Based on an analysis of qualitative interviews, we found that the principals perceive high conflict as supporting the establishment of new specialized schools and high ambiguity as a clear invitation for their establishment. We discuss possible explanations for this surprising policy perception.

Outside the occasional mention of the lure of a career in music or scholarship, there is virtually no attention to the power idealism may have exercised in drawing the young to a monastic life. More serious is his failure to look at environmental factors (e.g., the rapid increase of population that undoubtedly had some effect on the increase in numbers of people who chose the cloister). These shortcomings are, however, minor when compared to this books many and obvious strengths. Beales has made a significant contribution to our understanding of a neglected part of seventeenth-and eighteenth-century Europe, and no serious student of this period can afford to neglect this book.

Do you think that you need to obtain those all requirements when having much money? Why don't you try to get something simple at first? That's something that will lead you to know more about the world, adventure, some places, history, entertainment, and more? It is your own time to continue reading habit. One of the books you can enjoy now is innovative approaches in working with children and youth new lessons from the kibbutz here.

It is a holistic, regional junior and senior high school system within the holistic community of three kibbutzim. The Haven has been the subject of much research into "Moral Development," carried out by Wolins (1969, 1971), and mainly by Kohlberg (1971), his doctoral students Reimer and Snarey and other colleagues. In the seventies and eighties they used the Kibbutz example as a model for the "Just Community" approach. In the early nineties, an Israeli group evaluated the success of the program and its rationale, taking into consideration all the "educational factors" of the community, in the Haven, and in the kibbutzim around it. This article offers a comprehensive picture of the Kohlbergian moral-developmental research at the Anne Frank Haven, including all the relevant references and evaluatio...

In addition to financial details, Google’s founders published a personal letter to the company’s potential investors in which they discussed procedural issues as well as philosophical ones. Since then, the founders of three other Internet companies – Groupon, Zynga and Facebook – have published similar manifestos in their S-1 statements. This first attempt to explore these manifestos uncovers how they function as a political and persuasive discourse. Using rhetorical analysis, this study identifies shared rhetorical strategies aimed at constructing a new business discourse. The founders’ efforts are important not only because they are counterintuitive to traditional business practices, but also because they signal the realization of an alternate business discourse that is informed by and based upon ...
