Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peningkatan keterampilan pemecahan masalah f... more Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peningkatan keterampilan pemecahan masalah fisika pada peserta didik tingkat SMP, dan menganalisis penyebab peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam memecahkan masalah fisika. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari bacaan 10 artikel yang berkaitan dengan upaya peningkatan pemecahan masalah Fisika pada siswa SMP. Setelah data dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisa dan disimpulkan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualittaif dengan mengutip pendapat yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada beberapa model pembelajaran yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pemecahan masalah fisika pada siswa SMP yaitu dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL), direct instruction, Jigsaw, PKPM (Peningkatan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah), Inkuiri Terbimbing, dan Cooperative problem solving. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang dialami oleh pendidik dalam pembela... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang dialami oleh pendidik dalam pembelajaran IPA terpadu. Dengan menggunakan metode meta-analisis, peneliti menganalisis hasil dari penelitian-penelitian yang sejenis berhubungan dengan permasalahan pendidik dalam pembelajaran IPA terpadu. Peneliti mengumpulkan 9 jurnal yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang sejenis. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat kendala yang sama dialami oleh pendidik dalam pembelajaran IPA terpadu, diantaranya kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013, latar belakang pendidikan yang tidak sesuai dengan tuntutan pembelajaran IPA terpadu serta fasilitas yang tidak memadai. Kemudian terdapat solusi untuk mengatasi pemasalahan tersebut diantaranya pendidik diharapkan mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran IPA terpadu, berdiskusi dengan guru yang berlatar belakang pendidikan sains dan melakukan pembelajaran kooperatif.
The background of this study is the lack of availability of interactive media with a constructivi... more The background of this study is the lack of availability of interactive media with a constructivist approach to physics learning, especially for light material. This study aims to produce interactive media by using constructivist approaches to physics learning for valid, practical, and effective light material. This research is a development research by using the 4D model. This research does several steps, such as define, design, develop, and disseminate. The develop phase consists of the validity test stage to see the quality of interactive media, practicality, and effectiveness. The data were obtained through validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and effectiveness. The validity test result is 87.4% which shows very valid. The result of the practicality test is 89.0% which shows it is very practical, and the effectiveness test is 88.5% with a very effective category. Thus, interactive media with constructivist approaches to light material developed are valid, practical, and effective for use in physics learning.

The ability of educators at SMPN 41 Padang in making learning media is still not varied, in general they still use powerpoint. The service was carried out in one day at SMPN 41 Padang, attended by all teachers at SMPN 41 Padang, this service in the form of cmaptools media training went smoothly, starting with the delivery of material by the resource person then the next session was the practice of making cmaptools media. With this cmaptools media training, it is hoped that teachers will be skilled in making more innovative, varied and interactive learning media. IT-based learning media is needed in the industrial revolution era 4.0.

This study aims to analyze the comparison of increasing the problem solving ability between group... more This study aims to analyze the comparison of increasing the problem solving ability between groups of students who get problem-based learning with cmaptools media, and groups of students who get conventional learning. The research method used was a quasi experiment with the Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest design and descriptive method. The instruments used include: problem solving ability test. The improvement of problem solving ability is determined through the average N-gain. The results of the calculation of the average N-gain obtained that the average N-gain group of students who get problem-based learning with cmaptools is 0.78 (high category), while the average N-gain group of students who get conventional learning is 0.68 (medium category). The results of statistical tests (t-test) show that problem-based learning with cmaptools can further improve problem-solving abilities compared to conventional learning

Research method used in this study was literature review. We collected more than 20 references related to the history, development, and application of the CPS model. Data collection technique used was through literature study. The results of this study obtained some types of CPS models such as CPS version Treffinger, CPS version Osborn, and CPS published by Creative Education Foundation. The CPS model proposed by the Creative Education Foundation is the latest and best model because it was developed to improve the previous CPS model. Each CPS Model has different steps with some similar goals. CPS is applied at several levels of education for learning Natural Sciences and Mathematics. CPS has a significant influence on the achievement of cognitive competence and problem solving skills
