The research is aimed at describing the application of Lesson Study approach by implementing the ... more The research is aimed at describing the application of Lesson Study approach by implementing the Problem Based Learning Model using video of teacher leadership. The research was conducted based on the procedures for the Lesson Study consisting of the acts to plan, do, and see. The research took place at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pakuan University, in November 2015. The research subjects were the first semester students of Bachelor Degree Program majoring in Primary Teacher Education Program. The data was collected through documentation, observation, and formative test. The instruments were observational and formative test sheets. The data collected from observation and tests were analyzed descriptively to figure out the form of teaching learning process which then was used for improving the learning on teacher leadership. The research result shows that the lesson study which applies problem based learning using video is able to improve students' learning process on teacher leadership whereas the discussion and formative test results indicate that the students are able to find the reason of teacher leadership ineffectiveness and find the alternative solutions. Based on the finding, it can be inferred that lesson study and the implementation of problem based learning model are very effective in improving the learning process.

The purpose of this study is to discuss Blockchain Technology and the application of Sisko at the... more The purpose of this study is to discuss Blockchain Technology and the application of Sisko at the Al-Madinah Integrated Islamic School, where the students' cognitive development varies from 4 years to 17 years old. This article uses the library research method which refers to 19 articles downloaded from Google Scholar and Crossref. Blockchain technology is a system that limits its users according to its boundaries but can still be connected with other users. One of the systems for implementing Blockchain Technology at the Sekolah Islam Terpadu Al-Madinah is Sisko SIT Al-Madinah, which contains a database about education from Kindergarten to High School within the Al-Madinah Integrated Islamic School. The menu in the Sisko system is different for each user, for example students use Sisko for exams and assignments, teachers use Sisko to input grades and savings, principals and vice principals use Sisko to manage curriculum, add and edit student data, map students into classes, and finally the Sisko admin uses it to add and edit report formats, map user accounts and archive school databases. Sisko is highly recommended for schools that want to be more effective and efficient in managing data, finances, learning outcomes and in archiving all of their data because schools must be ready to shift into school digitalization in this era.

The purpose of this study is to learn from the implementation of multicultural education in four countries. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques. The data source comes from 12 English articles obtained from scopus.com with the keywords "Multicultural Indonesia", "Multicultural Singapore", "Multicultural Malaysia", and "Multicultural Thailand". The findings of this study are that multicultural implementation can be carried out through policies and policy practices that must be consistent; the use of real multiculturalism practices; the use of universal values of culture and religion that exist in their respective societies; the use of multicultural music, and the use of the Education curriculum. The results of this study can be used for discussion on the issue of more effective multicultural implementation

The technique of data analysis was done by data reduction, data description, and data verification. The researcher used credibility, transferability, dependability, and conformability tests to validate the data. The subject was a student who has high achievement at Sekolah Dasar Negeri Papandayan Bogor. It was conducted in the odd semester in the year of 2015/2016. This research applied a survey method in which participants employed selections through the purposive sampling technique. There were 1243 respondents in this sample. Subsequently, 1200 were then used to elicit further data. The data collection procedure was carried out online by distributing questionnaires to teachers in Indonesia via the Google Form application. The research method used a content analysis of 12 articles in English from 2018-2022 using the keyword "multicultural Indonesia". Research findings indicate that teachers in primary education need to adapt to multicultural developments in Indonesia to solve educational problems. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa kelas V SDIT Bina Insan Kamil Kota Depok Kota Depok. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 82 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa ditunjukan dengan analisis ststistik yang menghasilkan koefisien korelasi (r xy) sebesar 0,93. Ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh antara efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa, sedang koefisien determinasi (r 2) sebesar 0,86 atau sebesar 86%. Sisanya sebanyak 14% ditentukan oleh faktor lain. Rat-rata kemandirian belajar pada siswa sebesar 86% ditentukan oleh efikasi diri melalui persamaan regresi ̂ , artinya setiap kenaikan unit nilai efikasi diri akan menyebabkan kenaikan kemandirian belajar siswa sebesar 1,7 unit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa.

This research focussed on how organizational climate and pedagogical competency affect learning e... more This research focussed on how organizational climate and pedagogical competency affect learning effectiveness of government teachers within primary school in the area of the Tanah Sereal sub-district. In this area, it seems that government teachers have yet to make use the two variables in improving their learning effectiveness. The research employed 107 sampled teachers using proportional random sampling and is analysed using correlation. Hypothetical testing using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple and multiple linear regression analysis, simple and multiple correlation analysis, and partial analysis with significant levels α=0.01 and α=0.05. Three conclusions are as the result of the research. Firstly, there is a significant positive correlation between organizational climate and learning effectiveness with the correlation coefficient Ry1=0.841, and the determinant coefficient of Ry1 2 =0.7068. Secondly, there is a significant positive correlation between pedagogical competency with learning effectiveness with correlation coefficient of Ry2=0.77, and determinant coefficient of Ry2 2 =0.5997. Thirdly, there is a highly significant positive correlation between organizational climate and pedagogical competency along with learning effectiveness with correlation coefficient of Ry.12=0.886 and determinant coefficient of Ry 122 =0.785. The research is considered as one of the applied examples for the current policy the so-called "Merdeka Belajar" which gives freedom for empowering the school environment including the competency of teachers.

This research method begins with determining the conceptual model of teacher OCB, organizational trust, and job satisfaction, whose model is built based on logical validity, concepts, theories, and previous research. Then the conceptual model was tested using path analysis on SMART PLS. This research was conducted at private senior high schools in West Java, Indonesia; the number of samples was 256, determined through multistage proportional random sampling. The purpose of this research was to find the items of the teacher's innovative work behavior inst... more The purpose of this research was to find the items of the teacher's innovative work behavior instrument during the Covid 19 pandemic and recommend several things to improve it. The teacher's innovative work behavior instrument was developed through a study of concepts and theories of innovative work behavior until a draft instrument was obtained that met content validity, logical validity, examination by experts to obtain expert validity, and testing of 10 teachers. Instruments that have been corrected based on input from the teacher are then distributed via google-form. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling. In this study, researchers chose teachers as respondents with a sample size of 1200. Data analysis used the Rasch model. The findings of this research are that the teacher's innovative work behavior instrument during the Covid 19 period, which consists of 11 indicators based on the Rasch model, has met the requirements for use in research. This study recommends 5 things to improve PKIG, namely: (i) making scientific papers, (ii) learning that exceeds the standard, (iii) mentoring other teachers, (iv) pioneering the use of ICT for learning, and (v) struggling to get new ideas/products accepted by others. Based on these recommendations, the implications of this research are that teachers need to be encouraged to conduct research in schools, teach exceeding standards, monitor each other among teachers, cultivate a culture of using learning technology, and promote all teacher innovation products to other parties.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline on the learning independence of fifth grade students at Gunung Gede State Elementary School, North Bogor District, Bogor City. This study aims to find a reliable research instrument on teacher leadership in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic and at the same time recommend important findings for improving teacher leadership behavior. The study began with a theoretical study to obtain content validity, continued with expert validity, readability trials, and finally distributed the instrument via online. Analysis of research data using the Rasch model with 6 tests. The research data comes from 1200 teachers in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to analyze the sub-construct and items of lecturer self-efficacy. The research was conducted at private universities. Data were collected using a questionnaire containing 7 subconstructs of lecturers' self-efficacy. Rasch modeling was used for data analysis. The research findings revealed that the 7 subconstruct of lecturer self-efficacy can be used in the lecturers' self-efficacy research. Furthermore, the findings of Person DIF Plots analysis can be used by the management of educational institution for policy making or actions-taking to develop lecturer self-efficacy. The findings of this study are expected to be the subject of discussion in the development of self-efficacy lecturers in Indonesia.

The external and internal environment of educational organizations continues to change so that le... more The external and internal environment of educational organizations continues to change so that lecturers, as key holders of success in universities, are required to have organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). OCB is a behavior where the lecturer performs his/her duties and functions beyond what has been described in his/her work on his/her own awareness to help the university achieve its goals. This research aims to test OCB lecturer instrument. The sample used was 132. The data collection used a questionnaire containing 4 subconstructs of OCB (altruism, sportsmanship, civic virtue, and boosterism), and 35 items. The finding of this research shows that 30 out of 35 items of OCB lectures instrument can be used for research. It is also found that the most difficult items and most easily items were approved by the lecturers. The most difficult items that were approved can be used as an indication of OCB that must be corrected by the management of a private university. This research is expected to be the subject of discussion and development of further research on OCB lecturers in Indonesia.

Teachers who are late arriving at school have shown examples of bad behavior for students. It takes a study to determine the factors that cause a teacher to arrive late to school. Data Mining is selected to process the data that has been available. Processing uses 3 classification algorithms which are decision tree (C4.5, Random Tree, and Random Forest) algorithms. All three algorithms will be tested for known performance, where the best algorithm is determined by accuracy and AUC. The results of the research were obtained that Random Forest with pruning and pre-pruning is the best for accuracy value with 74.63% and also AUC value with 0.743. The teacher's delay in this study is often done by teachers who have a vehicle compared to those who do not have a vehicle.

In this area, it seems that government teachers have yet to make use the two variables in improving their learning effectiveness. The research employed 107 sampled teachers using proportional random sampling and is analysed using correlation. Hypothetical testing using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple and multiple linear regression analysis, simple and multiple correlation analysis, and partial analysis with significant levels α=0.01 and α=0.05. Three conclusions are as the result of the research. Firstly, there is a significant positive correlation between organizational climate and learning effectiveness with the correlation coefficient Ry1=0.841, and the determinant coefficient of Ry1 2 =0.7068. Secondly, there is a significant positive correlation between pedagogical competency with learning effectiveness with correlation coefficient of Ry2=0.77, and determinant coefficient of Ry2 2 =0.5997. Thirdly, there is a highly significant positive correlation between organizational climate and pedagogical competency along with learning effectiveness with correlation coefficient of Ry.12=0.886 and determinant coefficient of Ry 122 =0.785. The research is considered as one of the applied examples for the current policy the so-called "Merdeka Belajar" which gives freedom for empowering the school environment including the competency of teachers.

The teacher's innovative work behavior instrument was developed through a study of concepts and theories of innovative work behavior until a draft instrument was obtained that met content validity, logical validity, examination by experts to obtain expert validity, and testing of 10 teachers. Instruments that have been corrected based on input from the teacher are then distributed via google-form. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling. In this study, researchers chose teachers as respondents with a sample size of 1200. Data analysis used the Rasch model. The findings of this research are that the teacher's innovative work behavior instrument during the Covid 19 period, which consists of 11 indicators based on the Rasch model, has met the requirements for use in research. This study recommends 5 things to improve PKIG, namely: (i) making scientific papers, (ii) learning that exceeds the standard, (iii) mentoring other teachers, (iv) pioneering the use of ICT for learning, and (v) struggling to get new ideas/products accepted by others. Based on these recommendations, the implications of this research are that teachers need to be encouraged to conduct research in schools, teach exceeding standards, monitor each other among teachers, cultivate a culture of using learning technology, and promote all teacher innovation products to other parties.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the sub-construct and items of lecturer self-efficacy. The research was conducted at private universities. Data were collected using a questionnaire containing 7 subconstructs of lecturers' self-efficacy. Rasch modeling was used for data analysis. The research findings revealed that the 7 subconstruct of lecturer self-efficacy can be used in the lecturers' self-efficacy research. Furthermore, the findings of Person DIF Plots analysis can be used by the management of educational institution for policy making or actions-taking to develop lecturer self-efficacy. The findings of this study are expected to be the subject of discussion in the development of self-efficacy lecturers in Indonesia.

The external and internal environment of educational organizations continues to change so that le... more The external and internal environment of educational organizations continues to change so that lecturers, as key holders of success in universities, are required to have organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). OCB is a behavior where the lecturer performs his/her duties and functions beyond what has been described in his/her work on his/her own awareness to help the university achieve its goals. This research aims to test OCB lecturer instrument. The sample used was 132. The data collection used a questionnaire containing 4 subconstructs of OCB (altruism, sportsmanship, civic virtue, and boosterism), and 35 items. The finding of this research shows that 30 out of 35 items of OCB lectures instrument can be used for research. It is also found that the most difficult items and most easily items were approved by the lecturers. The most difficult items that were approved can be used as an indication of OCB that must be corrected by the management of a private university. This research is expected to be the subject of discussion and development of further research on OCB lecturers in Indonesia.

Teachers who are late arriving at school have shown examples of bad behavior for students. It takes a study to determine the factors that cause a teacher to arrive late to school. Data Mining is selected to process the data that has been available. Processing uses 3 classification algorithms which are decision tree (C4.5, Random Tree, and Random Forest) algorithms. All three algorithms will be tested for known performance, where the best algorithm is determined by accuracy and AUC. The results of the research were obtained that Random Forest with pruning and pre-pruning is the best for accuracy value with 74.63% and also AUC value with 0.743. The teacher's delay in this study is often done by teachers who have a vehicle compared to those who do not have a vehicle.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the instrument items of lecturers' ethical behavior and its conditions. The research was conducted in private universities in Bogor, Indonesia. Data were collected using a questionnaire containing 5 sub-constructs of lecturers' ethical behavior. Rasch modeling was applied for the data analysis in this research.
