Background: The most common cause of liver illness in pregnancy is intrahepatic cholestasis (IHCP... more Background: The most common cause of liver illness in pregnancy is intrahepatic cholestasis (IHCP). It has a varying incidence due to geographic variance; factors such as advanced age, multiple pregnancy, family history, and previous pregnancy cholestasis have demonstrated a higher prevalence in these patients. Cholestasis in pregnancy has an aetiology that is currently unknown. It usually occurs after ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in early pregnancy and coincides with growing oestrogen levels in the second half of pregnancy [1]. The ABCB4 gene mutation is largely associated in a subtype of progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis, where disease clustering in first-degree relatives increases hereditary predisposition. Itchy palms and soles with elevated liver enzymes and bile acids are the most common symptoms. Background: Vulvovaginal candidiasis is also known as vaginal yeast infection and candida vulvova... more Background: Vulvovaginal candidiasis is also known as vaginal yeast infection and candida vulvovaginitis there is excessive growth of yeast in vagina which leads to vaginal thrush. The sign and symptoms of vulvovaginal candidiasis includes severe vaginal discharge and itching. The symptoms get more before menstruation. The other symptoms show pain during sex, burning urination and redness over vagina. This infection mostly occurs due to excessive amount of growth of candida. According to research in all around 75% of total women suffer from vaginal candidiasis once in their lifetime and around 5% of the women suffer from twice or thrice. The preventive measures include wearing cotton undergarment rather than wearing synthetic and wearing loose cotton cloths. Objective: This study is planned to assess screening and risk factors associated with vulvovaginal candidiasis among pregnant women. As a patient's death approaches, his or her symptoms may necessitate more aggressive palliation. Support for the dying patient's family should increase as comfort measures become more intense. Palliative care after a patient's death is largely concerned with bereavement and family assistance. Palliative care near the end of life requires assisting patients and their families in understanding the nature of their illness and prognosis. Palliative care professionals can assist patients and their families in determining appropriate medical care and aligning the patient's care goals with the healthcare team's aims. LBW consists of VLBW which is below 1500 g and extremely low birth weight which is lesser than 1000 g. The normal gross weight of the infant at the time of delivery is 2500 - 4200 g. The cause of LBW is preterm birth or a slow prenatal growth rate. The survival rate is determined by the baby’s birth weight. Several risk factors are also associated such as multiple pregnancies, poor nutrition, hypertension, drug addiction or intake of alcohol. It is very necessary to prevent LBW rather than treating it after birth. The present study was done to assess the prevalence of lowbirth-weight babies and its risk factors among postnatal mothers in the Wardha district. They get their name from their brown, tar-like appearance, looking something like melted chocolate. They're also called ovarian endometriomas [1]. Case Presentation: The authors report an unusual case of chocolate endometrial cyst. During history collection it found that patient develop a severe pain at midnight, after all the investigation the ultrasonography they diagnosed probe tenderness in RIF. Significant free fluid in abdominal cavity. Well circumscribed mix echoic mass lesion seen in hypogastric region more in right paraumbilical region with eccentrically placed small tubular structure visualized. Mass lesion of size 110mm×110mm. USG guided tapping done, the ascitic fluid smears shows fresh RBC’s and other blood cells entrapped in fibrin clot. Background is haemorrhagic and malignant cells are absent.
