The synthesis of the hybrid lms involved the incorporation of 1% TiO 2 nanoparticles in the PVA/SiO 2 matrix. The thermoelectric properties of the resulting hybrid lms were characterized through measurements of the Seebeck coe cient, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity. The ndings show that the thermoelectric performance of the PVA/SiO2 hybrid lms is greatly improved by TiO 2 nanoparticles are added to the rutile phase, with an optimal concentration (1%) of TiO 2 nanoparticles. This study provides insights into the potential applications of TiO 2 nanoparticles in enhancing the thermoelectric properties of hybrid materials and opens up avenues for further research in this area, and contributes to the growing body of knowledge on enhancing the thermoelectric properties of materials by incorporating TiO 2 nanoparticles into hybrid lms synthesized by the sol-gel method.

Specifically, the goal was to investigate the impact of each CNN layer to detect changes between two satellite images acquired on two different dates. As low-level CNN layers detect fine details (small changes) and higher-level layers detect coarse details (large changes), the idea was to assign a weight to each layer and use a genetic algorithm based on a training dataset to generalize the detection process on the test dataset. The results showed the effectiveness of the proposed approach based on two real-life datasets.

We use a certain refinement of Cauchy's Method of characteristics for stratified Hamilton-Jacobi equations to describe a large set of admissible trajectories and identify a domain on which the value function exists and is generated by a pair of admissible feedback strategies. Its optimality, is justified by using of one of the well-known verification theorems as an argument for sufficient optimality conditions. Specifically, our goal is to explore the impact of each layer of CNN (low, medium, and high level) in capturing changes. To this end, two types of changes are studied, an artificial change and a real change. The results indicates that it is recommended to use specific CNN layers to detect specific changes. However, prior information on the size and characteristics of the changes are needed to make such a decision.

The quantity of the Web usage data to be analyzed and its low quality are the principal problems in WUM. Several algorithms of data mining have been applied in order to extract the behaviors of the Web sites' users. In this present work, we have implemented a community detection technique in WUM process that is based on the modularity function and we have organized the preprocessed data as a weighted graph. The obtained results illustrate the aptitude of the proposed algorithm to determine a pertinent design of the web site from the discovered communities.

Wireless technology is based on standard IEEE.802.11. The IEEE 802.11 Distributed Coordination Function (DCF) MAC layer uses the Binary Exponential Backoff (BEB) algorithm to deal with wireless network collisions. BEB is considered effective in reducing the probability of collisions but at the expense of numerous network performance measures, such as throughput and packets delivery ratio, mainly in high traffic load. Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) is a DL technique in which an agent can achieve a goal by interacting with the environment. In this paper, using one of the DRL models, we propose Q-learning (QL) to optimize MAC protocols' performance based on the contention window (CW) in MANETs. The intelligent proposed MISQ takes into account the number of packets to be tra...

In this paper, we present a new method for detecting communities using Markov chains based on the set of frequent motifs. The basic idea is to analyze the occurrence probability of different frequent sequences during different user sessions in order to extract the communities that describe the users behavior. The proposed method is successfully applied on the web site of Setif university.

We propose here an approach based on a new definition of community, which is centered on individual interests, and open for a novel prediction approach that exploits the properties of these communities. We show on real traces that the proposed approach is very efficient and allows to achieve high performances.

Exploring and analyzing human movements that are changing over time, relating to user habits and depending on spacial aspect is a challenging problem. In this paper, we are interested in discovering communities of mobile users and studying how do communities provide accurate knowledge to analysis the different forms of human mobility. The basic idea of our work is to model the behaviour of users with strong social characteristics regarding the context of their location histories to explore a similar interest of people by mining their mobiles communities. The proposed analysis illustrates in what way a A.

In this paper, we present an approache for extracting data based on the modularity function and we discuss the obtained results. This approach discovers the existing communities by modeling the data obtained in the pre-processing operation as a weighted graph. The method discriminates the communities through their subject of interest and extract a relevant knowledge.
