environmental and Structural Monitoring Systems.

TID radiation effect in the ADC was investigated at different temperatures. The designed ADC devices demonstrate high radiation hardness. Up to total dose level 100 krad(Si) any significant radiation induced drift didn't observed in transfer characteristics of all irradiated devices. It is achieved by using techniques such as application of automatic offset voltage compensation circuit together with enclosed layout transistors (ELT), located in ADC control logic. Also, edge-less n-channel MOSFETs with additional guard rings were used to increase the radiation hardness of digital interface and control logic of ADC. In contrast with control logic ELT not used in interface logic. Thus significant degradation of digital interface power supply current was observed unlike control logic power supply. Developed device can be considered as a good technical decision for self-diagnostic systems of electronic devices proposed for application under ionizing radiation impact, especially for systems of spacecrafts and satellites.

The microcircuit also includes a buffer storage unit and a reference-voltage source. The microcircuit is intended for converting signals of silicon photomultiplier arrays. To decrease the differential nonlinearity of the ADC without recourse to autocalibration, a new method, based on introducing additional elements into the layout of ADC capacitor arrays, is proposed. The basic feature of the designed microcircuit, which is oriented at the application in the portable equipment with a self-contained power supply, is the low power consumption, which does not exceed 0.5 mW per channel at a sample frequency of 150 kHz.

The coreless transformer placed on a separate chip has a stacked structure with two adjacent planar copper windings in two layers separated by a silicon dioxide insulator. The transceiver utilizes a pulse edges encoding technique for transmitting signals through the insulation barrier. The proposed digital isolator has a feature in the topology of the elements, which ensures tolerance to the effects of ionizing radiation, as well as the small size of transformers, which makes it possible to create multichannel integrated circuits in small-sized packages. The tested prototype of the digital isolator provided a data transfer rate of more than 30 Mbps. As much as 2.5 kV isolation voltage is achieved between the coils of transformer.

The advantages of such an algorithm with respect to the entire frame buffering technique are considered. The performance of the proposed solution is demonstrated by a series of software and hardware tests implemented in FPGA. Using the algorithm allows to achieve significant memory savings and improve image quality after processing when implementing neural network methods for pattern recognition and classification, which is especially important for vision systems of small autonomous moving objects with severe restrictions on the amount of hardware and energy resources. The proposed algorithm has been tested in several software tests and hardware-verified in FPGA.
