The article deals with issues of financial planning and its tasks in modern models of enterprise ... more The article deals with issues of financial planning and its tasks in modern models of enterprise management. The financial planning acquires relevance in modern conditions and is implemented by determining the most important indicators, proportions and rates of expanded reproduction. It is also the main form of enterprise's goal realization. This research shows various approaches of regional and foreign authors to the interpretation of financial planning concept. The object of financial planning is the financial activities, aimed to implement the functions of the enterprise's finances. The subject is the financial resources that are planned for economic activity and financial relations arising in the process of financial planning. They are regulated on the basis of methodological and organizational support. The authors proved that in order to define the term "financial planning" and the procedure for calculating financial plan indicators, it is advisable to take into account the mechanism of minimizing risks and balancing the level of profitability with them. The authors explored various models of strategic management in the financial planning system and proposed to consider the stage of concretization and coordination of financial policy for the planning period, since it determines the methods for calculating planned indicators and financial planning procedures in accordance with the conceptual approach. In order to choose a management model, one should take into account the industry affiliation, production and socioeconomic potential of an enterprise and the stage of its life cycle. The article also clarified the list of the main tasks and new directions of financial planning in the context of dynamically changing market conditions.

The article is devoted to questions of optimization of resource management, namely, the managemen... more The article is devoted to questions of optimization of resource management, namely, the management of the city authorities. The article gives a definition to a city as a cluster, as an integrated expression of the predicted productivity of efforts of the city authorities indicators of a development of the city, satisfaction of its inhabitants have to act with work and life. Also, the paper provides materials of calculation of an index of development of industrially developed average cities. Approaches to strategic planning in the cities are defined. It is proved that ensuring dynamic balance and positive dynamics in development of social, ecological, and economic systems of the cities can be based on the principles of foresight-management. Authors offer the concept of the green cities as the most perspective concept in the twenty-first century. The question of development in the city of a specialized cluster of green construction is considered.

Проанализированы экспериментальные и натурные исследования флотационных процессов при строительст... more Проанализированы экспериментальные и натурные исследования флотационных процессов при строительстве выработок-емкостей для резервирования углеводородов методом подземного растворения каменной соли с большим содержанием газа. В зависимости от размеров частиц нерастворимых включений, перешедших в раствор в процессе растворения каменной соли, раствор может быть в виде суспензии или коллоидной системы (при растворении каменной соли с глинистыми включениями сферической формы на месторождении Ходжа-Мумыне). У кровли выработки-емкости, которая сооружается в каменной соли со значительным содержанием газа и с применением в качестве нерастворителя дизельного топлива, образуется пенный слой. Пенный слой у кровли выработки на Лейковском месторождении представлен скоплением пузырьков газа, равномерно распределенным между тонкими прослойками из твердых частиц малого размера с дизельным топливом и раствором.

Effective management of a restaurant enterprise operating at the competitive market requires cond... more Effective management of a restaurant enterprise operating at the competitive market requires conducting marketing activities at an appropriate level. However, the consumer behavior of consumers of restaurant services and its motives are heterogeneous. Therefore, effective management of a restaurant enterprise requires solving the problem of segmentation of the restaurant services market which determines the relevance of the research topic. Our paper shows that an important variable characterizing consumer behavior is the frequency of use of a restaurant service by this respondent, since it is this characteristic that determines the attractiveness of the respondent from the point of view of marketing efforts. We conducted a survey with consumers in order to learn their preferences in three restaurants in the middle price category in Yekaterinburg. In all the restaurants, a uniform way of conducting the research was agreed: questionnaires and pens were placed on the side of the tables, and the decision to take part in the study was made by the respondents themselves. The study resulted in 265 completed questionnaires. When developing a methodological approach to the segmentation of the restaurant services market, it was proposed to introduce into scientific use the concept of a special market segment. A special segment is a fairly large and stable segment of buyers (consumers) identified by the nature of the special purchase situation or the special purpose of making a purchase, to identify which a special (independent) research method or tool can be used, which reduces the scope of the main research and simplifies it. Our results show that the use of the developed composition of the segments of the restaurant market allows to specify the process of planning the effective marketing strategy of a restaurant business.
