The aimed of this study was to find out the influence of perfectionism on academic procrastinatio... more The aimed of this study was to find out the influence of perfectionism on academic procrastination in the accelerated class student. Perfectionism theory by Hill, Huelsman, Furr, Vicente & Kennedy (2004) and academic procrastination theory by Tuckman (1991) were used as the reference for this study. This study was conducted on 24 students in class XI who follow the program accelerated class in SMAN 5 Surabaya. The sampling technique used was jenuh sampling. The Perfectionism Inventory (PI) scale by Huelsman, Furr, Vicente & Kennedy (2004) was used to find out the perfectionism was modified by Nanang Rosadi (2012) and academic procrastination scaleaccording to Tuckman (1991) theory. The reliability score of The Perfectionism Inventory (PI) scale was 0,913 and the reliability score of academic procrastination was 0,913. Definisi kontrak psikologis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori dari Willem, dkk. (2010), modal psikologis menggunakan teori dari Luthans, dkk. (2007), dan perilaku kerja kontra produktif menggunakan teori dari Bashir, dkk. (2012). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 113 karyawan yang bekerja di organisasi x. Teknik sampling yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah sampel random sampling. Alat pengumpul data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner perfeksionisme berupa skala kontrak psikologis yang disusun penulis berdasarkan teori Willem, dkk. Performance Evaluation of Bullock Cart Mounted Engine Operated Sprayer

The bullock drawn engine operated sprayer was tested for cotton crop during the Kharif of 2011-12... more The bullock drawn engine operated sprayer was tested for cotton crop during the Kharif of 2011-12. The diesel engine of 4 HP was used as power source for operating the sprayer and the bullocks were used for hauling purpose. The sprayer unit consisted of 15 hollow cone nozzles adjustable according to row spacing of crop. During performance evaluation, the field capacity of the sprayer was 1.89 ha/h and average speed of bullock cart during the spraying operation in cotton crop was 2.8 kmph. The draft measurement for spraying operation was found to be 804.42 N. The unit cost of sprayer was Rs.70,000 and the cost of operation for spraying was Rs.69.81. The financial and labour savings were found to be of 23.9 per cent and 64.96 per cent, respectively.
