Laboratory test that have become the gold standard for monitoring the progression of HIV stages are the examination of the CD4 T lymphocyte count. These test are expensive and trained technicians are not always available in some parts of Indonesia, making it impractical to use them for routine monitoring. The limitations of this examination cause the need for other laboratory tests that can be used as an alternative to the CD4 T lymphocyte count. The aim of this study was to determine the role of the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio as a biomarker in comorbid and non-comorbid HIV patients. This study is a scoping review study, samples from international and national journals relating to the role of the neutrophillymphocyte ratio as a biomarker in HIV patients with comorbid or non-comorbid HIV. The databases used in this study were PubMed, Springer Link, and ProQuest with 1,170 articles. Screening results on articles that match the inclusion criteria were 714 articles. There were 699 articles that entered the exclusion criteria. The results of the eligibility criteria were obtained as many as 10 articles and then analyzed. The study was conducted during September-December 2020. The conclusion of this study is that the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio in HIV-comorbid patients acts as a prognostic biomarker. Neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio in HIV patients without comorbids acts as a predictive biomarker and risk biomarker.

Tuberculosis based on anatomical location is classified into two, namely pulmonary TB and extrapulmonary TB (TBEP). Location or organ most commonly affected is lymph node. Lymphadenitis TB becomes EPTB with the highest number of events. Lymphadenitis TB can be treated by taking a combination of at least four different medications. TB drug classification is divided into first and second line. This study aims to find out the description of theurapical patterns of lymphadenitis TB at Al-Islam Hospital in 2017. This research uses descriptive research design. The subjects used were lymphadenitis TB patients and the study material was taken from secondary data namely medical records at Al-Islam Hospital in 2017. Samples used were 22 data. The results in this study showed that as many as 9,1% were given first-line antituberculosis drugs therapy pattern and 90,9% were given second-line antituberculosis drugs. The most widely used pattern of therapy was second-line anti-tuberculosis drugs with combination 2 as many as 13 patients (59,1%). This can be caused by the patient's resistance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of chest x-rays using the brixia score to assess the severity of Covid-19. This research was taken by scoping review method with a sample of international scientific articles that meet the eligibility criteria. The databases used in this study are Spingerlink, Sciencedirect, Pubmed, Google scholar, and Proquest with the number of articles obtained as many as 833 articles. The results of the screening of articles that met the inclusion criteria were 275 articles and there were three articles that met the eligibility criteria. The results of the three reviewed articles, one article compared the use of chest x-ray and CT in detecting lesions of Covid-19 patients with the result that chest x-ray had low sensitivity. Two articles compared the brixia score in patients who died and discharged with higher outcomes in patients who died. The conclusion of this study shows that the use of chest x-rays is not effective for detecting earlystage abnormalities and the brixia score is effective for assessing the severity of Covid-19 patients.

The occurrence of this condition is due to impairment in the developmental process in the orofacial development section at 6th weeks of fetal development and is associated with a history of maternal conditions during pregnancy. There are several risk factors that can be modified and can't be modified. Based on this phenomenon, the problem in this research is formulated as follows: (1) How is the description of maternal risk factors modifiable and non-modifiable with children who have cleft lip and/or cleft palate in the 2017 Lip and Palate Creation Foundation?. Researcher using analytic observational research design with cross sectional approach. The sampling method is simple random sampling. The samples used are from questionnaire data which fulfill the inclusion criteria that available in the administrative part of Orofacial Cleft Coach Foundation Bandung during 2017. The analysis was done using univariate formula. In this research showed from 74 data, the dominant type of orofacial cleft is Cleft Lip and Palate (71%), most of the maternal risk factors that can not be modified during the first trimester of pregnancy are the age of the mother mostly 20-25 years old at 24% and 77% had no family history with orofacial cleft abnormalities, while the dominance of risk factors that can be modified is from the history of maternal folic acid consumption amounted to 71% of pregnant women did not consume folic acid, smoking 3%, intrauterine infection 3%, 91% mother done ANC, 23% had the same family history, using other drugs 47%, fever 1%, trauma 18%, exposure from working place 31% and 36% working as employee. Conclusion, cleft lip and palate is the most common type of orofacial cleft that occur, most of the mother was pregnant in the age of 20-25 years old and didn't consume folic acid in the first trimester of pregnancy.
